World famous the best condominium!
Renovated luxury 7th floor 2-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and 2 parking lots overviewing Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean is heaven close to the beach and residential part of Waikiki!!
You can enjoy all the perks of a full kitchen provides a beautiful breakfast bar with all the kitchen ware and essentials followed by dining area with a big table to fit in all your friends. The dining area is combined with the living room, where you can melt down in 1 big sofa and enjoy either a show on a flat screen TV or a stunning Hawaiian sunset from the nearly top to ceiling windows.
There are two rooms, one master bedroom offers a luxurious sleeping space with two queen size beds, TV and beautiful modern design.
The other room is quite simple with less decorations yet comfy queen size bed.
The Colony Surf building is located on the far Eastern end of Waikiki (otherwise known as the Gold Coast) at the feet of Diamond Head and parallel to Kapiolani Park. You will undoubtedly enjoy the peaceful nature of this neighborhood, the local feel of the nearby surf spots, and the Waikiki skyline view. While this area is a bit secluded in comparison to the rest of Waikiki's vacation rentals, it is only a quick 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants and activities around.
Within a very close distance are Kaimana beach, the Waikiki aquarium, and Diamond Head Luau, not to mention the easy access to the Diamond Head and Kahala neighborhoods. However, if you prefer not to walk, there are bus stops and Biki bike rental stands nearby, which can take you through Waikiki to your favorite surfing, snorkeling or shopping locations, or even beyond Waikiki to the rest of the island of Oahu.
Additionally, you will certainly enjoy the perks of the Colony Surf building itself, which offers an oceanfront experience and famed French restaurant Michel's. All for an incredibly affordable price compared to similar hotels on the Gold Coast of Waikiki.
Although this is 30 nights minimum rental, daily rate for 2 bedroom in Trump or Ritz are 5 times higher than Colony Surf!

*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*The exterior renovation and painting project will begin. The work will be performed from April 3, 2023 to July 28, 2023 (this schedule may change), between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
