We stayed for 11 nights (2 adults, 1 small child). Liz was great at responding to messages in a timely manner which is always appreciated. The condo has basics that you’d need and is in a great location across from beautiful beaches & parks. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on which was very disruptive. We were told no construction would be happening in Liz’s building, but that turned out to be not true. Also, the lanai overlooks a busy service road to other condos, so road noise was also a factor in this review. Pros: location, amenities (pool, hot tub, gym), lots of parking available, beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys!)Cons: AC unit only in living room, construction noise, street noise, cleanliness

Liz's place had everything we needed for our trip. The place is equipped with comfortable furniture, a great lanai with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean (we saw lots of whales!), beach chairs, and air conditioning. The complex is across the street from a beach park and has a pool and hot tub onsite with great BBQ areas that we took advantage of for a family gathering.

This experience couldn’t have gone better! Great place, close to the beach, restaurants etc. Loved being able to walk across the street for the sunset every evening. The host was great and easy to work with. Major plus having two full sized bathrooms and the patio was fabulous. All the beach stuff graciously shared was awesome!!!! Saving all my pennys to go back again someday.

Comfortable space for two, no place to store bike rentals that we could find. Not a ton of light in the unit as the photos represent, but not a big deal as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. Local beaches and access was great. Lifeguards working all the beaches, which was comforting as well. Great location!

My family and I loved our stay at Liz's place. It was adorable, well-kept, and so conveniently located! The second bathroom is a huge plus. Liz very kindly includes everything you need for a nice day at the beach -- beach chairs, towels, a cooler for drinks. This was my first stay in Kihei and based on this experience I will gladly come back again. Great communication with Liz too, she always got back to me fast if I had to message with any questions!

Enjoyed our stay in this very sweet apartment. Felt very much at home.
Had everything we needed and the few tiny issues we had were immediately addressed by Liz and the front desk staff. The complex is beautifully maintained and the location is great. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, the stay and condo was great. Great location, updated furniture and appliances. Only thing was the floors were dirty. Used to taking our shoes off in the house and quickly realized we couldn't do that.

This condo's location is phenomenal! Right across from Kam Beach II, short walk to local restaurants and a short drive to Wailia. The grounds are well kept, the pool is clean and there are two hot tubs as well. The gym is in an older room but why workout indoors when you can run a beach front path? A quick note on entrances; there are three entrances two of which are gated with a code. Use the non-gated main entrance the first day and check in will give you a code for the gates.

We had a great time while at Liz’s unit at the Kameole Sands. We have been coming to the Kameole Sands for a long time, and love the area. Liz was incredibly responsive to our requests and ensured we had everything we needed. The unit has had some wear and tear, however this did not impact our overall trip in any way! Recommend a stay for sure!

Pros:
Great location and right across from beach. Spacious condo and the 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus. Renovated living space, floors and kitchen. Communication with host was very reliable prior to arrival and check in. Grounds of property was excellent with good amenities. Parking spot was included. Useful washer/dryer and dish washer. We used a few times with no difficulty.
Cons: Late check in past listed time as House keeping was not completed. Lobby check in was smooth but could not go to condo until after 5pm when check in was listed at 4pm. There was mold in primary bathroom shower off bedroom. Dirty dishes found in drawers in kitchen. Which we ended up cleaning ourselves. House keeping could of done a better job at checking cooking utensils and organizing drawers.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, well appointed, comfortable condo! The owner was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here for another wonderful time in Maui
