A $1,500 refundable Security Deposit or proof of Vacation Rental Property Damage Insurance is required to confirm your reservation. A Security Deposit Refund will be processed within 14 days from your check out date.

Payment method: We accept VISA or MASTER with a 5% booking fee, if you decide to pay with AMEX its 9% so we advise guests to pay via VISA or MASTER. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Minimum rent is 30 nights.
