We’ve stayed in this building before so we knew what to expect regarding the age & quaintness of it. But this particular condo needs some major maintenance, repairs and upgrades. The supplies are very limited and sparse including kitchen dishes, glassware, cookware and bathroom towels. The basics that were there need to be updated. There was nothing extra like placemats or a tablecloth etc. Many of the items that are pictured in the listing were not there. It just was not a welcoming stay unlike other VRBO listings but was very clean which is always appreciated. The management replied quickly to any messages. Check in is easy. The best thing going for it is the location and the large balcony and the outdoor grounds are great! We enjoy the area.

We loved everything about this place. Lovely property with a gorgeous view. Nice beach and park nearby. Walkable to many restaurants. We would love to come back one day!

The apartment is amazing, the lanai unbelievable. Although it was often too hot to use. Still, we enjoyed the view.
The twin bed is rather small for two adults but the sofa bed is good. The kitchen only has minimal equipment.
The concierge is s great bonus, providing us with dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and additional towels.

Words really can’t describe your ocean front, 11th floor viewing experience from the balcony. The combination of the quieter neighborhood but short walk to the beach make this a perfect location. Best of both worlds!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the property. The location was great because it was south of the busy area but easy to walk to. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a great place to relax and watch the waves. We would definitely come back!

Really liked our place. Very clean. The communication with our host was excellent. They provided plenty of linens. Additionally, the place had some games, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.
The place could use some cosmetic updates but they are nothing that took away from the overall experience.
The location is great. There's a beach that is about a 5-7 walk and it is perfect for snorkeling, surfing, or just relaxing.
Plus, the location is only about a 10-15 minute drive from most restaurants, shopping, etc.

I give it a 10/10 for the view. Sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous on the balcony. Communication with Mark was great. We did run into a few issues while we were there and Mark tried to resolve them.
Check-in is easy and you'll be sent specific instructions. The condo is on the 11th floor and the elevator comes in handy.
The photographer really did a great job. They made it look boho chic, but upclose the furniture is very outdated. I felt like they put half the effort in this place and photographed the best parts.
The beds were ok. Pillows in the larger room were uncomfortable and i woke up with major neck pain.
The wifi does not connect in the smaller room. Mark gave me another another wifi account and it worked.
We stayed for 5 nights and were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults so we had to go buy more which is an inconvenient.
It rained and water was coming in from the windows. It did not affect us but they do need to make some upgrades - seal around the windows, paint the condo especially the bathroom (small window in the bathroom is not easy to open and close.)
The balcony is spacious and is the best part of the condo. There is a note on the sliding glass door to leave the door slightly opened and I highly suggest that you do or you can get locked out which we did once but a family member inside let us in.
There is a laundry room in the garage which came in handy. It takes quarters or card.
You will also need quarters for the meters across the street. It's .25 cents for 30 minutes from 10 am - 6 pm. It's not that bad but there was so much parking available in the parking lot of the condo and for the price you're already paying for the condo I just couldn't believe that they wanted to charge $30 a night for it. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure every condo comes with at least 1 parking spot.
Our main complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. I understand you're in a tropical paradise and bugs are the norm, but it's not normal for us. We found 3 small roaches during our stay and this was my husband's biggest concern before stay here. Mark sent out pest control and they didn't find any critters but we did again that night. We checked all our bags before heading home. We were offered a refund for 1 night if we wanted to go find another place to stay but it would be too much to try and check out and find a place.
The location is great but lots of motorcycles at night. Can walk to Waikiki shops and restaurants.

Property was as expected - comfortable and love the lanai - awesome views with sighting of whales most mornings. Loved the sunsets as well. Great location - close to everything Waikiki has to offer while still having a neighbourhood vibe. The park across the road is amazing with views of Diamond Head

This place was perfect for our family: plenty of room, clean and beautiful restful views of the ocean. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gentle breeze while watching the surfers below. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others.

This unit has the most stunning view, over the ocean. Communication with the manager was seamless and we didn’t have too much trouble parking off site. Highly recommend!

Overall was an amazing location. Walking distance from Waikiki Beach and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood. Views were incredible, full ocean view and wrap around balcony gave views of two mountain ranges.
When we arrived the toilet was already plugged. Thankfully there was a bathroom downstairs in the lobby. The manager did respond quickly and got it fixed by the second day.
The house itself was missing many items which we had to purchase (bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, among the bigger items.)
Would definitely recommend and had very little to complain about 🙂

I rented a one-bedroom in this building last year and enjoyed the location-away from Waikiki and all the noise, but close enough if desired. San Souci beach is a 5 minute walk. This year I rented the 2 bedroom and was very pleased with the lay-out. Because it had the extra space that the outer walkway takes up in the 1 bedroom units, it feels very spacious. Much time was spent on the outdoor patio watching the waves. The AC was never needed because of the cross-breeze. Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate for light meals.
I did pay for parking, but it is a space along the wall which can be tricky at times getting in and out of when the garage is full. Next time I may do as others have written and park across the street. I hope to return to this unit again another time.

The location of this condo is just incredible!! Views at every angle and a short walk to Waikiki and several beaches. The kitchen was a little dirty under the sink and there were no dishwasher tabs but aside from that we had everything we needed. Great and easy check-in process. Would stay again!

I love staying on the Gold Coast! It’s a lot less congested than Waikiki, yet everything is within walking distance. This property is dated and could use a refresh, but it’s hard to beat that view from the lanai.

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean. My daughter and I stayed. Here for a week. We found it quiet and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this condo.

Great views! The listing does not lie....theres a view out of every room.
This was only our 2nd vrbo, so we didnt know what to expect. Unit was appropriately stocked. Just far enough away from the busy beaches to be quiet.
Parking on sunday when we came in was a real bear...but every other day was no problem.

Incredible, fantastic, wonderful, amazing, beautiful, breath taking!! What other adjectives can I use to to describe this condo? It was definitely better than described. It was perfect for my hubs, parents, and I. The check-in/parking garage access process could have used a bit more information but that literally is the only “negative” thing I have to say. Every morning we would open all the sliding doors and let the breeze blow through. We would enjoy our coffee on the balcony over looking the water. We saw almost every sunset while we were there. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and quick responses to our emails. Our stay here made the trip that much better. A trip of a life time where wonderful memories were made. I can’t wait to go back.

This condo has the most spectacular views! It was easy to get to, comfortable and only a short walk from all the stores and restaurants. (We opted to not rent a car for our whole stay, so this was important.) My only complaint is that I wish we had more time!
