Stayed for five days just prior to Christmas. All of us (family of four) really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and modern, with almost everything appearing in new condition. Pool area and hot tub was quiet and really nice. Kitchen had anything we needed for the occasional meal we cooked. Quiet top floor unit with decent privacy on the lanai. All beach equipment was in very good condition. Great communication with Jillian on an early check in. Also, when we arrived, we realized there was no laundry detergent for the washer. In the property notes this was to be included. A short email to Jillian resulted in a surprising delivery of detergent that same afternoon. Great customer service! These little touches make the difference. Would stay again!

Our family of 4 had a great time in Wailea and enjoyed this condo. It is close to many excellent beaches and snorkel locations, walking distance to great coffee in the mornings and yet very quiet.
The unit was very well equipped for preparing meals, great BBQ on the patio/lanai.
We would stay here again!

My family just loved this condo. It was just as pictured, clean, had everything you could need, and in a great location. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the condo. The pool and property was beautiful and the staff who maintained the grounds were super friendly and helpful. We are already talking about booking our next family vacation/staycation in this same unit.

It was a fabulous property for our family. Great location, beautiful lanai with all the amenities of home. Loved having beach towels, boogie boards, chairs etc for the beach. Will be coming again. Host was excellent!

Our trip was our family once in a lifetime trip to beautiful Maui and more specifically Wailea. The location is a close drive to the best beaches on the island and a short drive to the shops of Wailea as well as the conveniences of Kihei.
We have stayed on other parts of the island and if you can stay in Wailea and in this wonderful condo it is well worth it.
Jillian is a great host and looked after us to make our stay the best... much appreciated.
We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

Beautiful condo that actually looked exactly like it did in the photographs! Absolutely Lovely location - near beaches and shops. Owner was easily accessible. The only negative - guest pool was small and had no shade whatsoever. Other than that absolutely perfect!

The host was wonderful, the place was clean - full of amenities (so cool to have beach chairs, snorkels, and umbrellas) - and very family friendly. I really enjoyed BBQ'ing on the lanai, what an amazing view from there - the pictures do not do it justice!
We couldn't fault the place at all - a lovely place to stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary (with 2 kids in tow!)

Stunning vacation rental. Conveniently located between Wailea and Kihei. Easy walk to pool. Very clean and well-stocked. The unit has everything and anything you could possibly need at your home away from home. Super easy to communicate with the host. The welcome basket with Hawaiian treats was a super nice touch and made us feel very welcome. This was the perfect place for our stay on Maui. Thank you!

From making reservations, arrival to the lovely property, and overall experience during our stay was perfection. Every detail was thoughtfully curated including a welcome basket of Hawaiian yummies, beach supplies, and pantry filled with essentials. Watching sunsets from the balcony are postcard worthy, beautiful. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Palms was wonderful. The condo was just as pictured. It was very comfortable for a family of 5 and the view from the balcony was beautiful with the water and volcanoes visible. About a 10-15 walk to the beach but also an easy drive with public parking available. My only suggestion with a large family is to bring extra beach towels.

The property was unlocked and the door was open. That was a little scary, but after checking under the beds and closets we were good. Sorry we forgot to grab the trash on the way out. We were running late for an early morning flight. Also, one the body boards and chair was broken.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and staying at this Condo. It was in a great location and easy to get to other spots. You can walk to the beach or take a short drive to any of the beaches near. We have two little ones and they had everything we needed for beach supplies and other fun items. 10/10 recommend this condo. It was accurate to the listing and more!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo in Wailea. Everything is new and has a modern, clean feel. The host leaves a wonderful welcome basket and designed the condo to feel comfortable and inviting. The two bathrooms are spacious, the unit is cool, and it was wonderful to have in-house laundry. Five stars all around. I would definitely recommend this condo!

We had a great time in Hawaii. The rental was perfect for our family which included my husband and I and our son and his 9 year old daughter. The unit is very clean, well stocked, quiet and has a lovely lay-out and décor. The balcony is large and has a very nice ocean view. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are a great deal of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here anytime we are back in Wailea.

The condo was nicely and tastefully updated with a large sliding door lanai that our family really enjoyed. Really clean and a great location for us to enjoy the surrounding Wailea area. Comfortable condo, steps from everything Wailea has to offer. There is even a partial ocean view from the lanai from where you can watch the sunset sky. Very gracious host and communicative host. The unit was exactly as listed and better.

Our family had a fantastic stay in this unit, great location and proximity to beaches, restaurants, golf and the highway if you are planning on hitting the road to see the sights. Super convenient with the parking directly in front of the unit, and the ground/ pool area were also awesome. The unit is nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the large sliding doors, that open up to the large patio that provides fantastic views of the ocean and the well kept grounds. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family! Mahalo!

This condo is beautiful and exactly as shown in photos. Jillian was a great host with quick responses. If you have a family / kids the set up and amenities are perfect. The AC was a plus too.

We did a short staycation . This is an upstairs unit.. which tends to be warmer. However the fans and AC made things very comfortable.
There was remodeling going on in the unit below which made Saturday AM a bit disruptive. Otherwise , this unit and its host were great!

The unit was as promised. It was Well appointed, spacious, and beautiful. No problems whatsoever. 15 minute/1 km walk to closest beach. 5 minute drive to either the Shops at Wailea or else to the Center of Kihei (S Kihei Road near Kam 2/Kam3 beach).

Beautifully renovated two bedroom fully equipped condo in one of the most sought after areas in Maui. My husband and I with a short visit from our two kids really enjoyed the condo and all jt had to offer. Extremely comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend Jillian and this rental unit

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit is newly remodeled and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Lanai is fully furnished and has an ocean view. Kitchen well stocked for a family stay as well as beach gear. Ac in every room and ceiling fans as well. Shops, food places are minutes away from the unit.
