Convenient location minutes from beaches and restaurants. View from the balcony is impressive- watching the surf crashing into the rocks below. Corey and as always timely in addressing any problems and making suggestions for sights to see. We would definitely return for another stay here!

This unit is perfect to watch the beautiful Hawaii sunsets. We were able to watch dolphins leaping out of the water, sea turtles feeding on the rocks and even a monk seal swimming in the water. The unit had everything you needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is incredible! Can walk to multiple beaches and food locations. So fun to sit on patio and listen and watch waves crash. We loved every second of it and will be first place we book on our next trip.

The ocean view, ocean access and ocean sounds are the star of this property. The unobstructed view of the ocean is beyond belief and the sound of the waves crashing on shore is a wonderful lullaby. The beach is close by with a short Oceanside stroll.

The pictures of the view are accurate — simply stunning. Our main complaint is that the primary bathroom’s shower is outdated as is the living room sofa.

From booking through check in through the entire stay this property was amazing. There was not one “oh I can live that” issue. Everything was clean and in place as shown and listed. Corey was wonderful to work with but quite honestly there didn’t need to be any interaction since a few days prior to arriving we had photos and guide on what to expect. The sound of the waves on the sea wall for us was the finishing touch on an oceanfront property. The turtles in the ocean did not disappoint either. My wife fell in love with the pool as well.

Last time I was in Kauai I stayed somewhere else…didn’t make that same mistake twice. This time I chose Poipu Shores and will never stay any where else. Everything about this place was amazing. The view…saw tons whales and turtles swimming by…as we were sitting on the lanai. Short walk to the beach where seals and turtle beaches themselves nightly to sleep. Amazing. The condo was itself was clean, the bathroom perfect, showers were perfect….we even bought the same exact shower heads they had when we got home. Kitchen was spotless and came with everything you would ever need. Washer and dryer. Every night we fell asleep to the crashing oceacn right out side the window. It was just as easy to get in as it was to leave. There is plenty of room here. If you do not stay here you will be cheating yourself and your adventure. I promise you…this is the place! Thank you.

Tremendous views from the lanai and throughout nearly this entire condo. Amazing sunsets to be seen, with daily sea turtle sightings and the occasional dolphin and whale watching…all without having to step foot outside the condo. Also to be enjoyed are the Pacific waves crashing into the rocks below (light sleepers beware :)
The condo came well equipped for cooking/eating in. There were plenty of towels and toiletry basics. Plus a full bevy of beach gear; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear plus a wagon to easily haul everything.
Something to note, is the area rugs in the living room and master bedroom. They seem to be massively shedding fibers, which are tracked everywhere up onto the couch, etc. Like living with dogs/cats.
Poipu Shores is a great property, with a very nice cliffside heated pool, several bbq grills are available, plenty of parking, and only a few minutes walk from the property to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Only a few minutes drive to a multitude of Poipu’s excellent dining, shopping and shaved ice options. Koloa is about a five minute drive away, with a collection of tasty food trucks and the old plantation shopping center. The Fresh Shave is a must there.
Poipu is a fairly ‘central’ location to stay on Kauai. Exploring other parts of the island, Poipu Shores is ~20-30min drive from LIH and ~45min-1hr from the far Western (Waimea Canyon, Na’pali Coast) and/or Northern Shores (Princeville, Hanalei) of the island. The South Shore / Poipu area weather is less rainy and typically the surf is calmer and more conducive for swimming, snorkeling, etc., especially in the winter months.
Overall great stay. Can’t wait for our next Kauai trip.

The condo is stunning. Decor is beautiful! The view is breathtakingly stunning! I could have stood on the Lani for hours (I did)
The condo had all the needed items to cook meals. Beach day they included chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and wagon to transport it all!!! Caught a few waves!
Upon arrival the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates were an awesome touch! Would recommend this place to everyone! True Paradise. Also check out the tasting room in town for wine and gormet food!

The location is so good. The view is spectacular and it’s close to the beach. The massive waves crashing just outside the condo were so cool. The condo itself is very nice inside. Communication with the mgmt team could be better. Not the fault of this condo owner, but securing a parking pass was very difficult on a weekend since the office is closed. The property team, who isn’t affiliated with the condo owner, gave me a parking ticket with a warning that I would be towed since I didn’t have a parking pass displayed in my car; but I couldn’t get a parking pass due to the front office being closed. Suggest that the condo owner arrange to have a parking pass inside the condo upon arrival

The views from the lanai and the location of Poipu Shores are fabulous because you can't get much closer to the ocean and you are on the top floor. There are many things to like about this condo: the kitchen remodel was beautifully done; the fruit basket, wine, coffee, and chocolates on arrival wer appreciatedl; in addition, there were condiments and spices. They had nice towels, and sharp knives. The bed was confortable. They had a cooler, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, snorkle gear, boogie boards, etc.
Some things to be improved: there were a few maintenance issues (A/C leaking); icemaker and water in door didn't work and icemaker was missing. We brought this to the attention of the property manager and they were either fixed or going to be fixed shortly after we left. The property manager was very responsive.

Everything was really great. Needed a boogie board and the owner delivered one to our door. Also had nice treats left for us in the run upon checkin e.g fruits, chocolate, coffee, wine, etc.
There are actually two twin beds in the second bedroom.

This property was a great location and views were amazing. We saw dolphin and turtles outside our window.
Wish it was cleaner and the tv never property worked so when we needed to wind down at night with our kids we had nothing. Overall fine.
