Our townhome is recently renovated, with new paint and new amenities (including brand new full-size washer and dryer!). Enjoy stunning ocean and mountain views while you relax in the most spacious floor plan at Hali’i Kai, offering guests just under 2000 square feet, including two lanais, each with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean - the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sunset dinner.

Everything during your stay will be managed personally by us…the owners. We have a local property manager who handles immediate issues, but otherwise all your correspondence and dealings will be directly with us. No management companies, no “we’ll get back to you’s.” Our only goal is to make your Hawaiian holiday as special and memorable (and easy!) as possible.

Aside from the spectacular view, what we love most about our new townhome are its high ceilings and bamboo hardwood flooring, which give a spacious feeling to the two-story floor plan. The unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an open concept great room, dining area and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new amenities.

The upstairs Main Bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and its own private lanai with an unobstructed ocean view and en-suite bath. An additional upstairs bedroom features twin bunk beds and a double murphy bed (great for kids!). The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor, well-separated for privacy. It has a king bed with morning sunrise views of Mauna Kea and the Kohala Mountains.

The unit has its own laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and just about everything you would want in the comfort of your own home, including high speed Wi-Fi, two large screen TVs, Apple TV, board games a basketball and other gear for outdoor fun. There is one reserved parking space and visitor spaces a short walk away.


Hali’i Kai is a gated community offering tropical landscape, spectacular ocean views, proximity to world-class golf courses, secluded beaches and more. It is probably best known for its private Ocean Club Pavilion. Relax in the lagoon-style black-bottom pool, dig your feet in the sand-bottom hot tub or play in the nearby children’s wading pool. Enjoy poolside meals, snacks, and cocktails at the Ocean Club Grill & Bar, exclusive to residents and guests, or work out in the oceanfront fitness cabana while enjoying the island breeze and the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. (A $25 per day resort fee paid directly to the resort grants you access to the private oceanfront owners' club and is not included in the rent. The fee is per unit per day, not per guest.)

The resort offers just about everything you need to make your vacation extraordinary. Enjoy two fabulous golf courses or swim with dolphins at the nearby Hilton, or check out the nearby Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops, the two largest shopping, dining and entertainment developments on the Kohala coast, including a gourmet market where you can find reasonably priced prepared meals, or food to grill up or cook in the comfort of your own townhome.
