The rental was as presented. The four bedrooms were nice for our group. However, the one bathroom had a clogged tub. We reached out for support and got an immediate response that it would be taken care of. To make a long story short, the drain was never fixed during our stay and we had a gross backed-up shower. The service was overpromised and under-delivered. It's funny how the little things can make a great vacation a frustrating vacation. If the problem was fixed the rental and location would be great. SImple fix!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Princeville, Kauai condo! It worked out great for our 4 couples each having their own room and bathroom. We had a little flood from the washing machine while there…but lucky we caught it pretty quick and it cleaned up well with the tile floors saving the day. If I could change anything I would suggest the condo be stocked with beach items like snorkel gear, paddle boards, and beach chairs, but other then kind of missing those things we’ve been spoiled with from previous Vrbo stays it was a great place! Beautiful view from the kitchen and patio to wake up to and have breakfast! Thanks for an awesome place to rest our heads after our adventure filled days in Kauai! It was great!

Well located in Princeville, quiet with great view of ocean. Not an easy walk to the ocean down a steep, muddy trail and it's not safe to swim there anyway. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. 2 story. No direct sunlight as unit faces N. Lots of birds. Live rooster alarm clock worked reliably.
Minor issues: No AC. cross breeze was nice. Wouldn't have used AC anyway. Parking can be challenging as many were empty handicapped spots. Dishwasher was hard to start (?instructions), toilet in master suite ran non stop.
Overall, good value. Other family stayed at the Westin, 4-5 min drive away in Princeville.

We have stayed in this condo twice and it will always be our first choice if it is available! Our family of 6 is very comfortable and the central location in Princeville can’t be beat. The kitchen is fully stocked. We were able to cook all meals and even bake! The on site amenities keep everyone happy between the pool, spa, bikes, pickleball, shuffle board and tennis. Watching the sunset from the lawn is something we look forward to.

The place was perfect for 8 people. The rooms were spacious and loved that there were 4 full bathrooms.
The best part is the view that you get from the lanai and the breeze that comes through the kitchen.

We have stayed at this location before and it was just as nice as the first time!! There were a few problems with things that did not work that were never repaired while we were there, but overall it is a fantastic place to stay!!!

The condo was wonderful. We saw whales breaching from the lanai, the beds were comfy, though the king upstairs creaked. Small potatoes. Seven of us stayed there and never felt crowded, always comfortable, and we all were very happy with the accommodations. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone, and hope to return soon!

Located on the northern shore, it was quiet and very spacious for 4 couples! Plenty of amenities including beach towels, bath towels, laundry and everything you need to cook a great meal!!

Our home away from home was amazing!! We loved the gorgeous ocean views and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony to soak it all in whenever we had a chance.
Our 2 families of 3 each were very comfortable here! Great firm beds - everyone slept well which is so important for us when away from home.
We made good use of the kitchen and found everything we needed to cook meals. The complex has a beautiful pool and we had tons of fun playing in the water and made good use of the hot tub. We played pickleball in the courts too, which was great!
We would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

This is a fabulous location in the planned community of Princeville. Amenities were as described. Plenty of space for 11 of us. Sadly the management doe not enforce the 2 vehicles per unit rule so evening and night parking were an issue with 2 disabled people.

This was a beautiful place and well represented in the description. My only comments are there was a lack of communication of the exact check-in process and the beds were very firm. However, one of my top requirements is cleanliness and this place did not disappoint.

We loved it here! What a great place to come back to and relax after a full day of playing in the sun! All the amenities of home with an amazing view! This is our new place to stay whenever we come to Kauai! The house was wonderful with plenty of space for all 8 in our party. Lots of water gear in the closet on the lower bedroom patio was much appreciated. We loved the Princeville area and Cliffs Escape! The only thing that would be a good add would be TVs in the two smaller bedrooms downstairs. A shorter door code would also be a good idea. Only one person in the party was able to remember it without having to pull it up each time.

Our condo experience was excellent! Great views with whale watching from the balcony. This condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had everything you would need, the only thing I would suggest is having some sort of shelving unit to put groceries on, we had to use the kitchen counters but definitely not a deal breaker. The condo above us was being renovated so we did have some very loud pounding and a tile saw that was annoying and loud but that project won't last long. I would suggest updating your condo pics for VRBO as it has been updated very nicely and even now has a dishwasher! We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to our next trip to The Cliffs!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and unit. The trash drawer in the kitchen needs adjusting, as it has difficulty staying closed. Also, the top drawer of the night stands in the large downstairs bedroom do not close completely. These items were in these conditions when we first arrived. Mahalo.

As a large party of 8 (with one baby and a 4 and 7 year old) we found the house perfect for our needs. It was clean and had the right amount of space for our group. It was well-appointed and we especially enjoyed all the beach gear. We appreciated the dishwasher and the views from the second floor balcony were fabulous. One suggestion is to get some baby gates because the hard tile stairs are dangerous for toddlers. The sliding doors and some of the drawers were a bit sticky, but otherwise the house was very comfortable. I would have given five stars, but our check-in was a bit dicey. When we first arrived Janet at reception said that there was no record of our reservation and said that the condo was a one bedroom. We went back and forth with her for about a half hour until finally security came and agreed to show us the condo, which turned out to be the right one. We had also called Vacasa directly and were pleased with the local team’s responsiveness. They called and spoke to Janet and helped to work out the issue. We suspect that the Cliffs just did not have the right information listed in their computer and there was a disconnect between Vacasa and the property. Overall though, great trip and we would definitely go back!

The Cliffs is one of our favorite locations & we have been coming here for years.
We choose the Cliffs for the location, service & amenities.
This has never dissapointed.us. The staff, facilities, and location are first class.
This unit however left us disappointed.
The windows & doors need maintenance. They were difficult to open & close and need significant maintenance in order to open/close properly. Someone should check the vents in the bathroom because they look as if they have never been cleaned.
For the price, we were disappointed in the age, wear & condition of the unit. Do your guests a favor & install a dishwasher.
The beds were comfortable & this was a plus!
Communication was good but rigid, not much flexibility.
We enjoyed our vacation & we will return to the Cliffs.

Our family of 5, plus 1 Grandma, stayed at The Cliffs for 3 nights the week of July 16th and loved everything about it! Stayed in Bldg 7 and the views out the back to the ocean were beautiful. Enjoyed great breakfasts out on the balcony. Pizza one night from the Live Fire pizza truck in the parking lot was a huge hit! Maybe the best pizza we had the whole trip. The pool(s) and hot tub were very nice.
