We had a great stay in this unit at the Vista Waikoloa. The condo was well maintained and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. It felt homey with plenty of books to read and games to play - very nice. The view of A-Bay from the lanai is great and it was also nice to see the stars at night. We have stayed in a few other units there and this one might have just become my favorite! I hope to return. I enjoy the pool and grounds - we even spotted a wild turkey this trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely space.

Wonderful apartment with thoughtful details (beach chairs, towels, guide books, games) made for a very relaxing stay. Great view, breezy with lots of light, needed AC only for a few hours. Very accessible to beach and local restaurants. A bit of a drive to Kailua-Kona, but that might be what some want. Prompt and courteous communication from owner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious and had a nice large balcony. We got to use the beach bags that were provided, beach chairs and umbrella (which was a must for us), cooler and beach toys. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions.
The only minor thing was trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher, as there was a timer set. But we got it to work after a few attempts. Some instructions might be helpful :)
There are shops and a beach within walking distance, which was great too. I would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful time in the condo. Very well equipped for our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach experience as well as everything we needed inside the condo. Accommodations for 4 but it was so well stocked we would have served a few meals before having to run the dishwasher! Tons of pillows and linens. It was great. Extremely spacious for our family if 4 (2 adults and 2 teens).
Waikoloa was a great location for exploring all over the island. Enjoyed many of the nearby beaches and eateries.
The complex was really quiet, I’m not sure we had neighbors next or below us.

Such a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Great sized unit for the 4 of us. Pool is a great temp for swimming. Did a Target Drive-up order on the plane and were able to avoid dragging my 4 year old grandson through Costco. That worked seamlessly. We were very sad to leave. Tracy and Carmine were very responsive when I accidentally deleted instructions to get into the unit.

#1 favorite feature is the view of the ocean and mountain, which you can also see from indoors. Tied for #1 is the lanai. I sat there with my coffee watching the sky lighten up in the a.m., napped on the hammock after tuckered out from snorkeling, and lay out looking at the stars at night. Next, I was impressed by how truly well-equipped the kitchen was - could have made giant family dinners (but didn't because I was on vacay, lol!) It also included very thoughtful/helpful items like seasonings and foil, which most places don't stock. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet (easy to fall asleep!), and beautiful pieces of art greet you when walk through the door. It's on the third floor with no levels above you and near the elevator, if you need it. We walked to A-Bay to watch the sunset a couple times and down the street to the Kings/Queens outdoor "malls" to get some food and Original Big Island Shave Ice (the best we tried on the Kohala and Kona coast!) There is a reserved parking spot for the condo, just pay attention to the map you are sent, because the parking spots are not in numerical order, haha.

Tracy and Carmine's condo was a great place to vacation with friends. It was located a short walk from the ocean and shops, had a well-appointed kitchen, 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, not to mention the gorgeous view! We also really appreciated the beach chairs. There were snorkels as well, though we didn't use them on this trip. The complex's pool was a good length for laps and was a comfortable temperature. We'd love to return!

Tracy and Charmaine were very responsive to any and all of our needs. The view from their suite is spectacular. A bonus was the ability to see the erupting volcano by looking over the railing to the left.

The location and view was fantastic. The negative is that elevator was a mess. Very dirty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!!!

It was the 2nd time to stay at Vista Waikoloa for us.
We stayed at a different unit before, and we loved it. Unfortunately, that unit was occupied this time. However, we were lucky that this highly rated E304 was available when we were planning!!
The floor plans were same as the other unit we stayed. Very clean, well-stocked, plenty of room for 2 people, and huge lanai with a gorgeous view. The view from lanai was just breath taking. I enjoyed taking naps on the hammock several times.
The owner Tracy responded very quickly for questions, and very good communication.
We wished to stay longer!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Tracy and Carmine’s apartment at Puako!
The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious.
The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed to prepare our own meals that we could enjoy on the stunning balcony, taking in the views and the sunset.
The selection of beach gear provided meant we could enjoy a day snorkelling and sunbathing without having to hire a thing.
We had one small query about operating the lights (user error) and Carmine got back to us immediately explaining what we needed to do.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking about visiting the area to stay here :)

It is a spacious two bedroom/two bath. We enjoyed the stay so much especially the Lanai. There are plenty of supplies for water fun. A-bay is close by with rentals for water activities.

I would definitely stay at Tracy's place again. Large/modern unit with ALL the basics and amenities. Loved the deck (being on the top floor), the location, and the view was very nice too. I had a few questions during my stay, and Tracy had responded to me almost immediately.

My husband, myself and our 8 year old daughter stayed at this property for a month. The apartment was clean, very well-stocked, and as pictured. It was within walking distance of nice shops (Kings shops & Queens marketplace) and a beautiful beach (A-Bay). It was also within driving distance of several great beaches. Owners communicated very well before the trip and responded to our queries within minutes while we were there. Ideal for a month in Hawaii! Would stay again. Mahalo.

This condo was modern, spotless and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Good location close to beaches. The hosts were helpful and made sure we had all of the latest codes to access the gate , pool, etc. They had beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels. Very nice!

Lovely modern condo with everything we needed for a stress-free visit to Big Island.
Elevator for moving luggage and beach gear.
Comfortable beds and pillows, fully equipped kitchen, ocean views and breezes from the deck.
All the beach-going stuff: chairs, umbrella, wheeled cooler, beach games and watersports gear.
Always working air conditioner and wifi, good cell coverage.
Widescreen videos, guide books and novels, DVDs, puzzles, mostly for adults.
Walkable to all resort area shopping and activities.
Helpful owners/managers.
A couple of issues:
The showers lack enough glass to avoid getting water on the bathroom floor so lay down towels and watch your step as you get out.
The pool/spa heater was still waiting for a part (last weeks of Feb.22) to get it working but the pool water temp was pleasant so whenever that gets fixed that'll be a plus.
Good to Know:
Costco is near the airport - go on the way in if you can.
Island Gourmet in Queen's Marketplace is well-stocked but premium-priced for food and drinks.
Review the door opening instructions before you first try it - it's different from how most work but easy once you get the hang of it.
The coffee maker takes #4 cone filters and there is a bean grinder.
Ice maker works great - just bring ziplock bags for cooler packing.
Stocked with olive oil and spices so you (probably) only need to buy/bring condiments.
Enjoy the Luau music and drums wafting over in the evenings from Hilton and Marriott.
Green flash sunset option from both the shore across the street past the ponds south of the Hilton and at A-beach in front of the Marriott.

I've traveled for many years and stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. This was one of the best. I had a lot of questions, and the responses were incredibly quick and helpful. The place was super clean and the amenities were top notch, especially all of the great beach gear from towels to chairs to coolers and so forth. This place made our vacation feel luxurious and enhanced every aspect. So very, very glad we stayed here, and I think you will be, too!

My husband and I stayed for a week. It was perfectly located in Waikoloa Village with easy access to dining, walking paths, ocean views, beaches and more. Our place was so quiet, and the bed so comfortable, great rest. The lanai view was so wonderful. (The only change I’d make is to put in lounge chairs or couch on the deck. Large glass table is practical but not inviting for enjoying morning coffee and sunset.
We may do this trip again next year. We will stay here again!

We walked in and the girls were delighted. This property was perfectly situated- close to the beach and shops and area we know fairly well. We walked down to A-Bay every day, following the directions given which made it very easy. Communication with the owners and property manager were seamless and responses very prompt.
