We had an excellent stay in Princeville. The location was beautiful,freshly remodeled unit was well thought out and the kitchen was fully equipped. The highlight was to catch the beautiful sunset ritual on the golf course each evening. We would highly recommend this unit for your Princeville stay.

This property BEYOND exceeded our expectations. The photos and description are 100% accurate, however, do not do the actual property justice (I mean that in the best way possible!). From check-in to check-out, this process was absolutely seamless. The condo was meticulously cleaned and cared for in preparation for our stay. The kitchen was more well equipped than my kitchen at home! Waking up every morning to the gorgeous sunrise over the golf course will be a glorious memory for years to come (or until my next visit lol!). Every morning I would enjoy my coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise. Then I'd walk to the ocean look-out point...literally a 5 minute walk from the condo. Princeville itself feels like living in a beautiful vibrant painting; amenities are very close by including Foodland, Akamu Wellness, beautiful shops and restaurants. My Mom and I were so sad to leave but are grateful for the wonderful experience and memories. I'd give this property a 6-star rating if it was an option ;)

We really enjoyed staying at Emmalani court #214. By far one of the cleanest and cutest places I have stayed with VRBO. They supplied the essentials which was great. The location is great, right on a golf course. Short distance to the pool. Lots of walking paths. Beautiful view of the Ocean. I cannot say enough about our stay here!

This unit at Emmalani Ct was spacious, clean and very nice. The views of the green golf course and the ocean were refreshing, and the nearby views of the sunsets were beautiful! We especially enjoyed the location close to some amazing Kauai beaches!

If we were to imagine our dream vacation home, this was it! The home was beautifully appointed, clean, calm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location for sunrises and sunsets, easy access to all North Shore beaches, shopping/shopping. Life is but a dream!!! Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home!

Great stay. Big comfrtable beds. Big showers . Short walk to a phenomenal view of the sunset on the edge of island .
Pool was small but never considered using . Hideaway beach is a 5 minute walk away. Do Not Miss.

We loved it. Amazing location, well furnished, updated home, very comfortable and stocked. Perfect location for a quick walk out to see the sunset. Nice community and pool. Saw a few ants in kitchen, but wasn't a problem. highly recommend!

The condo was great! The location was just a minute walk to amazing sunsets over the ocean. The condo was updated, clean and had everything needed and more. The process was simple and easy. We even asked about a slow cooker and one was purchased new for us. Great experience! Thank you.

This was our second time staying at this resident because we love the condo so much. It was recently renovated in the last 2 years and it’s absolutely beautiful. I stayed here with my wife and three kids and it was plenty big enough for everyone. Very spacious kitchen, open concept, and the bathrooms are beautiful. The condo comes with air conditioning and a lot of fans. Very comfortable and we feel like this is our second home. I would highly recommend this rental to all renters.

Princeville is a beautiful area of Kauai and this condo Emmalani Court 214 was the perfect place to stay. Beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments. Easy communication with Krisha the property manager. We had a great time. Mahalo.

Very well laid out. Two masters at opposite ends of the house. Ocean view, sunset every night (200 yards to the lookout point). Close to all great beaches, great AC if needed, we had a wonderful time and really can't think of anything else to say. Very clean.

+ Extremely convenient self check-in / check-out with lockbox
+ Well kept condo, mostly clean
+ Well stocked household items e.g., shampoo, detergent, towels, pans, plates, pantry items, and beach supplies
Cons
- Condo was mostly clean, except -- washing machine had a funky smell that also made our clothes/towels smell; however, we were able to clean it out. Air filters were extremely dusty but we were also able to clean
- Wi-Fi slow, especially does not work well for video meetings (typically not surprising but my sister stayed in another condo in the same complex and had very high-speed)
- Ground unit, stomping upstairs visitors may be unpleasant but we were out most of the days

Place was absolutely amazing. Clean. Good AC. Great decor. Pictures don’t do it justice. The host provided beach chairs and a cooler which we used everyday. 100 yard walk to watch the sunset which was super convenient.

We had a great stay in the condo. It has been recently remodeled and is very nice. It is also well equipped with everything you need. There were lots of spices and condiments. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked well. Check in was easy and getting on the WiFi was also clear and easy.

Wonderful property for the price. Epic cliffs views overlooking the Pacific, perfect for sunset viewing, just steps away from the property. Short drive away from some incredible beaches, including Anini, Hanalei, and Tunnels. Very cute cat lives next door. Highly recommend!!

The rental was beautiful and comfortable! Very calming home and colors. The showers were amazing as well, and the kitchen was so nice! The view was great and so easily accessible for walks every day. We were able to contact the property manager easily with any problems or concerns.

I loved being able to see the ocean from the living room, as well as albatross and nene. I stayed for a month and really appreciated how stocked the condo was with every kind of kitchen appliance or tool you need, plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. The hot tub was hot. We enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet and wonderful location, with a lovely view of the ocean from the living room. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen well appointed with anything you need. Even the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Close to Anini Beach and shopping. All of the birds are friendly, which means the people are nice to them. Close to paradise!
