Really enjoyed our week stay in Nov 2023. The condo is very well equipped, from everything in the kitchen to boogie boards outside. We really appreciated the code access to the condo so you didn’t need to carry a key or card with you when at the beach.
This is our second time at Ekahi village and the location can’t be beat. Close to restaurants and grocery in Kihei or a short stroll to shops and food at Wailea village. Great ratio of pools to people and beach front!
Mike the host was excellent; prompt and professional. Last but not least - the views from the upstairs patio are unbelievable!

This was our 2nd time to this property. Clean, well stocked, and spacious condo. Close to a quiet pool, the beach on this property is fantastic. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio! Mike was super quick to respond and went beyond to make our stay great. Thank you!!

We love staying at this property and location and have been in other condos on the property for the past 15 years. The condo had everything necessary and was a good layout. We did have to buy a couple pillows as the ones provided were not great but overall we had a great experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Ekahi 44C. The view is beautiful, the condo is located outside a gorgeous pool. It is a bit of a walk to the main pool and beach but the complex is so beautiful that it is a very enjoyable walk. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and we felt right at home.

We loved our stay here! Tons of space for our family of 4 with the 2 floors and 2 patios. Great ocean views from both patios. One pool is 30 ft away and very quiet, nice after a day at the beach! Grounds of this resort are beautiful. The beach is perfect for swimming. We will be back!

Convenient to everything in Kihei, yet far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Short five-minute walk to the main pool and ocean. Plenty of amenities at the condo, and all in all a very nice place.

My family enjoyed our stay in maui. The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Tv up stairs didn't work. Other than that it was a wonderful stay !

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse. Updated decor, immaculately clean. Some traffic noise as well as noise from nearby construction, but not an issue. There were a few minor issues we mentioned to the owner, who responded promptly. It is a distance from the beach - not an issue for us. Easy to recommend.

Everything went well and the property had great amenities and access to the beach. The one item that needs to be addressed by Maui County is putting speed bumps along both streets Wailea Alii and Okalani to slow traffic and reduce noise.
The condo was close to great restaurants and the Wailea shops. It The condo was well outfitted and we had privacy and a great sunset view from both levels.
The walk to the beach May tough on some people with mobility issues but was fine for us. It is a 500 meter walk uphill. Beautiful walk through the Ekahi resort.

We had an outstanding vacation at this marvellous property. Was great to have so much space. The property was certainly as listed and exceeded our expectations.
Very well equipped with everything that you could need in the kitchen and with all the beach gear. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful ocean views from both the lower level lanai but particularly from the lanai off the master bedroom.
Although there are two air-conditioning units, we hardly needed to use them. The property has such great cross ventilation with windows that open on three sides and large quiet ceiling fans.
Although the property backs onto a road, this had very little impact on us. Very quiet at night and no problem sleeping. There is an active construction site nearby that does have some noise from about eight until mid afternoon on weekdays, but again it was manageable and did not have a negative impact on us overall. We were largely away exploring Maui or down at the pool or on the beach at those times anyway.
The Ekahi complex itself is nothing short of spectacular. Gorgeous gardens and landscaping throughout. Four pools and a pickle ball court. We particularly enjoyed the oceanfront pool complex and being down on the beach right in front.
The location right between Kihei and Makena was perfect. Most mornings we did a long walk along the beach and the oceanfront walkway from Ekahi 4 km down through Makena. Couple of great little spots for coffee. Shopping, restaurants and all services just a short walk or drive away.

We spent 12 nights at this little gem of a spot. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances you need. The King bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean from both the upstairs and downstairs lanais. The condo is close to restaurants and shopping. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. There was a pool steps from the unit and we were usually the only one's there. Was a wonderful vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to return!

It was very clean! And the kitchen had everything you needed to cook! The bed was comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but there is a pool about 30 ft away so that was nice! Any stores you will need to Uber or drive. The construction is very loud so unless ur out and about most the day you will most likely not hear it. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the Wailea Ekahi Village, but the location of this particular unit proved to be disappointing. We were not informed of the extremely loud construction/ground excavation project going on right across the street from this unit that went on all day from 7:30 am until 5-5:30 pm everyday but Sunday. The noise made it impossible to enjoy the unit inside or out during those times. The grounds of the complex, access to the beautiful beach, the pavilion and the pool with ocean view were amazing. This unit was redone nicely, but could be equipped with a few more items in the kitchen for cooking. We did enjoy early morning coffee on the upstairs lanai with a view of the grounds and ocean in the distance. Would have been a wonderful stay without the construction going on.

The condo is as described and we've stayed in a number of condos in Hawaii. There were lots of extra touches that were appreciated---actual spices, some olive oil, tin foil, etc. Sofa bed was easy to use, and fine for a kid but my husband's back didn't appreciate it.
I've seen others comment on road noise, which didn't bother me. They are building another resort or something across the street and we did hear some noise from that but it was brief.
Pools are well kept, grounds are gorgeous. This unit is the furthest from the beach and it has a hill. We were fine on it, but if you have trouble walking or getting around, you may want to drive down and park closer.
The pavilion area and main pool are wonderful. Great outdoor full kitchen and plenty of grills. Very popular at sunset and with all of the restaurants still at 50% and long waits, nearly everyone is cooking these days.
There was a wagon for us to use to haul in groceries and take to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for kids.
Great views from the lanai--highly recommend.

Everything was perfect other than some unfortunate construction happening nearby. Totally not the fault of the owners though, just bad luck. We still enjoyed our time at Wailea Ekahi Village immensely. The beach and pavilion were awesome. The restaurants and island were busy, but we cooked at the pavilion or got takeout and watched the sunset. Totally relaxing! We will be back for sure. Thanks!

There are several points I want to make why this is the best rental property we have ever come across. Very clean, very open space design, the kitchen has every possible thing you need from preparing breakfast to a several course meal. The items are all new or new like, plenty of dishes, glasses pots and pans. The owner even stocked the kitchen with plastic plates and cups for for small kids.
The unit is very kid friendly, had beach toys, markers and crayons, a pack and play, baby gate for stairs and the unit was pretty kid proofed for little toddler kids to roam around. Also, the back Lanai opens into a large a back yard garden with grass.
The condo complex is very well maintained and there are several pools available, the closest being only steps outside the back sliding door.
The furniture is very comfortable and I give the owner 10 stars of 5 for a great new bed and sheets. So many of our rentals the owners try to avoid replacing an old mattress with padding, but this bed gives you a great night sleep.
The beach is nearby walk or short drive within the complex and the beach is fairly private and is not overrun with people. The condo also has beach equipment and many beach towels.
The condo has all the modern technologies, like Amazon Alexa, a iPhone home pod and great super fast internet via wifi. They also provide a high level cable package with virtually every network you need to see. (which is rare)
Finally, the manager was responsive via my e mails pre-trip and during the trip, responding in minutes.
Only thing that came up was the K-cup coffee maker would not brew, but it also had a drip coffee maker as a companion and he was was going to look at that. Literally, that was the only minor minor thing we came across. A guaranteed great location. Have fun!

View from lani to ocean was beautiful. Road and air conditioner noise deterred from ambience. Condo was well appointed except for no salt and no starting laundry soap. We were there for ten days so it would've been nice to have. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.
