We loved the place. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located across from the Queens’ MarketPlace where there is coffee, food, and groceries. Also the Hilton pool pass was a great perk!

I am so happy to have stayed at this beautiful condo. So close to what the West side has to offer. DO NOT skip out on the Hilton perks. Even just an early morning stroll through the property. The garage is chock full of anything you may need and the condo itself feels like you are staying with a friend. The pool is wonderful and the grounds are perfection! I was worried we would have to provide everything and I was happily surprised with the contents of the cupboards. Beds were the perfect spot to chill after a day of adventuring. Cannot wait to figure out a way to make it back to the Villas.

We loved this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. The condo has been nicely furnished making it warm and welcoming. The unit has a great view of the sun rising over the mountain. We loved using the Hilton pool pass that allowed us to snorkel in the Hilton lagoon, and use the pool. The pass also gave us free parking validation at the Hilton hotel. Loved being so close to the Lava Lava Beach Club and the Queens Market. We will definitely have to visit again soon.

Excellent stay! Amy was very easy to get ahold of, check in process was very smooth. Was able to extend a night because we loved it that much. Only thing to note is the stairs getting up to the room is steep and looking for a parking, it fills up very quick at night.

Beautiful and convenient place to stay. Place is as described. Everything we needed to feel like home. And central AC! The only thing that was a bit confusing was the TV/Cable but we eventually figured it out. Loved sitting out on the lanai in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. Walked across the street for shopping and eating out at The Queen and Kings shops. Nice view of the pool and jacuzzi right off the lanai. Soaked up some sun at Anaehoomalu beach and Hapuna beach both within a minute to a few minutes drive.away. Look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed the property and location. Only complaint is we had limited paper good. No paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and three Tide pods. If guests are asked to do tidy up and wash linens those items should be provided. Overall nice.

Location is great! Great views of sunrise and sunset from loft. Rooms are nice size including loft area. Should mention there are 16 stairs at entry up to living area. Overall this is a great condo. Pool is very nice and the lanai looks out over it. Cleanliness could have been a little better the carpet is getting a little soiled and worn and furniture was a little dusty. Amy was quick to respond to our inquiries or concerns. Overall this is a nice place to stay close to shops and beaches.

Property was centrally located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Pool located next to unit-big plus! Only tiny details I'd suggest improving on:
-labeling keys for pool, unit, and garage
-clearly explaining parking (only one designated stall in enclosed garage; other vehicles park in unmarked stalls throughout the property)
-vent over the outside grill on deck didn't work properly so the smoke kept setting off the smok detector (whenever you'd open sliding door to enter unit)

Stayed here for a work trip and was very happy with the accommodations. They just repainted so it actually looks more contemporary than the photos on VRBO. Kitchen and restrooms were clean. Good communication with the Property Manager.

The condo was clean and updated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located near the shops and market and less than 10 minute walk (or 3 min drive) to A-Bay Beach. The pool is directly next to the unit so easy to enjoy a quick dip in the pool. The outdoor Lanai was great for grilling, hanging and enjoying the sunrise / sunset. Highly recommend this stay especially for families. The loft area was a great bonus space and set up as a full third bedroom.

The property was in a great location and large and spacious. It easily accommodated our group with room to spread out. The only downsides were that the carpet is pretty worn and the pool was empty during our visit.

We loved staying in this villa! It was clean and had plenty amenities. The pool are was super nice. The proximity to the shops were awesome! Recommend the island market hot bar! The food was so good and decently priced. Plenty of beach toys/gear in the garage.

The location is amazing! The rooms were good sized and the loft is a fabulous extra bedroom. The property was not as well equipped in the kitchen or beach gear department as some of the other units in the complex we have stayed in but were absolutely adequate. The unit was not well cleaned and was in fact quite dirty. this should be improved.

We were welcomed with a beautiful arrangement of protea and Amy was very responsive and helpful figuring out TV and a couple of other issues. The carpets however were grubby, stained (especially on the entryway stairs) and need replacement. For the amount we paid, at a minimum we'd expect floor covering on which one is comfortable being barefoot. There was also noticeable traffic noise when windows were open. The stove top is also worn and stained and needs replacement.

The location of this property is excellent. And the bonus of the loft was an exceptional find. We loved how much space the unit had. We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness. No doubt sanitizing must have occurred since the area smelled like strong chemicals when we arrived. But the actual cleanliness was lacking. Heavy layers of dust on many areas of the unit including light switches and other high touch areas. Having to participate in doing our own bedding laundry in anticipation of the next guest was also a bit much.
