I don’t know where to begin …. This is just a fabulous condo and resort. From the moment we contacted Dawn, the owner, we received quick responses, care and consideration. This is the most equipped condo I have ever stayed in, from tin foil to Saran wrap,to a complete array of spices and other cooking supplies. Even coffee. The condo was clean in every possible way and towels were plush. There has been careful attention given to everything that would make guests feel welcomed. Papakea is a quiet and beautiful resort with everything you would want whether it be soaking, sunning, miniature golfing and just sitting back listening to the ocean roar. Highly recommend this condo!!!!

This was a beautiful location to stay in Maui, near plenty of activities, many that were within walking distance. The check-in and check-out process were easy because all the information was sent in advance. The host was responsive with any questions and sent additional information that helped my partner and I find more activities and food in the area. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our 6 day stay. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Maui so wonderful, we hope to visit again in the future!

We loved our stay at Dawns unit at the Papakea Resort. We love the location. So close to our favorite restaurant The Fish Market. A hop skip to Whalers Village or Napili Bay. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to boogie boards and a cooler. We loved every minute and will be back soon. Thank you so much!!

WE stayed at Dawn's Beautiful condo from 4/1 to 5/30 for oue 50th anniv. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties before but Dawn was the best owner we have dealt with. We had some very,very minor problems and she responded immediatly to them. WE loved the condo and Papakea resort. so relaxing and condo was so convienent to everything. Thank you for making our anniv so special.

This is a tastefully decorated unit; a very comfortable king bed. Well equipped kitchen. We used the unit as overflow space for my husband and I while our three adult daughters occupied our usual 2 bedroom ocean front unit. A well-kept unit located in an exceptional complex; the unit had very comfortable furnishings.

We’re used to staying at the bigger resorts but this condo was so much more relaxing. So close to the pool and bbq grills. Super safe for the kids. Condo was great! Food trucks and groceries are an easy walk. ABC store is right across the parking lot. A++++

Beautiful resort - clean, beautiful flowers, greenery, and Christmas decorations. Pool area was clean and well kept. Loved that they had Pickleball courts, shuffle board, and putting green, in addition to pool. Would have liked earlier hours to play Pickleball and a beach area. Ocean view but no beach area.

Look no further, this Papakea condo is Paradise in Maui. Dawn and Tom have thought out every last detail to make our stay absolutely perfect.
The condo is spotless and in perfect location, the flowers, the birdsong, the beach two minutes away, walking distance to Everything you need. And the landscaping is very well maintained. Although we have traveled the world, we have found our Paradise here at Papakea.

I can't say enough about what a great stay this was!
It's walking distance to shopping, food trucks/restaurants, and the north end of Kaanapali beach, and only a few minutes drive south to Baby Beach in Lahaina or north to Napili/Kapulua.
The condo itself was very clean and well kept, and was perfectly suited to our family needs. My little girls loved the ground level access, which allowed them run out the lanai door to the pool, play mini-golf, and chase the lizards as much as they wanted.
The resort grounds are also immaculate, and the pools were not super crowded. We made full use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with cooking equipment. Just a few steps out the lanai door, it was very convenient to get to the bbqs.
Dawn was super helpful with check-in information, directions, and sent us a great start up package. She checked in with us to ensure we were having a lovely stay.
I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to be back again soon with my family!

We spent a week in Dawns condo and loved it. Very comfortable furnishings, great location and it had a nice ocean view. Dawn was a wonderful host, responding quickly to a few questions we had. We will rent the unit again on our next trip to Maui.

Cute and comfortable condo with everything you need to enjoy a Maui vacation. Very nice community pools and great hot tubs.
The lawn by the property's sea wall was a wonderful place to view the sunset. There was a smaller beach right next to the complex and a short drive to the larger beach walk with great restaurants, shopping and beach access. Our favorite restaurant was Hula Grill! We were very pleased with this property and recommend it highly.

We couldn’t ask for more. The condominium is just fantastic, and the unit is amazing, just in front of the pool, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and all beach toys, chairs, bodyboards etc etc! The location is fantastic. We had a great holiday!

What a great place! My best friend and I rented Dawn's beautiful home for four nights and we could not have been more pleased. Everything was just as described and had all the amenities we needed. Dawn was very quick to respond to questions and provided all the information we needed.
The location was great, near lots of beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants. We also loved being so close to the water where we enjoyed snorkeling and relaxing at the beach! I can't wait to go back and stay here, but will definitely plan a longer stay...four nights was not enough :) Aloha!

We had such a great stay in this condo. Having ground level access was wonderful and easy for our 6 year old to get to the pool. We loved the location of the property and just the ease of having a kitchen and our own place to call our own for the 12 days we were on Maui. We have zero complaints about the unit and the resort as a whole. High recommend. Dawn was lovely to communicate with too. Next time in Maui we hope to stay here again!

The property is beautiful and well kept. Great pickle ball and tennis courts. Pool area is spacious. Loved the koi ponds and mini golf areas. Never felt too crowded. Would have liked more of a beach but I understand Mother Nature takes care of that.

Every detail was perfect and so appreciated. We traveled with our 8 & 10 year old daughters. The location of the condo was amazing!!! We were able to access all of the amenities on property. Dawn was the best host. They had so many things to use in the condo if needed. Most importantly the condo was clean. We can't wait to return!

Wow! What a great 2 weeks spent at E105 Papakea! Dawn and Tom were amazing hosts always checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. They were readily available for all our vacation needs.
We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us in the suite. The king size bed was an added bonus and the kids slept very well on the pull-out couch. A/C came in handy especially at night and having in suite laundry was so convenient. The suite is stocked with all your beach accessories including beach chairs, pool floaties , snorkel gear, coolers and thermoses and more. The kids loved having a walk out lanai that led to the putting green and pool. We spent every morning with coffees on the lanai listening to the birds and the waves.
Sunsets right out front were our daily routine and whales were spotted every day while we visited. You could also snorkel right off the seawall.
The location was excellent. We were walking distance from groceries, shaved ice, coffee shops, food trucks and other amazing beaches.
If you are on the fence don’t hesitate to book this amazing suite. We hope to be back in the future.

Just came back from our Maui trip and I can't say enough about how amazing our stay is.
The small 1b unit from Dawn is in a perfect location with easy shopping and dining experience. The food truck offers quick and delicious meals, we love the "slappy cakes" around the corner and went there twice in our 5 nights stays. The ABC store behind Papakea has everything you will possibly need. If you are willing to drive, 10min will get you to Lahaina and there are lot more choices there.
The Papakea aparment complex is amazing as well, ocean facing with tennis court, pickleball court, spa, swimming pool, putting course. Front desk is very friendly and also very efficient with checking in and out.
Dawn's apartment is perfect for a small family of 4, it comes with everything you need for beach play and the small washer and dryer is perfect and just right at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful experience with Dawn! From the very beginning at booking her condo, she answered every question and was SO accommodating. We were there to get married, and we were so excited to find a bottle of champagne in the fridge upon our arrival! The condo was equipped with everything imaginable, and having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The location was also great with easy access to the water, pool, parking, and bbq! From our first contact with the owners until the day we had to return home, this property rates a solid 5 stars! The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with amenities to make the perfect vacation. From all the beach gear you'd need, to a truly outfitted kitchen, we didn't need to spend a dime on anything other than food. It truly felt like a we were staying in a home, not a rental condo. From the modern updated kitchen to the furnishings and a tasteful decorative touch throughout the property, it is one of the nicest place at Papakea that we saw during our 8 days. A big plus was the fact that this property has air conditioning in the main living area and the bedroom. We had several family members on this vacation with us and their condos didn't have AC in the bedroom. They had to rely on a fan to push the cooler air into their bedrooms.
What else is their to say...... this was the perfect vacation in the perfect resort in the perfect property. The grounds at Papakea were immaculate! We even witnessed the grounds maintenance people steam cleaning the sidewalks! The lawns, flowers, putting courses, and swimming pools were in perfect condition.
Thank you so much for really going above and beyond the standard to provide your clients with a most memorable stay in Maui. You are at the top of our list for vacations and can't wait to return to your hospitality in the future.

This is an excellent property that is steps from the ocean/ pool/ putting green. Papakea is always a great time and the owners of this property are great as they are easily reachable and they are very nice people with great knowledge of Maui and all that Papakea has to offer. We enjoyed our stay at this unit! The resort is very nice and has beautiful gardens, pools, hot tubs, putting greens. The unit itself had all the kitchen amenities one would need to prepare a feast, all the beach toys for fun adventures in the sun, and lovely furnishings. The split AC is in the main room and bedroom. We had plenty of space for 2 couples. Dawn is excellent and a very proactive communicator making sure you have everything you need for a great stay. I would love to stay here again!
