My family was pleasantly surprised by the amount of ample space and beautiful ocean front view. Kitchen is well appointed and as described. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner if you're planning to stay longer than a day. We'll definitely be back!

Nice and clean. No beach access. The grounds are beautiful and the food at the pool restaurant is great. The bed frames in the guest rooms are noisy and need repair or replacement. The shower faucet leaking at the bottom when switched to shower head

Enjoyed almost 2 weeks at this location. Again, very well appointed unit, excellent location, everything was clean, enjoyed many a beautiful sunsets eating on the lanai. Provided initial startup supplies which was much appreciated before could get to the stores. Fridge had an ice maker, which was very appreciated as we hiked allot and took water bottles with ice everywhere. Pool restaurant provided great service and excellent food. Close to walking trails, shops, groceries, restaurants, beaches, golf, etc.. Only recommendations would be that the carpet needs a good cleaning or replacing and a proper cleaning tool for the BBQ. BBQ'd often and tried as best could to clean BBQ grills after use, but it was not a brush. I wish I could have cleaned it better. Would definitely book another stay in the future. Love the Big Island.

We are never disappointed. Love the condo,the pool and bar area. We feel like we are coming home when we get there! Check in is easy and management is always ready to help with anything that comes up. Highly recommend, just not when we want it :]

What a beautiful view from the Lanai. We so enjoyed our stay.
We sat outside most of the time. The ocean club is top notch.
Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, but it may be time to get some new carpet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

The condo was beautiful, and the location was awesome. It looks out over the lava to the ocean, and there's a lava trail that runs along the coast in either direction. And it was a great surprise to know we had access to the beach club. There is no beach, but the pool is great, and the fact that you can get restaurant food there is a big plus - especially since the dining options in Waikoloa are pretty weak (for various reasons, but usually the crowds). And there's even a workout area at the club.

The location of this unit is great, but the condition it is in really left us disappointed. The furniture was in very poor condition, including the mattresses and pillows. The carpet had spots everywhere (the owner said it was being cleaned after we left). The laundry room smelled like sewage. I paid a high amount for this unit, so I was highly disappointed in the overall cleanliness and quality of our stay. The garage was full of stuff, to the point that we couldn't park in there (though we did find some beach chairs in there that we used). I reached out to the new property management company several times throughout my stay to update them. They finally gave me a response that they were also disappointed in the unit, and apparently, new furniture is on order.

The condo is exactly as advertised. It's a quiet location with an ocean view and easy access to the pool/bar/gym. There are lots of extras in the way of beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, and it looks like lots of equipment for babies and toddlers. We lacked for nothing, except there was no dish soap when we arrived. No problem since there is a store nearby. Take the walk North to 49 Black Sand, but wear durable shoes. It's quiet and gorgeous (you can drive there too). Beds were all very comfortable! Mahalo!

This is a wonderful ocean front condo and is great for family (including three young children). It as conveniently located next to a rocky path that we could use to walk over to the large Hilton property or to a black sand beach! Check-in was simple, the pool and spa on the property were perfect for our family, and the little bar/restaurant was very convenient. The restaurant was closed for two days but we were still able to eat at it a couple of times. We had a wonderful stay!
