Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved being right on the water and listening to the waves whenever we were at the condo. The kitchen is stocked well and we were able to make some meals which was great! We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The condo is less than a ten minute drive to several beautiful beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!

The sunset view is just amazing every night! And if you can stay up to see the moon set even more beautiful. Clean property all around. Being on the end was really nice getting the cross draft and the sun not shining all morning long. In regards to the ongoing construction, they crews set up right outside the room and the people working on the property were very respectful and didn’t really start working until after 8 am and remained quiet for the most part. So that wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice property with beautiful
Views and sounds of the ocean all night. No issues with noise from other guests. Condo is stocked nicely and appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. Condo is situated nicely that all the rooms are on the beach side so you must open up all the sliders and enjoy the view. Other condos had sliders in the walkway to Front doors so we were grateful all pointed to ocean and felt safe. This is also an end unit which we loved. Would be great to get the front door shutters to open and not fall off so the nice breeze from the front could come through with the front door closed. Wonderful stay overall. Thank you!!

We love coming to Maui and our favorite place to stay is Hololani. This unit is perfectly situated and comfortable but needs a little updating - faucet in kitchen leaks and faucet in one of the bathrooms is cracked and needs to be replaced. Living room furniture is really dirty and either needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. We used a beach towel to sit on the chairs.

From start to finish this unit was amazing! Vrbo had a glitch where i couldnt pay thru them and barbara was amazing and kept me in the loop the entire process to get the payment sorted out. When asking questions during our stay we got a response very quick. The unit is spectacular, the sunsets are unreal every night and the waves are so loud it drowns out any other possible noise if there is any(wouldnt know only heard super loud waves) the cross breeze is amazing and if waves are to loud they have ceiling fans and portable fans. Was well equipped for cooking and had beach chairs, coolers and boogy boards. The unit for sure has some wear to it but we didnt mind in the least. The views make this unit amazing.

As other reviews have said this unit has amazing views. It’s in an amazing location. The sunset is fabulous. However, I’m not sure it’s that great of a value given the price they are now asking for. It felt like the unit was mid remodel. The furniture was clearly better than what the listing showed. But then really easy basic things were sorely lacking. The unit can sleep six and we got exactly 6 drinking glasses. However there were 16 champagne glasses. There were only 2 plastic cups, which are required in if you want to drink by the pool. However the cookware was new. There were no placemats for the glass table (no wonder it is now scratched.) They didn’t give us enough trash bags for our stay despite requesting we toss the trash everyday. The bathrooms are dated and Hot water could take up to 20 minutes to arrive. But the beds are comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue. You are asked to take off your shoes per Hawaiian custom. However within 10 minutes my feet were black. There is no swiffer and nothing to dust with and I didn’t enjoy mopping the floor with a nasty mop my first night in Hawaii. There were plenty of chairs and snorkel gear but it was covered with sand. So we got to clean that twice. In the end, I questioned the value. A few little thoughtful/inexpensive things would make this unit so much better.

We loved the location and ease of access this unit provided. Beautiful ocean views from inside and from the balcony. The beach was not crowded, and we saw turtles swimming just offshore each day. We loved having the beach chairs, cooler, and towels to take with us on our outings.

We cannot say enough about this beautiful condo. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. We have three kids, ages 11, 8, and 6 and it was a very convenient location. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the turtles. They were everywhere! We also loved running on the beach, which is right out the door. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is no AC, but we were not too hot at night. We loved sleeping with the windows open and letting the ocean put us to sleep. It was the perfect retreat.

The view was so beautiful, and the breeze from the ocean was nice. The condo floor plan worked great for our family, we traveled with our 2 single adult male children. They had the front, we had the back with a view as well, and we had our own bathroom, and the must-have was a bed for each of them. The condo was clean and had most things you would need for cooking. The best Sushi across the street and Happy hour pizza. We also found a walk-up beach bar down the beach with great prices to rent paddle boards and kayaks. Turtles parked on the beach out front for a nap. (please do not touch them) The condo came with beach chairs and a cooler that was so helpful for our day trips. We would differently come back! What a fabulous condo! Everything was perfect! Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too!
It was super easy checking in and out. Great location in Kahana with nearby stores and restaurants. The management company sent a few friendly texts just checking in on us. What we appreciated most was the description and pictures posted were just as advertised. Gorgeous view from every room! My boys loved waking up and running down straight to the ocean! My husband can't wait to go back and stay here again! Mahalo and Aloha!

My family stayed here for 5 nights in June and had an amazing experience. The property was prepared for our arrival and when we stepped into the place, the first thing we saw out through the patio door was the ocean and sunny sky. A nice ocean breeze blows through the condo and the sound of the waves immediately transports you into the tropical island atmosphere. The property was well-stocked with towels, beach equipment (chairs, coolers, snorkel gear), and cleaning supplies. The kitchen was also completely stocked with plenty of cookware, flatware, silverware, and many appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.). The lanai has a couple of lounge chairs along with a small dining table and chairs. We took advantage of the lanai and ate several meals out there watching sea turtles swim by in the ocean below. The furniture and beds were adequately comfortable, although slightly dated, but the sheets were soft and comfy. Wifi and TVs worked well, but remember to sign out of your Netflix account if you connect to it on the smart TV. The property management team was good about communication during the stay and when a question arose, I was able to send a text and get it resolved. In terms of location, it was conveniently located not too far from Lahaina and the nice beaches south in Ka'anapali. It was also not too far from the Kapalua Bay Area to the north. Overall, a great stay with an incredible ocean view. A good value that we would strongly consider returning to for our next trip!

I’m so glad we booked this place. It was amazing…. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean everyday. The view was outstanding we just loved it! The grounds were well maintained and I liked that there weren’t tons of units. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. This condo is absolutely gorgeous… spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you might need. The location is great… Napoli shopping center is a 5 min drive away… Dollies Pizza is a must go to as well as the coffee shop for breakfast and coffee literally around the corner…AND… the View is beyond amazing EVERY morning… all day… and at Sunset. This unit far surpassed our expectations for our week here in Heaven. An excellent choice if you come to Maui!!

This was a beautiful condo, and we very much enjoyed our stay, but there were some issues that could have been addressed: dirty dishes, miner repairs that needed to be made. I will address further with the property management company. A lovely place to stay!

This condo has everything a family needs and more! It slept our family of 4 VERY comfortably. The locations was perfect to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Napili. While there is not a beach directly off the front of this property, there is a beach front on the property next door which provides snorkeling and swimming. Turtles swim right off of the front of this property and can be seen from the balcony at this property. Having beach chaira unbrella and coolers and beach towels made this place perfectly beach ready for us. The washer dryer was amazing and helped keep our suits and towels ready for the next days adventures! There were a few restaurants nearby but we drove to Lahaina a lot to eat out and cooked in the condo. Times Grocery store was a two mile drive. We enjoyed waking up to coffee looking over the ocean and sunsets at night. NOTE: The condo does not have AC. But with the overhead fans, and standing fans and keeping windows open at night, it was cool enough to sleep. You should note that being on the Napili coast there is a constant breeze and intermittent rain at this location which makes for beautiful morning and evening rainbows. But it was still sunny throughout the day and allowed for some wonderful beach time. Also want to note that while the address is Lahaina it is in Kahana north of Kaanapali. Our family made some amazing memories here! Would definitely book again!

There is a lot to be said about this corner unit right on the water, the views, the ocean sounds and the quiet, private complex over-all made it a pleasant stay. There are several things which need pointing out within the condo itself. The online pictures are dated and thus the in-person first impression is a bit of a disappointment. The furniture appears dated and worn, minor stains on the couch and chairs with a musty smell. The interior could use a decor refresh and a good deep cleaning. The beds were to our liking - very comfortable and more on the soft to medium firmness - we used the 2 twin configuration in bedroom 2, and the queen in bedroom 1 - linens and towels all fresh and clean, pillows however are lumpy and worn - should be replaced. There are several glass-top table pieces which future guests with small children should be aware. The kitchen is stocked decently with utensils, cookware, silverware plates, plastic cups and glassware - although a lot of the kitchenware is old, mismatched and/or missing, we found everything we needed to perform the basic needs of meal prep, cooking and serving. We bb’qued just about every night and one thing to note; the grounds keeper is meticulous about keeping the bbq’s and pool area super clean every day - very enjoyable and appreciated. The condo decor itself is dated, cabinets are worn, shower head nozzles (handheld shower massage) worked great with good water pressure but again, it’s all dated fixtures and hardware in baths and kitchen. Lounging is an important part of the vacation experience for us personally, and we enjoy taking in the scenery and beauty of Kahana - however the furniture is anything but comfortable to lounge. We enjoy sitting on the lanai for meals and watching the sunrise/sunset, or just fall asleep to the stars and ocean sounds, but the furniture is not conducive for such retreats. A small sectional would be wonderful, as would comfortable lanai chairs. Again the furniture is adequate, just not very comfortable for lounging. We loved the complex, conveniently located by a general store, Maui brewing company, sushi, Dollies Pub (great pizza and food) all within easy walking. The condo also offers 4 beach chairs, an ice-chest (worn with top broken) which were functional and useful for daily excursions. I would return to the Hololani - it’s a great location and an overall wonderful complex. Mahalo

We had a great stay at the resort. It felt bigger than expected. Would definitely stay here again. There is no true beach access from here but the view of the water is epic! Beautiful sunsets. I wish I was here during whale season. I’m sure it would be perfect to just sit on the balcony and watch all day. The pool sits right in front of the properties so whatever is happening there you will likely hear. It was not enough to deter us but something to be mindful of if that is going to bother you. Great location. Great to have an assigned covered parking space. Loved the space itself. Can’t wait to come back!

Accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 at a reasonable rate. Location was excellent between Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay just minutes in either direction. The views from our deck in the morning’s….magical! Tough to go home.

The unit was impressive the minute we walked in. The view and location was the highlight. Perfect size for our group of 6. I love the location being so close to stores/ Mc Donald’s. I’ve already recommended it to my friends who are planning to visit Maui. My husband’s only comment was “ needs AC”, but I thought the breeze from the ocean was enough. I love sleeping and waking up hearing the waves. Also couch needs cleaning/ shampooing, otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you and will definitely come back and stay there again.

Location is good. Checkin was easy. Somethings need to be update or fixed such as sliding pocket doors. 2nd bedroom just has sliding slatted doors which can be a problem for guest privacy. Overall not a bad place and it worked out for my wife, and our two married daughters.

The unit was well fitted for the 2 couples we were. Nice lanai seating and lounge chaises for total relaxing. Everything you need for preparing snacks & something on the grill. Thanks Nick for the quick fix of our King bed conversion. Would highly recommend to our friends. The no A/C is not a problem. Nice cross breeze cools the unit even on warm afternoons. Thanks again

Property is right on the beach with excellent view of the ocean. We were worried about the property not having an ac but found that with breezes coming in from the ocean it was not needed. This property will definitely be our first choice when we return to Maui.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our stay in Maui. Everything needed to feel at home is available for use here. We were a little concerned there was no A/C, but it is not needed. The breeze constantly coming through the windows along with the sound of the waves was perfect. There are more then enough fans if needed also. A short walk or drive down the road is beautiful beaches to snorkel at. Also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The view alone is breathtaking!! If we come back to Maui I will definitely be staying here again.

This 2BR/2BA condo in Kahana, Maui is directly on the ocean, with views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai, from the lanai, living room, kitchen and both bedrooms.
It’s in close proximity to Kaanapali and it comes with free parking.
The maintenance staff was very responsive to our needs, which was greatly appreciated.
Although there are ceiling fans throughout the unit, it would have been much more comfortable if there was an AC in the living room and bedroom that’s just off the living room, especially since the sun sets on that side of the condo.
We understand the owner has ordered a security screen door which would allow the breezy trade winds to flow right through the unit.
The 2nd bedroom was very cool and breezy since it doesn’t get the direct sun and we loved that the owner enclosed the lanai to extend the living area which looks out towards Molokai.
We loved the new outdoor patio furniture and it was perfect for our morning breakfast and afternoon happy hour.
We also loved the pool and romantic torches at night.
The maintenance staff was excellent in ensuring the pool and bbq grills were cleaned first thing in the morning.
Thank you for a wonderful time on Maui!

Just an FYI, depending on the time of year you may be here, with no A/C, it gets quite warm during the day and sleeping can be difficult for some.
We stayed in Unit A204. Overall, the condo was okay, however could use many updates. (Look at the pictures and then add about 5 yrs)
On a good note, The view was outstanding, right on the water, and the pool area as well as landscaping was very good.
Our biggest issue was the elevator being maintained our last 4 days, with no warning, and we had a disabled person in our group. ( While researching the resort I just happened to find a maintenance schedule for the property)
However, I game it a 4 because we were in Maui!
