My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, the unit was modern with premium appliances and a bonus for us was the washer and dryer in unit. The location and view were exceptional, sunsets over the ocean in another season but still great. We liked being able to walk to the 1 Hanalai Bay Resort and beach below, great swimming there. The only minor issue we had was getting the AC right, but would definitely recommend this unit.

This property is fabulous and the view truly spectacular. Our hosts, Anne and George, not only shared their little slice of heaven, but also shared their comprehensive tips on all you need to know while on Kauai; restaurants, beaches, activities, farmer’s markets amongst other things. We could have sat on the lanai soaking in the view and listening to the waves all day! Their property is walking distance to the beach below the newly renovated 1Hotel. Great beach to take your beach chairs and bogey boards to- additionally Hideaways beach is literally below their property. We can not say enough about this property!!

Our stay was excellent! The condo was clean and well maintained. Each night we sat on the patio and watched the sun set over the ocean. Very nice area. Would highly recommend!

This condo is amazing. It is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bedroom is air conditioned and there are plenty of fans for the rest of the space. It really only gets hot for a few hours in the afternoon since it faces west and gets direct sunlight. That said, there are shades on every window.
The kitchen is equipped with solid pots and pans and other cooking utensils. We also appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer.
You really can’t beat the location or the view of this stay. We barely drove since there are great beaches and snorkeling within walking distance. Hideaways beach is a short walk away. It is really a gem. Sunsets from the lanai were otherworldly.
We did feel like there was quite a bit of required cleanup to do prior to check-out. By the time we left there wasn’t much for the cleaners to do other than linens, sweep/mop, and polish some details. Also don’t love a 10 a.m. checkout. As we were leaving a maintenance man showed up just a few minutes after 10:00 a.m.
Overall, totally a great place to stay and would love to come back and stay again!

We loved the lication and found the property accurate per the pictures in its listing. We didn’t see the note about the limited hot water until we got a cold shower in, but learned to shower super fast after that so each could have some warm water. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Selling point is the view! We walked out the lanai door each morning and around the property. Washer needed a good cleaning but it is nice having a washer/dryer.

Quite possibly the best view of any place on the island! When we vacation, we rarely just stay at our rental location, but we found ourselves sitting on the lanai absorbing the view. The nearby beach access was fantastic as well and was a nightly sunset ritual. The unit was perfect for the two of us and had every amenity we needed - even including small coolers for beach use. We read that neighbors could be easily heard in this development, but we didn't really experience an issue with that. You could definitely hear neighbors on their lanais but that's not unexpected. We visited in March 2023 and the temperatures were just about perfect; this unit has AC in the bedroom, but we didn't need it. If the Trade Winds are blowing, the building orientation and location seems well suited to capture those winds. Anne was fantastic to work with and communication was perfect. When we come back to Kauai, our first choice will be to reconnect with Anne on availability for this unit - we would stay here again and again.

Beautiful condo with stunning views and gorgeous sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful area yet close enough to whatever you need to walk or drive to. The condo is modern and clean and very well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. As a gourmet cook I appreciated this. Bed very comfortable and our host Anne was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying in Princeville and at Anne’s property. The condo is well appointed, very comfortable and extremely peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for day trips and secluded beaches. Anne made us feel at home and even made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We fell in love with this island and their area. We will definitely be back and stay again!

This was our first time staying in Princeville. We normally would rent a house in Hanalei. We much preferred our stay in Princeville! The views could not have been better. The location was great and we could take various paths down to the small beaches below. Great snorkeling and just overall beautiful. Best sunset views on the island. Condo had every amenity needed and then some. Anne was a great and very responsive host. We will definitely be back. Might even consider an off season stay if just to see the winter waves!

We had such a great stay here! The views were unbeatable and the unit was very clean and as described. We love the proximity to a few of our favorite beaches on the North Shore. We had an amazing stay at this property, which is conveniently located for all north shore activities. The view is amazing, and so nice to relax and watch the sunset each evening from nearly anywhere inside or outside the unit. Property was very clean and well equipped (we made good use of the beach chairs!). Fantastic communication with host, and check in/out was super easy. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

You will not find a more beautiful view of the ocean! Coffee & breakfast on the lanai in the mornings hearing the waves crash, and watching the sunset every night was truly magical. The north shore and Princeville in particular is a lush & peaceful area. We visited several beaches. Hideaway beach, Hanalei, Hideaway, Tunnels & Anini. All are beautiful! The drive to Tunnels is amazing. Tunnels & Anini beaches are great for snorkeling. We swam near turtles at Anini and saw the most amazing fish at both! The condo is lovely, well appointed & comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Anne & George have thought of everything you might need for your stay. We especially appreciated the beach chains, beach umbrella & cooler. We were lucky to have Anne on the island the week we were there. Her communication was excellent, and when there were a couple of things we needed she brought them to us almost immediately. If you are looking for the best place to stay on the north shore, look no further! Maholo, Anne & George for sharing your home! We will be back!

Great property on a spectacular bluff looking at the beginning of the Na Pali coast. Sunsets on the lanai are awesome. Place was quite comfy, bed was comfortable, kitchen was modern and well equipped. Anne made the process quite easy and she is a very attentive host who has developed a good clean process

We had an awesome vacation at this beautiful property. Although we had activities on all sides of the island, we loved that the condo was on the north shore. The views were breathtaking, and we watched the sunsets from our patio! The condo was clean, had a very well equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a day at the beach. Upon arrival, the views from the lanai took my breath away - literally!!! The condo itself was incredibly clean and updated. The location was epic - it is nestled on the most gorgeous cliff that provides a quiet retreat, all the while it's a quick drive to town or a short walk to the beach! Anne was wonderful and communicative from the very first interaction on. I would highly recommend staying!
