This Golf Villa location has breathtaking ocean views of Molokai, the ocean-side village of Napili and the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Designed with central air-conditioning, covered carports and ample visitor parking, the Kapalua Golf Villas make for a perfect getaway for a couple, or a group of four. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Located on the property are four pools/recreation areas, barbecues, and a covered seating areas for guests to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai.
One of the many amenities offered at the Kapalua Resort is the free shared shuttle service around the resort. Daily from 7a-11pm, this shuttle is an on-call service that runs from the hotels, villas, golf courses and restaurants. Typically it is suggested you call about 15min ahead of time and wait outside your pick up area. If you are at an establishment in Kapalua, feel free to ask an employee there to call on your behalf. This shuttle will not take guests to/from the airport. Kapalua Resort Shuttle partners with Speedi Shuttle who offers transportation to/from the airports.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Good location, nice views but the unit wasn’t up to date , AC in bedroom not working, dirty ceilings , old smell in unit , we had to wash everything so we can give a better smell to the unit, the master bedroom bed was like a rock hard, we end up sleeping on the living room sofa , my wife called the property management and a lady name Kery was not friendly at all, other than that , the kitchen is nice and has all the amenities.

Very nice place. Could have been cleaner with attention to detail line scuffed dirty walls! Needed some fresh paint! Also could have used newer pillows on sofa and a newer not so dated bedspread. Everything just seemed old. Also the TV in living room was very difficult to operate. One very important thing is the shower near the bedroom we were unable to use! The pulley ti get the water fir a shower was completely stuck!
Other then those things the view was spectacular with a wonderful Lanai!

My spouse and I stayed over the holidays, and the cost of this villa was incredibly low for its beautiful location. It was very comfortable: and the patio was lovely. The only frustration we incurred was the lock and key entry which was very awkward; a keyless entry would be a wonderful update.

This was a great property with views of the Napili Bay..beautiful sunset view as well..overall, property was great.
Only issue we had was that the pillows were smelling bad the first night. Perhaps, wasnt dried well. I called the property maintenance and they replaced it next morning..
