Sweet little place, kinda old school simple vibe but updated kitchen! Perfect spot for my family to stay for medical reasons, right at the end of Waikiki so you can get out really quickly but still able to walk down town and enjoy it all! Would definitely stay again. Theresa was very great and communicative during everything!

Condo was very comfortable, clean and fully equiped for a 7 day stay. Location is perfect for a trip when not wanting to rent a car...a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Condo was exactly like the pictures. 1 long block from the beach (google makes it look farther). Building was surprisingly quiet given the number of floors. Shared laundry right next door is convenient

Our family of four (with 2 young ones) loved this condo. Perfectly located for all sorts of fun, with a full kitchen that is awesome for keeping the little ones happy / fed. Will be back for sure.

The was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We had a wonderful time, everything was has described and the location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to beach, restaurant and stores.
In addition, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playground area with our kids.

This is a great condo stocked with everything we needed for vacation. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and comfortable. The location is wonderful- so close to the beach and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Rebecca was helpful and responsive. This condo was perfect for our week stay.

The unit needs new beds and pillows badly. We had the worst sleep experience. Very uncomfortable!! Pillows were so flat and the other pillows were to big and hard. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this unit. Over priced and uncomfortable

Nice condo, pictures and overview clearly summarize this unit. Perfect for small family of 4. The unit is clean & updated. Only issue was the beds were not too comfortable. Give them 2.5 stars out of 5. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus! Short walk to Waikiki beach, there is a Starbucks across the street at the Marriott and there is a nice cafe ground floor. Would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Condo was a tad small for our family (kids are growing too fast!!) and all the essentials were in the unit. Waikiki Banyan is a short walk away from the Waikiki beach and tourist hotel & restaurant area. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Rebecca is a great host, we received timely communications upon arrival for check-in and parking, plus, she stayed in touch while couple minor repairs were under way. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation in Oahu! Mahalo!

The condo was very well appointed, with a well stocked kitchen, complete with sharp knives (very much appreciated). Plenty of soft fluffy bath and beach towels. The leather sectional was very comfortable and being on the 9th floor meant not having to do many stairs if the elevators were busy. We always found parking and parked consistently on the 5th floor. It was a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, which was nice and shallow for the kids.

Communication with the property manager was top notch. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The unit itself worked very well for us. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed. Location is great. I walked to the beach and went surfing every morning. One of the elevators was broken during our stay , which made the other elevators slow and crowded, but that was not a fault of the host.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a good choice overall. It was close to many restaurants and Waikiki beach, which is a definite plus. The room was fully equipped with utensils, cleaning supplies, towels, etc, making it easy for us. We only had to buy toilet paper towards the end of our stay. Check in was very easy, which I appreciated. Rebecca was more than helpful and super responsive when I randomly had to call her to confirm some information about our stay.
The room itself was clean, but just a little outdated, like the rest of the property. Not a big deal to us, but just thought I’d mention it. One thing my family and I found to be complicated was the parking. Spaces were compact and hard to find. The doors from the parking structure to the elevators would be jammed too, across several floors. If it hadn’t been for people leaving the building, we would’ve been locked out multiple times.
Overall, it’s a good choice if you want to be near Waikiki.

Check in was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking. It was super handy that the laundry room was close to the room. Condo was a good size for our party of 3. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants/bars and Waikiki beach.
One tip I would like to leave is to be VERY mindful of which level you park, if you are using the garage. There are 2 levels ( bc it is 2 towers ) of each floor. Also, be aware that sometimes the doors are closed to the elevators in the evening. Be prepared to walk sometimes.
All in all, we were very happy, and definitely recommend this property.
