The all-new kitchen features a shapely dropped ceiling with recessed lighting, granite counters, new stainless appliances, and custom Cherry cabinets. With a new extra-plush Sleeper Sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and families alike.
The highly-rated Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres of manicured (and marked, with identifiers) tropical gardens, directly from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's true postcard settings. It will take you all of three minutes to walk to the sand, warm-water swimming, and pristine snorkeling reef. Rent paddle boards and kayaks nearby, and watch the whales right from the shoreline (if you visit in the winter).
A 65" Smart TV is set up with a sound bar. Lightning-speed WiFi services every room, and the condo is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is thoughtfully and completely equipped, to prepare and serve four guests. The Master Suite has a brand new King bed, luxury linens, and an updated bathroom.
There is a washer-dryer in the unit, and incidentals like iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels are covered. Beach gear is also included, and includes beach chairs, sand umbrella, cooler, and other miscellaneous gear.
The West-facing lanai offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is an ideal sanctuary for morning coffee or sunrise refreshments.
The Kamaole Sands has the largest resort pool in South Kihei with two adjoining Jacuzzis, a separate child's wading pool, fitness center and tennis courts. The resort is within four blocks of more than a dozen restaurants and shopping.
The unit is comfortable and spaciously hosts 4, with two bathrooms. A new King Bed and sleeper sofa -- outfitted with high-end bedding, and complimented by luxury linens -- await after your eventful beach and exploration days.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. We know the property very well after having stayed at units in all but two buildings. Here you have peace and quiet, Dependable 24 site security and access to well-maintained amenities. We enjoy the opportunity to visit family and friends and can return to our own place to relax without imposing otherwise. Keep the light on for our next visit.

Had all the towels, detergent, paper products, starter toiletries, beach gear that we needed. There is AC but we didn't need it. There's also an ice maker which was nice! Nice pool area with two hot tubs and small work out room. Excellent beach across the street!! We would stay there again, thanks!

Unit was spacious, unit was clean, the details of the condo were beautiful. The Hawaiian music playing as you check in was memorable. Great location! Not too far from our Ohana in Wailuku, and Waikapu. The grounds on the property were so nice and well kept and clean! Definitely want to come back soon!

This condo is well-appointed with recent finishings and decor, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, which we appreciated for preparing our own meals. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and grills in the complex. The proximity to the beach was great for our family with our 5-year-old, and we took advantage of a small protected beach nearby the main one. Wonderful stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Appreciated the beach gear. Just a few things that could have been better:
- Cleanliness: There were still multiple crumbs on the floor from the previous guests when we arrived. The shower still had hair in it.
- the sheets on the bed were so bad when I climbed in the first night I had to change them. They were old and really really pilly and clearly should not be used anymore.
- The AC is on a timer (~4h max) which is annoying at night when you want the bedroom to stay cool.

I knew little of Maui or Kihei prior to this stay so had the usual concerns. I was comforted with the clear communication from the property manager. The check-in process was seamless. Property was clean and had all the expected amenities - the turtles (figurines, paintings) are a nice touch. Complex is in a great location (and is quiet). Beach and Kihei boat ramp are both easy walks. Outstanding sunsets late in the day and (we stayed in early January) whales were visible from the Beach using binoculars.

This property is conveniently located close to the beach. It has large leaving room. The unit is very well air-conditioned. Air conditioning is running on timer which we found very convenient. Kitchen is fully equipped for any type of cooking. We would love to come back again.
