The cute condo on the third level was amazing! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The owners provided everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation. From all kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, and all your beach necessities.Everything is there for you. You have a very popular beautiful beach walking distance from the condo. Which is a awesome because you didn't have to look for parking. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your home to us. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed to have a fantastic time. Being able to walk across the street to a beach that was fun to play on is a big bonus. It's not the most modern or fancy place to stay, but we thought it was wonderful for the cost per night. We had one issue during our stay, but it was resolved super-fast. The owner was quick to respond even though it was late when we called. You'll enjoy your stay if you're not picky people.

White Sands Village is an incredibly well run condo complex. Beach across the street makes it even better. #310 was super clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!!

There was black mold on the ceiling! Then the owner took ALL the furniture off the lanai! We had to go buy chairs to sit on outside on the lanai! I’ve rented at this complex before but, this place was a mess! Don’t use this rental!

This property was the gem of our stay while we visited Hawaii. The house was wonderfully clean, beds were the BEST, and even better, air conditioning so after a long hot day we could cool off. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know.

Wonderful place to stay. Across from white sand beach, snorkle reef very close, across from Magic Beach Grill with great food. Well decorated and has all the things you need to enjoy your stay on Hawaii!

We enjoyed our time at Magic Sands village. Quite complex, clean condo, and great location. Make sure to go across the street to Magics Bar and grill. Great location, food, and service.

This condo is great! It had all the amenities we needed. It is conveniently located across the street from White Sands Beach. Description on the website is accurate and the owners are very helpful and respond promptly to any questions. Beds are very comfortable, the size of the condo accommodated my family no problem (6). Hands down an excellent choice to enjoy beautiful Hawaii! Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I stayed here for the last three days on the island and it was the perfect spot. Directly across from Magic Sands (swimming and sunsets!) and a HIBikes rental area (we mostly rode bikes and walked) - super convenient!
The space was perfect for us - one room was our closet and the other was our bedroom. Both beds were very comfortable and the condo was fully stocked with kitchen and beach essentials.
We’d love to stay again!

This was our first visit to Kona. We loved the island and loved this condo. It is perfectly located for enjoying the ocean, the town and the "Hawaiian" way of life. The condo was a true gem - upgraded throughout with tasteful decor that made you feel right at home and fully stocked with items to make your vacation enjoyable (snorkel gear, beach chairs, TV/cable, etc.). Each bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The living and dining rooms were upgraded and made the open space comfortable for relaxing and entertaining. The lanai overlooks the pool and has ocean view. The pool is awesome -- heated perfectly -- a great spot to relax after a day in the sun and sea. Definitely coming back!!!! (in the spring 2015!!!!!)

Wonderful, updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean-view condo, on famous Alii Drive, top floor, across the street from White Sands beach. This place is very comfortable, with lots of upgrades and everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, new furniture, nice ceiling fans, new TVs, comfortable couches, with comfortable king and queen beds, with all the gear you might need to play tennis, snorkel, or hit the beach. The condo complex has tennis courts, a pool/ hot tub downstairs, and multiple BBQ’s. We loved snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach with 5 turtles, just half a mile south. Quick 5 minutes north to historic Kailua-Kona town, and close to ocean-side restaurants, like Huggo’s on the beach, which we loved. Shopping abounds. It was great to be able to BBQ downstairs, eat breakfast out on the lanai in the morning, (with Kona coffee!!), play tennis, snorkel, etc. We really enjoyed having more space than we ever did in a hotel.
