I hope this helps someone else... Nice property, however, owner is not keeping it up to date or clean...NO A/C and the fans don't work ... come on.also, I have sensitive skin and got a bad rash on my hip from the bed... only stayed 3 nights, had to were t shirt and boxers so rash would not get worse. Spent 7 night at Marriott and it didn't get any worse. Home now and went to urgent care... fungus rash caused from bed. Taking meds for it... don't stay here until they replace the bed and clean the mattress cover every time!!!

We didnât spend much time here as we were out exploring a lot but it was the perfect home base. Roughly equi-distant from North and South, walkable to a market and restaurant, lovely, well-maintained setting. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. A very comfortable place!

This could easily have been a five star review. The view and grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by including a wonderful ocean front spot right next door. Being on the west coast provided easy access to the wonders of both the north and south coasts. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture and bed clean and comfortable. Not an issue for us, but bathrooms a bit dated and you need to be able to walk up 3 flights to access the apartment. Also note, there is no air conditioning but it wasnât needed for our stay⌠the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze were perfect. Parking a bit tight but always found a spot. All said, I would definitely recommend this place!

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.

We came here for our honeymoon, the property manager was a delight to work with, prior to arrival and during. The condo has a new couch which was very soft and comfortable. The property has an gorgeous view of the ocean and beach-which was a must for us. We liked where this property was located as it was easy to get to north and south sight seeing locations. The condo was clean, cozy, and a comfy place to relax at the end of the day. The condo did not have AC which we knew before booking and it was not an issue for us.

Everything about the condo met or exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about how helpful Martie was. She was super responsive and even rescheduled the cleaning crew to allow us to check out late. This was very appreciated considering our return flight was later that night. The view of the beach is great, the grounds are beautiful, you can walk to local restaurants and shopping, and you're on the most beautiful island in the world (my opinion of course). Loved it and wish we could've stayed another week!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The views from the lani were spectacular! The property was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The only downside was that the vinyl flooring in the condo really needs to be replaced, it's chipping and coming up in places. But, it would not stop us from staying here again. We had a great week!

We stayed here for four nights, during an 18-day Hawaii trip. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed.
The view was absolutely stunning and the best part of the property. You hear the ocean all day and the breeze that blows through the place is refreshing.
We also loved that it was within walking distance from a small shopping area with a fancy ABC store and good food options. We saw the entire island from this location, which was also a bonus. It made it easy to travel around to what we wanted to see.
The beach off the property was also awesome. Plus the pool was large, not crowded, and refreshing. Marnie, the property manager was aces!
If we ever come back to Kauai, we would definitely consider this property again! Mahalo.

We loved returning for our second time to this particular condo at Lae Nani. Besides being well-appointed and beautifully decorated, it's quiet and the view is lovely. Martie was helpful, as always, when we had questions, and we enjoyed having the chance to meet her. We can't wait to return!

The location is ideal, with a fantastic view from the balcony of not only the beach but also of the immaculately kept grounds of the property. This was a beautiful condo on a gorgeous property right on the beach! Martie, the property manager, was very available for questions and information. The overall location on the island was excellent. The only negative (and this has nothing to do with the property specifically) is there are serious traffic issues on the main road heading past the turn off for the condo. This makes even a short drive to the store just north such a headache to get back.

This spot was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was clean and large. We enjoyed the pool every day. The ocean is right outside and was great for tide pooling at low tide. It is also walking distance to a small market.

It was a very nice space with plenty of room. The view was beautiful. The grounds were also beautiful. The only draw back was carrying our suitcases up to the third floor. The couch was uncomfortable being quite hard. But we weren't there to sit on the couch. Plenty of kitchen equipment and the icemaker worked great. We would recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay - the property is quite nice, great location to surroundings, restaurants, shopping. We had some issues with the property manager. Confusing check in info - problems with towels, tub drain - It was difficult to get ahold of Marty - I called twice and got VM. Be careful of misc. charges to your damage deposit.

The location and view was absolutely gorgeous. I basically lived at the pool in the afternoons - large, perfect temp and quiet with unbeatable views of mountains in the back. We had a slight issue with our shower but Martie was very responsive and had someone over to the property the next day. The only other thing was that the lanai door was difficult to open, otherwise a beautiful stay! I will recommend to friends :)

Amazing view, grounds are gorgeous, and very clean! You get amazing sunsets and just a short walk away you can view beautiful sunrises. We loved the little beach in front of the condo! We enjoyed a pool of ocean water created by a reef. This is our first time to Kauai, but feel that we had the best location. The condo does not have A/C, but with the breeze you get we were cool enough. Thank you for the amazing stay and hope to be back soon!

Our week at Lae Nani exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful property. Meticulous grooming of all the gardens. We felt blessed every day to enjoy the condo, the lanai and the third floor view. Also very pleased with the restaurants we discovered close by, including Passion Bakery and Avalon. Liked the ability to drive north and south for day trips. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Hope we have an opportunity to do that.

The condo is very nice. The property was gorgeous and the beach was private and clean. Lava lava beach club is located next door and only requires a short walk. There are groceries, shopping, and restaurants very close by. The only complaint I had was there is no air conditioning. It wasn't unbearable but it was uncomfortable a few nights. We did notice that most of the island does not have air conditioning.

I had a very pleasant stay at this condo! The location was very convenient as it was very accessible from the main road, in the central part of the island which allowed for quicker trips both north and south, and was within walking distance to many shops, supplies, and restaurants. The pool area and grounds were kept very clean and beautiful, and the unit itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The beach in front of the property was also a great place to relax at the end of the busy days of exploring. I'd stay here again during a future visit.

My daughter and I had such a fantastic time at this property. The grounds, the view, the cleanliness, the pool, and especially the host Martie helped make this a beautiful and memorable experience. Probably my favorite thing about this spot- a few minutes walk to a gorgeous beach with a lagoon that felt safe for my daughter to play around in. Also Lava Lava beach restaurant was a literal 3 minute walk. Cocktails on the beach with live music?! So fun! Thank you so much, Martie! đ

Overall my experience in this unit was far less than ideal and I wouldn't recommend the unit. Word of Advice: Thereâs a reason there arenât any pictures of the master bathroom, so before you book ask to see a picture of the bathroom and more importantly inside the tub because itâs rather shameful and you should know what youâre paying for beforehand. The only renovations are the vinyl flooring (not wood btw) and the kitchen counters/cabinets. None of the interior doors close properly due to warping of the wood. The kitchen appliances and utensils are in dire need of replacement as several reviewers have mentioned this in the past. The overall cleanliness was less than expected, I found boogers/snot smeared on curtains and walls which was expressed to the management team. The main issue however was that upon arriving I immediately noticed the bathroom was in very rough shape. The tub was peeling and in some areas was a few different colors (yellow, peach, brown); all colors that shouldn't be on a tub! Aside from the awful-looking tub the old tub also refused to drain. I immediately contacted the unit's manager and was told to check if the stopper/plug was in the drain. I told the manager it obviously wasnât. The next day the manager asked to see a video of the drain instead of sending someone to fix the issue. I stayed 4 days and 3 nightâs and nothing was done to fix the drain. It doesnât matter if the issue was unit specific or building specific (no neighbors had this issue I did ask other folks btw) it wasnât treated as a problem worth fixing to the management team. I questioned that the unit was even cleaned since I find it hard to believe the cleaning crew wouldnât have mentioned the clogged tub when they cleaned it. The unitâs manager did offer a partial refund after I checked out and although thatâs appreciative, I do feel like more could have been done to address the issue withi

This location was just totally amazing. From just after booking till we were teary-eyed getting on the plane and leaving we were treated like royalty from the property manager. We went to Kauai as just a little getaway for a couple weeks which turned into us getting married. Martie law our property manager was just totally amazing and outstanding with suggestions and local contacts that led us to an amazing and wonderful wedding. This will be absolutely One vacation we will never forget and the amazing Friends we met while staying at this location will be everlasting. Thank you Martie and Torri for making our stay an outstanding and ever less ending memory. Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary it was perfect! I loved hearing the beach and waves all day long. Itâs beautiful, clean has everything you need even some beach stuff. Place is pretty quiet thereâs a restaurant you can walk to itâs on the beach looks really fun . We canât wait to bring our kids with next time. Definitely would stay here again We loved it!

We really liked the condo where we stayed. We had a few hiccups on arrival in that the key codes for entry (car access, condo, pool/side gate) were all different. Thankfully we were able to get in touch with the rental coordinator and were given the correct codes. The unit was clean, quiet and the right amount of space. Great ocean view. It wouldâve been nice to have had an oscillating fan in the bedroom and living area. The ceiling fans werenât quite enough. We brought our own spices from home as there was only salt/pepper. We cook most of our meals so we generate quite a bit of trash. Ran out of trash liners on Day 5. We used our Safeway paper sacks for the rest of our stay. If you want to do laundry, I recommend getting your quarters early in the day. I went one afternoon and asked for $2 in quarters and was told by the office manager- âGee, the bag feels really light. We only have bills. I guess you can go to Longâs or Safeway and they can give you change.â Minor hiccups in the whole scheme of things - great vacation and great place to stay! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed every thing about this condo. The view, the accommodation itself, the location on the island. We were more into seeing the sights and could drive easily to see all parts of the island. One comment is that you do need to use steps to get to third floor. Martie, the mgr, was always helpful.

Great condo! It had everything we needed, and the views were incredible! Exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a few meals, and there were more than enough towels for two of us. The towels were super fluffy, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a very helpful guidebook with lots of good information on different kinds of activities on the island. Check-in was a breeze. Be aware that you have to carry suitcases up to the third floor.
