A $1,500 refundable Security Deposit or proof of Vacation Rental Property Damage Insurance is required to confirm your reservation. A Security Deposit Refund will be processed within 14 days from your check out date.
Payment method: We accept VISA or MASTER with a 5% booking fee, if you decide to pay with AMEX its 9% so we advise guests to pay via VISA or MASTER. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Minimum rent is 30 nights.

With accordance to Bill 41; Ordinance 22-7, this property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
