The property was absolutely perfect for our stay and the property managers were very attentive and made sure we had a great stay.
My sister and I had a relaxing week in paradise. We loved the property and everything about the unit. This was a much-needed trip to relax, heal, and make some new memories after unexpectedly losing my beloved husband of 22 years. I would stay here again and hope to soon.
Dyson Stick vacuum filter needs to be changed that is on the END of the motor. Only runs less than 10 seconds because the filter is full of sand.
Garbage disposal needs to be sharpened - is dull but works.
Brighter light in the laundry room as had to use the light on my phone to read the words on the dials.
Instructions for the appliances so I could have used the espresso machine.
Other than that is was just perfect and the printer being there was a first class addition.
Loved the view and being close to the pool and exercise equipment. The grounds were lovely and the sunsets were amazing.

This was the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. Kitchen was also so well stocked and I was pleased they had plastic cups for the kids. Set up was perfect for our family of 4 with two separate beds for my kids who don't sleep well in the same bed. The pool area was lovely with great ocean views. We loved our stay and would happily stay again.
Everything was as advertised in this high end condo. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sixt hole of the Waikoloa Beach nine golf course. Island Gourmet market with everything you need was just minutes away
This is a beautiful condo, well stocked and perfect for families or two couples. The Ocean Club (Kathy & Pua are amazing!) is a real gem that adds value to any stay at Hali’i Kai. We only wished that the Ocean Club opened earlier/closed later.
We had a great stay at Hali'i Kai. Can't beat the views of the course and the ocean including sunsets. Very spacious modern 2 bedroom unit, stocked with everything you'd need. Basically right next to the pool/restaurant. We also did make 2 trips to nearby small beaches - about a 1/2 mile trek along the rocky path north to the black sand beach, and we did the day pass one day at the Hilton next door, just a short stroll south where they have a beach by a lagoon.
Property management staff super helpful with any needs.
When I say amazing , everything about this place is amazing . The unit is clean, tastefully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The unit has everything you may need , basics of pantry staples , plus a closet full of beach supplies , beach chairs , rolling ice chest , snorkel equipment , boogie boards, towels , and games. Showers are great after a long day in the sun and sand.
The view is incredible at this unit , I think it’s better than the ocean front . You have golf course and ocean , it really is like the pictures. It’s the closest unit to the pool area.
The facility is nicely kept, the pool and restaurant/bar is great. The view of the sunsets are the best we have ever seen. Pool has some challenges of shade in the afternoon only a few spots under the tree. The pool hours are 8am-8pm , restaurant/bar 10am-8pm. It would be nice to have the pool open until 9-9:30 and the bar open a little earlier for a Bloody Mary or a mimosa. But otherwise amazing .
Great path over to Hilton if you want to walk around the resort - it’s so large very happy I didn’t stay there . But if you have kiddos you can get a day pass for the pool and small water slides might be fun. Dolphin show on Tuesday and Thursday 8am so dolphins can get some freedom

It’s great to grab water, fruit and adult beverages at Costco . The foodland up the road from here had a lot better vegetables. Probably should have gone there instead of Safeway.
Overall - we will be back . Can not ask for anything more . We have never stayed at a better place . 12C is the best

12C was one of the best condos we ever have vacationed at across so many vacations throughout the world our family has taken. Everything was thoughtfully arranged in the house.
We could see the ocean from our back patio and there was an awesome trail for running along the ocean. The pool and workout room was 40 yards away.
The condo was clean and organized. We had everything we needed including 3 boogie boards and plenty of beach towels and chairs.
It was perfect!
Wonderful stay in a lovely property. Great views and quick stroll to club which has excellent food and a workout area that wins best view hands down.
We had an amazing stay. The unit was well appointed and the location from the pool and Hilton water park next door couldn’t have been better. We ate and drank all over the island, and agreed the best drinks and food were at the poolside restaurant/bar.
Super clean, updated and organized two bedroom and bath condo with access to coastal trail and resort style pool. Ocean and golf course views. Close drive to many public beaches, Kona airport, resort restaurants. and town of Waimea. Less than two hours to wonderous Mauna Kea
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and we loved the unit. Beautiful view and location near pool. The condo was very clean and well equipped. My husband commented multiple times about what a great job I did selecting the condo. I had stayed in the complex before with our daughter in a different unit. I hoped the restaurant and service would be as wonderful as I remembered pre-Covid and I was not disappointed. The pool restaurant was wonderful with great service. They had the best Pina Coladas on the island. We will definitely be back. Love the location!

Can’t beat the location. On the golf course, front row seat for beautiful sunsets in the Pacific. The unit itself was excellently furnished. The pool and beach club were convenient. Great bar service and happy hour. Working out on the ocean was refreshing to say the least.we will be back and highly recommend to anyone coming to Waikoloa
