We loved saying here! It had everything we needed and the layout was perfect. AC in the second bedroom would have been nice. We LOVED the AC in the huge master bedroom upstairs. Location was quiet and felt extremely safe. Loved how close it was to the beaches as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was clean and in a good shape. The agent was fabulous, responding very quickly to our questions. The check-in process was seamless. Location was great, pool very close and close to Poipu beach (within walking distance but we ended up driving).
It would be better if an air conditioner can be added to the lower bedroom and proper installation in the upstairs bedroom for a better sleep. Otherwise, there is always a breeze going through the unit. Great unit for family. We enjoyed stating there.

The place is very conveniently located. Close to the ocean-front walking areas, close to restaurants, and walking paths to 3 different beaches.Very easy to park. Short walk to the condo. Lanai is spacious and airy. Both floors are full of light. Appliances are in good condition. If you need anything, help arrives pretty quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager, Paula, was extremely helpful and responsive. However, the downstairs bedroom and common area are unbearably hot as there is only air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. The property is also on the upstairs level so would not be accessible if your party needs.

Very nice condo with all necessary items for a wonderful experience on the beach or just hanging out. Very nice pool, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beaches, food, golf, and much more. Decor is a little outdated, but great if you’re from the eighties!

Loved the location and being right next to the pool. Fully stocked with beach stuff. Only issue was the vacuum didn’t work. Needs to be replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, clean, well maintained and well equipped. We prepared all of our breakfasts and a few lunches and dinners in house. We were very pleased with the cooking facilities and the cooking supplies provided. We enjoyed the large TV in the family room and the large selection of channels. Also the internet worked very well. We had an issue with a hose connected to the air conditioner and the property manager, Shellah was very responsive. Also Shellah was very friendly and provided some great suggestions on places to eat and things to do while in Kauai. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

Very well equipped and stocked, clean, nicely laid out rental. Good views from the lanai. Especially enjoyed being able to see the mountains and green changing landscapes. Great paved winding walkways to Shipwreck Beach and Brennecker’s Beach. Great for morning strolls or sunset walks. The kitchen is a little dated but very functional. We had a great stay and loved the location of this place.

We loved our stay here! It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was so beautiful and we loved sitting on the lanai to have coffee/breakfast and enjoy the views. Walking the trail through the gorgeous area to Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach was another bonus. Parking was easy and being next to the pool was great too. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again some day!

Nicely appointed condo with full kitchen, which was wonderful for preparing our own meals with local fish and shrimp. Ceiling fans and vented windows kept the indoors pleasant, while porch had table and chairs for outdoor eating and view of the mountains. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Arrangement worked delightfully for us 3 senior citizens! Best location in Poipu.

Our family was fortunate to be able to stay at the property for all of July and August of 2022. The condo was well appointed and had most everything one would need for a short or even longer term stay. We appreciated the beach gear that was available (number of quality beach chairs, umbrellas and a couple of snorkel sets among other items) and we were happy to continue paying it forward with some extra kid-gear. The condo was nice and comfortable (best when there is a good breeze moving through the unit), and the AC in the upstairs bedroom did work quite well when needed. The management staff was attentive and quickly responded the few times that we reached out for support.
We loved the location, having the pool right outside the unit was great (and also really appreciated the fact that the Makanui properties have their own dedicated pool which was very quiet). Poipu beach was a short walk down the greenway, as was the Hyatt and Shipwreck beach in the other direction. Overall we had a terrific stay and would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a great Poipu vacation.

We had a short but wonderful stay in Poipu. The property’s location was perfect. We walked to shipwrecks beach in 10 minutes and enjoyed the sunrise every morning.
The property had wonderful beach accessories and was stocked with the necessities we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The pool was wonderful to swim in at night.
We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property and would come back in a heartbeat. It was clean, spacious, and the location is great--it's about a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive to the beach. The unit is also right next to the pool, which was great for us and our kids. It wasn't a very busy pool, so we didn't hear any noise in the condo.
This is a perfect unit for a family and the twin beds were appreciated by my children who don't enjoy sharing a bed.
My only small piece of feedback is that beach towels would have been appreciated.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Very satisfied with the property we stayed in. Lots of space and had all the amenities you need for you stay. Condo is in a great location with easy access to the walking path and a quick drive to Poipu Beach and the restaurants and mall. Pool area is very nice and because it was so close, we actually used it a couple times. We are beach people so usually don’t use the pool very much but this was so convenient we took advantage.

New furniture is very nice. Plenty of beach chairs and dishes and cutlery .. The blinds in the 1st floor bedroom and bath have been broken for 2 years!! Both toilet seats are badly stained. The beach umbrella is broken. No chaise lounge chairs like other properties. Kitchen needs larger pans.

The bedroom downstairs 2 twin size beds are not meant for adults. We had four adults. No air conditioning and the room downstairs was not cooled other than a room fan that sounded like a freight train all night.
The upstairs swamp cooler does not work the best
Very hot up there!!

What a gem to find in Poipu! Easy walking distance to Poipu Beach, wonderful walking trails through the neighboring developments and close to all the popular food and shopping. This property was perfect for our family of four--with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen is amazing in that is is well supplied if you like to cook--and there are grills on site. It is also adjacent to the pool, so you can literally walk out the door to the pool. Beautiful and sunny, this place also gets wonderful breezes. The rental folks were a dream to work with and went over and beyond to help us. So rent with confidence. Bonus: the beds are comfy and the furnishings lovely. Will rent again.
