RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE $65 per stay and RESORT FEE $20 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Loved this condo! Very comfortable and beautiful. The location was fantastic! We loved being able to sit outside and our kids could run around on the grass. This was a fantastic gathering place for our other family staying in other condos. We voted this as one of the favorite condos!!

Patio doors/screens provided very substandard security, especially for a ground floor unit. Exterior glass sliding doors were difficult to impossible to lock, leaving the flimsy screen doors for protection, which anyone could breach.
On our stay we spent a day 10am-7pm around the island to Hana. Upon our return the kitchen area floor had standing water which had soaked the carpet of the dining area. Not sure where leak was from, but called and emailed property manager. Was told to soak up water with towels and someone would be there to remedy situation. Two days later a man showed up, looked at damage/mess ask if we could wait until we leave for carpet cleaning. Shut off water to refrigerator ice maker and brought us a bag of ice. We missed two days of activities we had scheduled waiting for action from property manager.

The condo was fabulous and so relaxing. My only complaint is that the board will not allow non-vaccinated people to use the Gym. I recommend that they understand that vaccinated or not you can get Covid and discriminating only frustrates travelers.

We kept hearing about how packed Hawaii was but we didn’t feel it at all at the El Dorado. The adjacent beach is gorgeous and was never packed. The condo is comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 3.

Overall we were very happy with this unit. The time of year we visited we were fortunate enough to have the sunset right in our view every night. The unit was very nice, comfortable, and stocked with all the things we could ask for. The slider door was a bit hard to open but a minor complaint. Great Spot and my family and I thank you for letting us stay there.

Property location was incredible. This unit has the best view of El Dorado. The unit has everything a family needs. It comes with everything. The property has shuttle to and from the beach and to- from Whalers shopping center. A few things to improve: the AC did not seem to cool off the room even after having the service guy come twice. The patio glass door does not open very easely. The bathroom seems to start showing some signs of mold in the corners. These are all normal wear and tear. A bit of work on these areas and it will be fantastic. Overall, our family was very happy to stay here and we look forward in coming back.
