**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.
***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule:
Building D: Completed July 12, 2024
Building E: July 15 to August 2, 2024
Building F: August 5 to August 23, 2024
Building G: August 26 to September 13, 2024
Building A: September 16 to October 4, 2024
Building B: October 7 to October 25, 2024
Building C: October 28 to November 15, 2024

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. A couple updates would be good, like the washer/dryer/smart tv, but that is just picky feedback. Thank you for the stay

Out dated. Not enough lights lamps. Shades falling apart. Carpet needed cleaning.
Wouldn’t stay in this condo again. Would stay at another one. Loved the pool but think it needs to be cleaned more often.

Nice property: the condo as well as the common space. Management could be a little more detail oriented (some conflicting messages and a not properly followed up call). Still we were able to really enjoy the vacation and would recommend it!
