The property is older and could use some updates, but it suited our needs well. All appliances were in good working order and the kitchen is well equipped. Sitting on the lanai and watching for whales was very relaxing.

Each bedroom has a bathroom in it. Little dated but well worth the price. The A/C in the rooms have a little trouble keeping up in the day, but we were mostly out of the unit during those times. I would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. It was clean, spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean. I am glad all the rooms now have a/c because it gets warm in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Terry the property manager was truly the best. One of the rooms did not have air conditioning so a couple ran out and got a AC unit and she helped handle the reimbursement and was amazing with all other questions we had. The property itself is great BUT be prepared to walk a mile to get to beach. It’s not too bad but uphill on the way back. Otherwise we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking again.

We enjoyed our view from the back porch each night. Not certain why there is no AC in the one room so that was a bit of an issue. And we did have two instances where geckos were found in the home coming through a crack in the front door so something we suggest you get fixed, but overall a good stay.

The unit was clean and pictures on website are accurate to whats in the unit. Location is great with a nice view of the ocean/golf couse. The kitchen is well equipped also bathrooms are well stocked. The bedrooms where ok pillows/ mattress could be better quality also 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have ac the 3rd bedroom with queen bed has no ac unit which it can get a bit hot. It does however have a ceiling fan & portable floor fan. There is beach equipment specifically the beach chairs are old and should be replaced they are falling apart. Over all for the price it is a good unit.

Starting with check in to check out it was just great! The property has 3 large bedrooms each with a full bathroom, a huge kitchen and living area with plenty of furniture as well as a dining room. There is also a washer and dryer which was great to be able to have all our cloths washed when we got home. The management company even leaves detergent. The best parts of this condo is the view. Beautiful mountains and sunsets every day. Its about a 5 minute walk to get to the beach but far enough out of the craziness of the hotels. Food, drinks & shopping is only a few minutes drive. The only critique I have is the air conditioners maybe need to be upgraded. They run all day and all of them say to replace filter. We had to turn off the one on the lanai when we sat on the deck as it was so loud that it ruined the beauty. My whole group very much recommend.

Great central location to Lahaina as well as beaches! Three bedrooms with bathrooms inside each makes it very nice for family or friends traveling together. Great porch with view of ocean and golf course. The owners were very communicative with any questions we had.

This was the perfect place for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had their own room w/ensuite and both the dining and lanai tables accommodated 6. Short walk to the beach and great views/sunsets off the lanai. Property is starting to show its age, but was clean.

The stay was nice and the host communicated everything well in advance. The view was amazing, accessibile to nearby restaurant and stores. We only wished the bathrooms were cleaner and had better ventilation. Some beach equipments were mentioned in the listing but were not present for example missing beach umbrella and snorkeling gear.

My families were happy staying in this condo. Not far from the beautiful beach. The kitchen and accessories are perfect as if we stay home. Good condo function. Only a few downsides that are smelly garbage disposal, too soft mattress in the 3rd bedroom, and there is no walkway for our teens to walk from condo till reach the main road (they walked to beach every night).

The condo was everything advertised. Great location for watching the golfers play and the shifting light on Molokai and Lanai. Watching whales while eating breakfast is a treat. The only challenge we had was finding the right unit at night, when we arrived, but the lights were all on waiting for us and everything went smoothly.

We visited our daughter for the holidays. First trip to Hawaii was fantastic. The property came as advertised and we were very pleased. Only recommended improvement to check-in would be a map calling out the location of unit #1. We arrived late and it was difficult locating the unit in the dark. The location and views were outstanding. Easy and quick access to everything in Lahaina and Kaanapali. Big thanks to the owner/manager!

Beautiful spot on Maui. Very well equipped, stunning views to the west (Lanai and Moloka’i both visible), charming tropical furnishings, and easy access to myriad activities, such as shopping and beaches, from a nice residential neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and excellent screening from the afternoon sun using pulldown screens on the lanai. Five adults were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy.

Overall it was a good week. Most of the issues with the unit are previously documented. In general, the unit is dated, needs updating and gen maintenance. The BBQ was not clean enough to use during our stay - looks like it had not been cleaned in years. The A/C was an obvious problem, but the cockroaches that we experienced were a real turn off. Please check the coffee pot reservoir for roaches prior to using. On the positive...the view was exceptionally nice and the location was very good not very far from a great beach. Would probably not stay here again unless the unit was updated and deficiencies addressed.

We were here for a few days with some friends, 3 couples, and we had a great time! This unit is spacious and has 3 great bedrooms in addition to common space. We loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. One thing we wish we knew before was that one of the rooms did not have an AC unit like the other rooms in the unit. Management did supply us with fans for that room. The unit had a gorgeous view! You can see the view of the ocean and the palm trees swaying in the wind. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying the views. The property is also just a short walk to Airport beach which has great snorkeling! We had a couple of issues over the weekend and Herb was fantastic! At any time he was very responsive and took care of the issues right away. Really fantastic staff! I would recommend this place and would go back.

This vacation rental was by far the worst place we've ever stayed. First, when we arrived it was at least 90 degrees inside and took two days to cool off to a livable temperature in most rooms. The third bedroom does not have AC and was hot the entire stay with no way to cool it off. We couldn't have curtains open to see the view or use the oven because the whole unit would get way too hot very quickly. The place was run down and dirty, there were multiple broken knobs, door stops, etc. The water in one of the showers did not heat up. The lights in the dining room just didn't work (and it wasn't the bulbs). The water that dripped from the AC box went straight onto the patio, leaving it continuously wet and caused multiple children to slip and fall. The dryer ripped and caused permanent damage to multiple clothing items. Another shower sprays water straight out the shower door and you cannot aim it away. The point person (Herb) was kind and tried to be helpful but the female property manager was extremely rude and interrogated and accused me and my husband for having concerns. The photos make the place look nice but wow are they deceptive. The list goes on, but you get the idea. We would give this place 0 stars if we could. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is by far the worst vacation rental we've ever stayed at.

View from the master bedroom and living room and patio is to die for. The beach chairs and cooler at the property were great to use as well. This property was spacious with 3 beds and 3 baths however 1 of the bedrooms does not have AC so it was uncomfortable for the teenager staying in that room. We asked prop mgr for more appropriate beach chairs and a larger cooler and they were provided. The location is absolutely perfect and the balcony was the best part of the unit. Coffee in the morning has never been more beautiful. Some of the kitchen dishes and accessories need to be updated but overall, we were happy with the property and had a wonderful Maui vacation!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Best part of the unit is the view. The unit is dated and could use a few minor fixes. The kitchen could use more pots and pans along with a can opener and a new set of knives. The third bedroom without A/C did get pretty warm and took until late a night to cool off. Also, the beach equipment was really old and the umbrella did not work. We ended up buying a new umbrella and chairs on our visit and left them for the next guests.

We loved the location, view and pretty much everything about this property. Unfortunately, we first had an issue with cockroaches, which was followed by ants. We contacted the manager and we were quickly delivered bug spray. We then saw a mouse and again contacted the manager. We were quickly delivered sticky traps for mice. We caught not 1, but 4 mice! Sticky traps do not kill mice and we had to do that on our own. This made me worry about whether this was sanitary for my kids. The manager only apologized.
