We had a great time on our vacation! The villa was lovely, and having the beach, pool, and hot tub nearby was wonderful.
However, during our five-day stay, we were disappointed by the limited supply of essentials. The bar soap provided was quite thin and small, there wasn't enough laundry soap, and we found the quantity of paper towels insufficient. Considering the price of the villa, we expected a more generous supply. Additionally, the 10 am check-out was earlier than we've ever experienced before.

Very welcoming villa and would definitely stay again. This was our fourth stay at the turtle bay villas and by far our most favorite place. Being on the third floor the views are the best, and there was more than enough space for everyone. My only complaint is that we did not stay long enough 😀

Enjoyed the outside seating area for morning coffee and the views were gorgeous! Restaurants close by were all great but was nice to have the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out the whole week. Look forward to coming back soon!

This was the best experience. I expected it to be cramped but it was so spacious. The patio has an amazing view. You never really need to leave the resort. My wife doubted staying at on a resort but now this is the only place she wants to stay at.

Spacious condo with wonderful view from the lanai. Very clean and well maintained! The resort is beautiful with a nice pool, nice beach with lots of comfy lounge chairs and a calm swimming cove. Beautiful walking trails along the coast. There are two good restaurants on the property.
The only downside is this unit is on the third floor and very far away from either elevator. When we arrived we couldn’t find a luggage cart so we had to haul all the luggage and groceries up three flights of stairs. But in the end it was worth the effort.

This was such an amazing, relaxing place to stay! The property was spotless, wonderfully stocked and so comfortable. We cooked all our breakfasts here and some of dinners. Perfect location for a lot of North Shore activities. We enjoyed a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center and surf lessons at Jaimie O’Brien Surf Experience.

The windows are hard to see out of. Salt is a problem I guess. The bed does not have fitted bottom sheets. Comes undone every day. Not ideal.
The team that cleaned took less than one hour, did not sweep the patio. Very high priced cleaning cost.

Our week in this condo was perfect! The view of the ocean was as depicted in the photos on the listing. Sitting next to Turtle Bay Resort was so convenient - and we were treated well by restaurants and services at the Resort. Everything was neat and clean. We’ve been visiting Hawaii for a long while and the north shore is one of my favorite places to be. And for us Turtle Bay is the place to be. We love the villas. Tons of stuff to do and see. (Visit Haleiwa and highly recommend north shore catamarans for a day on why water). Comfort place for us and our now grown kids. We will be back.

I would definitely recommend this villa to my fellow VRBO members. This balcony overlooks the pool and beach. The bedrooms and common areas are updated and very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The property and villa has all the amenities you would find at resort.

Nice ocean villa condo at Turtle Bay. Short on bath towels and extras in the kitchen esp since North Shore is a bit light on restaurant options. It would have been nice to have oil for cooking and a coffee grinder like the other property we rented that was also managed by Elite Pacific Vacations.
We had a problem during our stay and property manager was responsive and acted to ready the problem which was very appreciated and hopefully that AC problem is fixed for future guests.

Unit was great - just as advertised. We were here during renovations to the main resort. So limited amenities available. That was a little frustrating as only one restaurant open and it’s a drive to most other eating options. However, that was an effect if the timing of our stay and not any fault of the property owners. I do suspect the beach area on the resort would be crowded when the resort is open. However, there are many amazing beach options a short drive away to explore.
