BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Recently stayed at this property in July with my family. The property was clean, all appliance were working properly, and it was very comfortable. The view from the Lanai was amazing! Sits on a golf course with unobstructed views of the water and sunset. The property is less than a mile from Kaanapali beach, approx. 5 minutes by car. Great spot . The property manager was also very responsive. MB

We enjoyed a weeklong stay with our family. The unit was very easy to find and enter (only 4 steps down, helpful for elderly visitors), and was super-clean and well-equipped. It was great to have a washer/dryer and we appreciated the air conditioning. The only downsides were the pool (outdated pool chairs)/tennis court (not well-maintained) and the street noise. We were able to muffle the street noise at night by turning on the air conditioning so it wasn't a problem.

We really like the location of this unit. We were however, very disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit, along with the a/c not working. We had to re-wash all the bedsheets along with requesting for the cleaners to come back and contact management for non functional a/c.

Amazing views and centrally located - close to some of our favorite beaches blackrock, airport, DT Fleming and slaughterhouse. It is a short drive to the grocery store as well as font street.

I came to Maui for my 30th birthday with my boyfriend and 4 girlfriends. This place was the perfect spot to come home to after a busy day of snorkeling or hiking . The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking a well as a laundry-in unit that was super convenient. The location was super close to all the amazing snorkeling spots too. Would highly recommend staying here :)

While the property was beautifully located and the kitchen was well stocked some other things were concerning. The bedding for the sleeper sofa was absolutely stinky and filthy. We had to wash the comforter before it could be used, unfortunately this happened right at bed time, extending an unwanted amount of time to stay up after travelling all day. The shower door in the Master bedroom ( King size bed) was broken and could not be used. The security lights outside the bedroom with the twin beds were so bright, the lights woke up the guest. When we lowered the sun shade on the lanai, a dead birds nest fell out and landed on a guest. There was no BBQ as advertised in the listing and in the pictures. We were really counting on having a BBQ. There was no on site Manager to register the car with and talking with residents there never is, so why is this in the instructions? I am requesting a partial refund for the above mentioned items and inconveniences. Respectfully Kim
