RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE of $65 per stay and a RESORT FEE of $22 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.

Comfortable studio a short walk to beautiful beach, as well as to Whaler’s Village and restaurants. Lovely to hear those Maui birds int he morning. Furniture, decor (not in any way beautiful) and utensils could use upgrading (I’m pretty sure the decorative pillow covers and wrap on the bed have never been cleaned). Not much in the way of cleaning products and cloths to clean with if you don’t have maid service. However, it’s Maui! We walked and swam and relaxed and had a lovely time.

We stayed here in January 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and black rock was so convenient. Snorkeling at Black Rock was our favorite activity. We saw hundreds of fish, green sea turtles and even a Monk Seal. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed hanging out there too. Everyone was helpful and nice and we will definitely stay here again.

Best vacation ever! We skipped all the tourist stuff and relaxed. The cabana was a fantastic place to chill and to watch whales. Binoculars do help see the distant ones. The condo provided numerous beach items but we just hung out in the cabana. The cabana has lots of amenities including towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Even ice!
The condo is in a very good location for beach access and had everything we needed. The washer/ dryer combo allowed us to travel carry on luggage only so we were able to start our vacation right away.

Beautiful location near the beach. Not a brand new location but clean and comfortable. Staff kind and courteous. Access to local market in walking distance. Safeway not far away by car. Best snorkeling on the beach nearby. Saw the most fish, turtles and even a ray from all the beaches we were able to snorkel.
Saved money and time doing our own meals and making picnic lunches.

We have been staying at the Eldorado for many years. We love the location so much. The access to the beach cabana is a game changer, it's a very close walk to the beaches, Whalers Village and many other resorts and restaurants. The unit itself was lovely, perfect size for a couple, has clearly been updated with new floors (some photos show carpet in the main area, but it's updated to laminate type wood), large bathroom and new appliances in the kitchen. Communication with the property management company was very good and easy. We were sent all the info we needed and never had to reach out during our stay for anything. Will definitely book again and would highly recommend!

Property as advertised. This unit is one of the closet to the beach. 7-8 minute walk to whalers village for shopping/food. New appliances. Has everything needed for you to enjoy a day at the beach.

Had to call maintenance twice for a stopped up toilet. The second time I had to wait seven hours for them to come take care of the problem. The house was supposed to come with a vacuum cleaner but it did not have one. When I told this to the property company I got no help. The shower is backing up like a bathtub. I had to buy my own broom to keep the place clean because the one they left here was useless. I will never stay in J111 again.

It was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for all the beach activities. It’s a lovely neighborhood and super close to the beach and shopping. Could easily spend a week here without a vehicle.
