Welcome to our amazing ocean view condo...Kauai Kailani 305! Kauai Kailani is an ocean front condominium that has been fully renovated with high end, stylish boutique finishes. It has two pools--one ocean front and one behind the garden building. There is free wifi, cable TV and parking (with a dedicated parking spot for our condo). This all comes with NO resort fees. We are a top floor unit so the view is breathtaking from the moment you walk in. There is an elevator in this building so getting up to our unit is effortless. There is usually a lovely cross breeze that cools the condo to a lovely temperature, but for the few days that it becomes hotter or more humid that ususal, it is fully air conditioned in both the living room and the master bedroom! There is also a washer/dryer unit in the condo.
We have a full kitchen with all of the kitchen essentials, so you can cook as much (or as little as you want). There are also BBQ grills close to the condo.for the fresh catch of the day. There is a recreation room on the first floor near the BBQ area, where you can hang out or play a game of ping-pong.
We have a master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed. Across the hall is a good sized bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is also a washer/dryer in the bathroom. There is a second den area where there is a queen sized bed. Shoji doors close to provide privacy for the den area. There are also full closets in both the master and the den, and an additional desk area in the den.
We provide beach toys--chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and towels, to make your trips to the beach comfortable and enjoyable.
There a major resort--Waipouli--right next door with a full restaurant, and bar. We share a beach with them. Safeway, Ross, and many little restaurants and bars are directly across the street. It is so convenient to be able to run over there and grab lunch or a few groceries. There is also an amazing bike/walking path that starts a block from the condo, and goes 8 mines to a bluff where you can see whales in the winter. The bike rental place is a short walk from our condo.
The location for island exploring is perfect. You can head north toward Princeville, for amazing golf, or snorkeling or lunch and some kayaking at Hanalei Bay. Or, you can head toward Poipu to see the monk seals and turtles sun themselves, while you swim in crystal clear water, or head up to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon for day of cooler air and lots of roosters!
