This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has ocean and pool views, in the most desirable location in the complex. With just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, and the pool, jacuzzi and BBQs are just 10 yards to the right!

This deluxe home is located on the ground level. Features 3-bedrooms, 2 bath, 55” flat screen TV with 70 channels, TVs in every bedroom. Complimentary high speed internet - wifi and wireless, and Bose surround sound for your enjoyment.
The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, a new high end pull out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress in the living room.
The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, a new dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and More! The kitchen is fully stocked and then some.
Laundry amenities include a brand new oversized washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.
Guests have access to the entire home, Ocean Villa grounds, swimming pool, spa. Free parking available.

Turtle Bay is Located on the North Shore of Oahu. Sits by two 18-hole golf courses - The George Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course. miles of walking trails, and a safe swimming and snorkeling beach. There are super markets, famous food truck, and Kahuku shrimp. The Polynesian Cultural Center (the second most visited attraction on Oahu), famous big wave surfing spots like Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline all within a 10 minute drive. The quaint Town of Haleiwa is 20 minutes away where you can enjoy some fun shopping, restaurants, and the boat harbor. If you want to swim with the sharks, you can check out the tours offered.
Recommend to rent a car since the Bus system to this area is scarce.

Keypad: You will assigned a DOOR CODE for the front door and GATE CODE for all gates during the time of your stay.
Gates: Codes for Pedestrian, Pool and Beach gates will be the same. Properly close all gates upon exiting and entering.
Parking Pass: There is one assigned parking stall Reserved, #107. The Ocean Villa parking pass must be displayed in your car dashboard at all times
Security Deposit: Security Deposits are intended to encourage prompt check-out, as well as to ensure the unit is left in the same good condition it was found in. We find this penalty regrettable as events which make it necessary.
Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.
Tips: Wipe down counters and sink; Store food in closed containers in the refrigerator. DO NOT leave dirty dishes or empty food containers out. Take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at any time.

As a courtesy, we offer basic household supplies for the first day(s) of your stay.
Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area near guest parking stalls. Do not leave trash outside your Villa.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.

This is a great property, literally steps from the water. The condo was clean and quiet for a ground level unit. If you are concerned about security, this is your place. The team was on it 24/7. I was not concerned about anyone getting into the car or the unit. Very professional. The pool and hot tub area is clean and everything works. There are great running trails in the area if that is your thing. I don’t golf but the course looks great. The bay is beautiful with an extensive reef which makes snorkeling easy and safe for beginners. The hotel has great amenities and a nice lawn to watch the sunset. Close to the Polynesian cultural center North Shore beaches, Haleiwa harbor and other activities. When we return this is where we will look first.

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and we loved the beautiful flowers left around the villa. It is on the first floor which makes it so easy to walk right out to the beach and it is just steps from the pool. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided and the beds were so comfortable. The four beach chairs were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

A great home with everything at your fingertips! We didn’t get the weather we hoped for but the pool was so great to have just steps outside of the room. Beach house restaurant is great! We normally use a few more spices than were available for cooking but not a big deal. Helena sent over more coffee when we ran out. Definitely would stay again!

We were not told that this unit is a private listing therefore you can NOT use Turtle Bay resort pool or fitness center!
Property was not in best condition. TV in living room
was not able to receive all the channels,all the fans were not

Wonderful condo that was better than pictures. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Furnished with everything my family of 5 needed. Steps from the beach, pool and restaurants was perfect. This unit is in a spectacular location and our family fell in love with Turtle Bay. There was plenty of space for all of us and the amenities were amazing. I didn’t even like cooking here because it was absolutely gorgeous. I’m gonna start saving it and I’m coming back as often as I can. The book describing of activities in the host were completely professional and made our trip divine.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The master suite is private, with a great bathroom. The bedding, linens, and towels that are provided are high quality and comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and some snorkel gear are provided. It is great to have quality multi-bedroom option that is so close to all of Turtle Bay’s restaurants and other amenities.
Communication with the host was fantastic (and much appreciated). Check in and check out were a breeze.

We had an excellent vacation. Everything we could have possibly needed was available in this unit. So spacious and expertly clean. The location was pretty much unbeatable and the electric car chargers in the parking lot were fixed during our stay so we were able to easily charge or tesla rental car.

If you are going to Turtle Bay, the Villas are the way to go. Helena's villa was very clean and had everything we needed, including snorkel gear, and body boards. Full kitchen which is great since North shore does not have as many restaurants as Honolulu. This is our second time staying at Turtle Bay and it's perfect for a family. The villa is in a perfect spot, 1st floor and so close to the beach and trails, which was perfect since I have a handicapped member in my family. Good times, thank you Helena for the immediate responses to questions and any info I needed. I will probably be back in the next year or two.

The location and the property itself are absolutely beautiful, however, we weren't even checked in for a full hour before we had to share our space with technicians fixing an AC unit that didn't work at all our first night. We toughed that out and that was no big deal as we were told it would be fixed the next day. They did return the next day while we were out and we did return to cold air so we were excited to have our little hiccup resolved and to go about our trip. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. We had planned all of our activities in the first few days of our trip so that we could enjoy the last day swimming and lounging at the condo in preparation for our early travels home the following day. It was on that day that the technicians had to return to replace the AC compressor at 9am. We got up early, got dressed so that we wouldn't be in our pjs while they were there. What we thought might be an hour or two at the most turned into a 9 hour day of 4 different people coming in and out of the condo all day. We had breakfast, lunch and started to think we might have dinner also with these people in our space. The fire alarm was set off several times. The drilling and the banging around made it impossible to nap. We didn't love leaving our belongings with strangers and felt that had we known of this issue we might have chosen another stay. It was costly and would have been worth the money had we not lost a full day to the disturbance however, it wasn't what we expected to pay for.
