Hali'i Kai 8G is a two-story Townhome with three bedrooms that are well separated for privacy (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs), three bathrooms, dining area, living area, and two covered lanais, one on each floor. The top floor master suite has a California King bed that has access to a private top floor ocean view lanai; complete with two lounge chairs. A great space to enjoy your morning coffee! The upstairs guest room has a California King bed and the downstairs guest room has a King bed as well. Recent updates include fresh paint and new floor throughout. (Nov.2020)
Our unit has a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer, complimentary wireless high- speed internet, outdoor BBQ grill, and flat screen televisions in the living room and in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while on vacation. In addition to bar-top seating, the dining room includes a large table to comfortably accommodate six. Off the living room is a lanai that offers comfortable chairs and a table to dine at.
Hali'i Kai is an oceanfront gated community located on the Kohala Coast. This unique residential area is just 18 miles away from the Kona airport and is easily accessible off the main highway. Villa (8G), is a short walk to the Ocean Club; Hali'i Kai's private oceanfront clubhouse. It features a large lagoon-style, multi-level swimming pool with a waterfall and a sand bottom Jacuzzi. Includes an outdoor showering area, restroom facilities, outdoor BBQs, and an undercover sitting area. The Ocean Bar & Grill Restaurant is a perfect place to enjoy lunch, dinner or a watching spectacular sunsets while enjoying a tropical cocktail. In November-March, breaching humpback whales can be spotted and are always exciting. Whether your intention is to sip on a tropical drink poolside while reading a good book, or playing with the family in the refreshing pool, the Ocean Club is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Other community amenities include an oceanfront, fully equipped, open air gym, tennis court and basketball court.
In addition to Hali'i Kai's on-site facilities, there are nearby beaches and shopping within walking distance. The Queen's Marketplace and King's Shop offers numerous restaurants ranging from elegant dining to fast food, art galleries, shops and boutiques. At the Queen's Marketplace, you can find all of your groceries and beverages. They even have a gourmet market where you can find meals that are ready made. Behind the Marriott, you'll find the Lava Lava Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Bay (better known as A-Bay), a beautiful crescent shaped public beach that offers many ocean sports for the whole family. Just a few minutes' drive down the highway is the gorgeous Hapuna Beach, which is ranked in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. From Waikoloa, you can drive to almost any place on this island in 90 minutes or less. Helicopter to the volcano, dive with the manta rays, explore lush valleys in Hilo, zipline adventures and deep sea fishing are more amazing options on the Big Island of Hawaii.
