Located in the Kihei/Wailea area, in the world-famous Wailea Resort community, The Palms at Wailea complex boasts a beautiful pool, hot tub and is conveniently located close to the Shops of Wailea, luxury hotels, stylish boutiques, great restaurants, tennis, the Wailea Blue Golf Course, coastal path and the spectacular beaches of South Maui. Keawakapu beach is just a short stroll away. Snorkle, boogie board, stand up paddle, or just soak up the sun.

Unit 1802 is a beautiful 2nd floor two bedroom/two bathroom unit located just off the green belt with an assigned parking spot right outside your door. It is spacious with high ceilings, an open floor plan and an expansive lanai (11' x 20') overlooking the well manicured tropical gardens. The lanai, complete with your own bbq, is partially covered and a great area for relaxing. It has a large table and seating to enjoy eating your meals al fresco. Sliding glass doors and pass-through kitchen windows allow the lanai to be an extension of the great room and provides a feeling of living outside. Ceiling fans (living room, dining area, bedrooms) keep the air moving and an A/C unit in the master bedroom keeps it at the perfect temp for you. Hide-a-bed sofa (queen size) in the living room means the unit comfortably sleep 6. There's also a full sized clothes washer and dryer.

The condo has a keyless entry system which uses the latest security technology. All access is controlled by codes for the entry door lock. You do not need to worry about driving to a rental office, losing keys at the beach, or meeting at the property to let others in. Our guests love this system, and we know that you will too!

Large deck box on the lanai includes 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, a number of snorkels and masks (no fins), misc. kids pool toys and noodles.

The property owner gave great instructions on accessing the property. The condo was clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys that were there. It was nice having a bbq grill at the condo too. We really enjoyed our stay here in Maui.

The location of this unit is perfect. Close to the Shops at Wailea and all of the best beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and pots and pans we needed for cooking, there were lawn chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards and towels for the beach. The only reason I didn’t give this property a 5 star rating is that it really needs a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wasn’t “dirty”, as a matter of fact, I checked the oven, fridge, microwave and bathrooms when we first arrived and they were all well cleaned. Just the walls, blinds, sliding walls, etc. need a good wipe down. I would recommend this property to others. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved Stephen’s condo! It was spotless when we arrived and smelled so clean, the kitchen was well stocked for basic meal prep. We loved that there were lots of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a small cooler to use. The pool is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The only downside was there wasn’t any bedding for the pull out sleep sofa, so we had to figure something out with that. But otherwise, it was perfect!

The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the upkeeping of the condo. Despite the overpowering smell of pine sol as we walked in, we felt it was a bit dirty and did not seem to be well taken care of by the cleaning company. Floors were sticky and sandy and many utensils were dirty. The slider blinds could not be closed due to a broken handle, patio light was out, and the screen door did not fit on track and was extremely difficult to open and close. The washer and dryer were both full of lint and sand. The vacuum was left full of dirt and layered with dust. Bathroom towels were limited and extra bed linens were not provided. Finally, the only AC unit was located in the master bedroom. The rest of the condo, including the second bedroom, was so hot and uncomfortable that we were unable to hang out and relax in the main living space during our stay. Unless another ac unit was installed in the main living space and cleanliness was improved upon, we would not stay in this unit again.

This Condo was very easy to access and close to everywhere we wanted to be in South Maui. Wailea is our choice location for our stays in Maui. The Beaches near by are some of the Best in the World. The landscaping is well kept and lush. The Owner is very accommodating and helpful. We were very pleased with the property as it was furnished nicely with everything you need to enjoy your time there.

Stayed at Palms at Wailea many times, first time this exact unit Great location, very clean and well stocked condo. What you see in listing is what you get - which we appreciate! Condo owner easy to communicate with and quick to reply to the couple of questions we have. Will come back to complex again and would be happy if ended out in this unit again x
