Important Notice: Essential roofing work will be taking place at Eldorado K104 from May 27 to June 14, 2024. While construction is underway, you may experience some noise. However, we assure you that our dedicated team will do everything possible to minimize disruptions and ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE $65 per stay and RESORT FEE $20 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. The beach is wonderful with expansive view, great sunsets, surprising whale sightings! The resort cabana was a welcome place on the beach. Great that it was only a short walk to Black rock to snorkel! All the amenities at the condo except we would have appreciated a normal size coffee maker. Lovely lanai with beautiful fragrant plumeria surrounding us! Perfect spot to walk over to the pool and bbq areas.

Such a nice place to stay. Only minor issue was that the bathroom and that side of the vrbo smelled like urine on arrival. Also some ants in the kitchen, but that can happen anywhere.
