This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 1,209 square feet with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Beaches Golf Course.

Master Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent en-suite master bath with his/her vanities.

2nd Bedroom: 2 double beds provides maximum flexibility for sleeping in this spacious bedroom. Adjacent bathroom is perfect to maintain privacy in this bedroom nook.

Kitchen: new spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a coffee from a full pot, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Lots of appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.

Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the lanai table while overlooking the golf course. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely. Outdoor propane Viking grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market before watching the sunset from your lanai.

Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 125 steps away – we’ve counted! Also 125 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.

Other: BOB stroller, washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. Both ottomans extend to twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements (two in total). High speed internet. ROKU TV in each bedroom so you can quickly log into your own subscriptions (automatically logs out after your stay based on your dates). Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bodyboard, beach toys, paddle board.

Car Rental: Vehicle available for guests to rent for additional charge. 5passenger seating. Clean, all-wheel drive, cold A/C, hatchback with lots of room for beach gear. Inquire via direct message if interested in this add-on.

Beautiful unit in a wonderful community. Matt was super accommodating providing an absolute top notch experience. The furnishings were comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Matt has 2 pack and plays, a stroller, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and household supplies it was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Great views of the gold course from the balcony. The pool and gym are just across the street. The attention to detail really set this place apart. It was a true resort experience. There are great shops and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away including decent sized food store that has prepared meals as well as groceries, beer and wine, steaks and fish, which were bought and cooked in the grill. The beach was amazing, just a 3 minute drive away and had palm trees providing shade. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Matt, the unit and the community were, it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The Big Island is an amazing place!

Matt is an awesome host with an awesome location. Located directly across of the waikoloa queens market place makes this condo a must stay. This was our first family vacation in a condo and having all the amenities offered was amazing, the pool, spa and exercise room were less than a minute walk away with little to no one there during our 5 day stay which came to a surprise for us. We highly recommend staying here, great for the adult and kids. Definitely a return place for our family.

Matt is by far the best host we have ever had. His communication is excellent and he shared numerous recommendations for things to do, places to see, and favoeite local restaurants. The condo is located in a lovely community close to many amenities and is beautifully appointed. We could not have asked for a better stay. Many thanks to Matt for sharing his tropical paradise with us!

We stayed for one month in this condo and were overall very pleased. The location is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and A-Bay for an (often windy) ocean dip, turtle spotting or snorkeling. It’s a close drive to our favorite beaches and about 30 minutes from Kona and 90 from Hilo. Matt is incredibly easy to work with and communicates promptly and clearly. Check in and check out were a breeze. I am giving only 4 stars because the condo above us must have tile floors throughout because we could hear everyone who stayed up there walking, running, and talking and it echoed down to us. They are planning to remodel the condo upstairs, so hopefully they add carpet! Otherwise, it’s a fantastic condo to stay in and explore Big Island.

We stayed at Matt's condo last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is great with a short walk to ABay and the shops across the street. It is also a wonderful location to other things on the island from beaches to restaurants to Mauna Kea. It was helpful to be able to fix some meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We loved being able to take the beach chairs/towels/etc to the beach!!! Also, we truly enjoyed the view of the golf course at breakfast everyday. Would love to stay again if we make it back to the BI!

This condo was perfect in pretty much every way. View from the balcony, comfort of beds and furniture. Location is ideal just across the street from Queens Market and Kings shops, where there are many restaurants. Everything in the unit is in very good condition from appliances to utensils. All you need to bring is your personal items. They even provided shampoo,conditioner,body wash and hair dryer. Matt was great to deal with, always replied quickly to any questions. Will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you Matt!

Matt and Sara’s home was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed at several places and this was the most well stocked kitchen which made it very easy for us to prepare meals and take lunches with us. There were 10 beach towels, plenty of beach stuff, cooler, cooler bag, etc. It is apparent that Matt stocks his house for his guests as if it were for himself, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

L23 was an amazing property. We have been to the big island about 4 times and this area is our favorite area. We have stayed in other vrbo units in this area and the difference in quality and cleanliness is night and day. L23 was spotless and even had a robo vacuum that ran when we were at the beach. Having access to rent a suv was affordable and saved hours waiting in line at the rental place (seriously!). Owners had great tips on beaches, groceries, etc. it felt homey, nice linens, plenty of beach towels and loads of stuff we didn’t have to buy (beach toys, coolers, etc.). I appreciated the nice kitchen cooking and grill tools too. Excellent WiFi and pools on the property. We love the location and hands down will be booking this property again. The location is a 10.

From the well equipped kitchen, lanai complete with grill, and comfortable living and bedrooms, it is just as represented. The beach gear, complete with cart to transport as well as the owner recommendations for beaches was very helpful. Would certainly recommend this property.
