The only thing is that the airconditiiners in the bedrooms turned on and off with a buzzing/mumming noise every few minutes. Needed the sound of the ocean to counter that....

Our family had a wonderful week in the condo. The location is right on the beach and we saw whales daily as well as beautiful sunsets. The condo was lovely and a good space for our family. We were a little nervous about the many rules/procedures in the condo but we managed to follow them and everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay from March 2 - March 10. The condo has three spacious bedrooms, and plenty of space for our family of 6. We loved being able to use the beach supplies in the closet (beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc.), and loved the property which is located steps from the beach. The restaurant at the property was great as well - good food and great service! The ocean views from the condo are amazing! I can't say enough about them. We loved hearing the waves / ocean at night - even with the windows closed! You can also see whales (in season) just by relaxing on the lanai. The location is very close to anything in West Maui. 5 min drive from Napili Bay - very nice beach, and 5-7 min drive from Ka'anapali area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, as was the owner. It was a wonderful stay, and would love to go back!

We loved the location, the view from the condo, and all the beach toys included in the closet for our use. The condo was large enough to comfortably house our family of 6 and had all the amenities we desired. The property manager was readily available for any guidance needed. We’d definitely stay here again on our next return to Maui!

This condo is recently renovated, with comfortable furniture, updated kitchen, and a big screen TV in the living room my dad really appreciated (for watching football playoffs). The pictures shown for the condo and the views are very accurate, we loved the ocean views. The owners supply plenty of towels and beach equipment.
We had only a few minor issues with the condo itself. There was only a 5-cup coffee maker supplied for the large 3 bedroom condo. We had to go out and buy a larger coffee maker the second morning because 5 cup coffee makers are only useful in hotel rooms. Hopefully the owners keep the one we left them for the next guests. Also, there are no trash cans in the bedrooms, which is inconvenient as it forced us to go to the kitchen or the bathrooms to throw out tissues, etc. One other issue a couple of us had was that some of the A/C vents made a high pitched noise while running, but not sure if it just needed WD40 or if it was just how that A/C runs normally.
A few downsides to the location: the condo is right next to the onsite restaurant, and since the condo is on the second floor, we would sometimes hear noise from the restaurant and the smell of food would come into the condo. Unfortunately we also sometimes got cigar/cigarette smell coming in the open windows and we saw restaurant staff outside the back of the restaurant smoking. Not the fault of the condo owners, but wanted to mention it as some might have issues with odors and smoke.

This property was better than we could have imagined. The pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to the view from the living room was the highlight of our trip. We had a total of 6 people for the duration of our trip and the condo had everything and more. The beach closet had chairs, floats, snorkeling, coolers and much more. The condo was clean, quiet, perfectly located off the elevator or stairs and our balcony overlooked the pool, beach and grills. The on-site beach restaurant and bar was also a huge plus. Lahaina is the perfect location with a short drive to pretty much anything. We ordered pizza at Dollies across the street and loved it. Their was also a gas station and liquor store within 1 minute. Overall, then trip was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui.

Loved this location! Rented a paddle board and went out right on front of the condo every day. Snorkeling was good here on some days, but murky on others - found plenty of places to snorkel by checking the snorkel report daily! Basically, we were able to do anything we wanted to do (surf lessons, plantation tour, boogie boarding, swimming in the pool, shopping) within walking distance or a short drive! Lots of great restaurants nearby, too. And a beautiful view when we did hang out at the condo.

Our party of 10 here loved it! It was large enough for all of us. We enjoyed seeing whales on the lanai and out the large windows every morning and evening. We didn’t cook, but utilized the beach closet, pool, the bar/restaurant and beach for snorkeling and an evening turtle sighting. We were centrally located for visiting all parts of the island.
Minor issues: sometimes not enough hot water for showering, and we booked so far out with a listed fully cancellation date up to 2 months before the trip, but when booked the owner stated fully refundable for 30 days only. We took the chance, but docked a star for online accuracy.

Absolutely perfect condo for our family trip to Maui. 3 bedrooms! Nobody had to sleep on the couch which was a real plus for us. The AC plus the fans (or opening the huge sliding doors) kept us just right on those hot days. Easy access to the big pool, kid pool, Beach Grill Cafe, BBQs, and the beach+ocean. The toys closet had everything! Sunscreen, aloe, floaties, kickboard, body boards, tennis rackets, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more!!! We loved having spices in the pantry so the single time we made garlic bread we didn’t have to buy entire bottle of garlic salt. The beds were very comfortable (and we are picky), the dining room and kitchen were great. We loved having laundry in the unit and ran a load every day so that we only took minimal clothing with us. We love the Sands of Kahana and unit 327 made our trip super easy. Seriously, I’m very short and they even had a step stool so I used that to each the upper cabinets. They’ve thought of everything- perfect!!

We loved the view from the condo! We watched whales right out the window every morning. The condo was a lot bigger than we expected. It was so nice to have some space! The beach closet was so helpful to borrow chairs and an umbrella. My kids loved the pools and how easy it was to access the beach. We took advantage of having pickleball courts, which was so fun. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This unit was exactly how described and had so much room for all 10 of us! The kitchen had enough room for 2 or 3 of us to cook together. The beds were comfy with super soft sheets. The location of this condo was so convenient, just steps to the stairs or elevator. We were surprised how much more we liked the view being only on the third floor. You could watch kids at the beach and communicate with the guys at the bbq grill. The complex has the best little kiddo pool which our grand daughters loved. There is also a beach bar/restaurant that had a great happy hour. The beach was awesome and the whales were so entertaining. We even had a Hawaii Monk Seal come on shore for the day!
I would highly recommend this condo for family or friends!

I feel like the online pictures don’t do justice, if you are looking to book a trip to Maui and want a condo this place is it! If we come back over and island hop again, we will be back! The condo was well maintained, clean, had plenty of items in the beach closet to use, even a cooler for trips to the store that came in handy. We had 7 people stay in our condo and it had plenty of room. The kitchen is quite large for a condo and having two bathrooms definitely helped. The views were amazing!! The large picture window, plus the Lanai facing the ocean, made it very easy to see the sunrise and sunset every day when we were in the room during those times of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

We all wanted to just relax and refresh on the beach, on the patio and around the island. Our 8 days were wonderful... just what we wanted. All three generations had a great time. Grandparents enjoyed the view from the unit and the easy walk to the beach. Parents and kids (in their 20's) loved knowing that they could adventure and enjoy while our seniors were safe and content. We will definitely be back!! P.S. lots of turtles!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5, ages 4, 7, 13 and two adults. The view is absolutely stunning! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved being right on the beach and having access to the swimming pool. The kids got to swim with sea turtles at the beach in front of the condo, and we saw whales almost every morning. There is a restaurant just downstairs that we frequented, and the condo is fully stocked so we grilled a couple nights too. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place and will come back. As good as the ad pictures are they don't compare to seeing it. It was very spacious and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the whales and there were many. The communication with the owner and manager was great. This was a one in a lifetime vacation and we will be back!

We have been coming to Maui since 1995. It was such a ball to bring my new husband for the 2nd time, his daughter (20), my parents (in their 70’s), and my kids (18,18,21). We loved the view off the lanai, and spent a ton of time on the beach. Oh!!! And the beach!!!! We snorkeled right off the beach and saw loads of beautiful fish and the biggest turtles!!!!! The condo was so spacious that we never felt on top of each other and could cook with several in the kitchen!
We loved all the pool/ocean toys too!! We added two beach chairs to your collection 😁. We will definitely come back again as this was the most perfect fit for our family out of all the condos we have stayed at!!

The Property exceeded our expectations. The 2nd Floor Ocean view was perfect. Sitting on the Lanai every tranquil morning drinking coffee with wonderful views of Lanai and Molokai is a memory that will last a lifetime. We had a group of 6 and there was more then enough room. The Unit was well maintained and had a very large kitchen.
The Owner was extremely accommodating as we had the trip originally planned for last July. Due to COVID the Owner allowed us to reschedule at the same price which clearly speaks volumes about their fairness to their Guests. We hope to get back soon!

What a wonderful place to spend 10 nights on a family vacation. The description of the condo is spot on. We loved the sights and sounds of the ocean right out the lanai. The bar/ restaurant on the property served happy hour and good food. Disappointed that the volleyball net was not up, but the pools and hot tub were great. The condo manager made sure everything went well during our stay. Our family consisted of 5 adults and 4 teens and we had plenty of space for all. Would definitely recommend this condo on the beach. Paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing in the sun OR shade, are right outside the door. We even grilled a few times. We would definitely come back.

We brought our whole family for our daughter's college graduation - grandkids (2 yr & 4 yr), boyfriends, etc. and this place was perfect for all 10 of us!! Seriously, plenty of room!
And can I say....Location, location, location! The lanai is large so everyone can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We actually sent a picture of our view from the kitchen and people thought it was a postcard! The colors are the water are amazing. Also, the Sands of Kahana, in general, are just a great place to stay. The Beach House restaurant below was perfect...happy hour was a plus! The kiddie pool was fun and, of course, the ocean just steps away was awesome. We even rented SUPs right in front of us!
As for Dave's place, it was very clean, very cute, very spacious and the kitchen is even cuter! It had everything we needed, even beach chairs, pool noodles, pack 'n play etc.
I originally thought the master bedroom with the sliding door was odd, but it totally worked. My husband and I even closed it, went to sleep, all while the kids were still up and playing!
But I would say the ocean views were the absolute highlight! We could not have picked a more perfect place for our family vacation.
We would definitely stay here again.....it truly had everything we needed, and more!

The owner, David was extremly responsive and great to work with! I had questions during my stay and he responded immediately. It just so happened he arrived a few days after us. He met with us to resolve the issue. Really nice guy.

No screens on living room window. Would have enjoyed opening the windows to feel the evening breeze. Not a huge deal as the 2 sliding glass doors lead to the living room, bedroom and lanai.
The sliding glass doors are a bit tricky to lock but once you get the hang of it, no problem.
I would definitely stay here again.

The moment you walk into the kitchen you know that this is by far the best place you could be. What you see is a huge window that is filled with the ocean. If you are fortunate to go during whale season, then add whales to your view. The space is beautiful, comfortable and invites you to relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of space to prepare a nice meal. The beds are comfortable and you can hear the ocean calling. The bathrooms are beautiful. The towels are well stocked. There is a floor to ceiling double-door closet packed with items for the beach. The owner is very easy to contact and work with. Our stay was amazing and we can't wait to go back.

We had an outstanding time at the condo! It was very clean and ready when we arrived. The pics of the unit are very accurate. You have a fabulous view of the ocean! We spent time on the balcony enjoying the view as we ate our meals. The owner was helpful with information we needed before our stay and he responded promptly to any emails I sent. We had plenty of space for the 7 of us to relax during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, which sometimes is a problem when we travel. No issues here! I would stay here again for sure!

The view from this condo is fantastic! We think the pictures are accurate. The updates to the condo were really well done and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is nice and well equipped, the bathroom remodels were well done, the bedding/beds/furniture were comfortable and in good condition, and it is equipped with separate AC units and fans in each room (we didn't end up needing the AC in December). There is a well stocked closet with several boogie boards, sets of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach mats, play toys for little ones, nice cooler, and lots of nice towels. We couldn't have asked for any more than this. We literally didn't want for anything in this condo!
Our primary mission for our vacation was to find a 3 bedroom condo with a great ocean front view, pool, hot tub, beach and in a good central location. This condo met all of these criteria with flying colors! Seriously, we saw lots of rainbows!
It's a couple miles north of Ka'anapali, a couple miles south of Napili, 5-6 miles north of Lahaina and 5-6 miles south of Kapalua. It's very much right in the middle of all kinds of great beaches, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. The beach in front of the condo is not bad at all and you can watch the surfers at "S-turns" right out from the Lanai. The beach isn't as nice as Ka'anapali, Napili, Kapalua beaches, as well as, others close by. Not really a good snorkeling beach, but the kids can swim a bit, boogie board and definitely SUP, surf, and kayak!
There are 2 pools and hot tubs, one for little kids and families, the other one for bigger kids and families, both next to the open air restaurant and bar which was pretty good, good happy hour pricing. Lahaina has a lot of great restaurants. We had great food and views at Lahaina Fish Company, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Mala. Also, Leilani's had a great view and food in Ka'anapali. We recommend the Old Lahaina Luau, book in advance.
There is great take out or dine in places within a block as well. Maui Brewing has great pub food and you can get growlers, crowlers, and six packs to go if you'd like. Right across the street is Miso Phat sushi which has delicious sea food and sushi with great reviews that you can dine in or take out. We'd recommend taking it out and eating on the lanai and watching some amazing sunsets.
The owner, David, was very easy to work with and sent us an email with all kinds of things to do and see. When we come back to Maui, we'll definitely stay here again!

We spent a week at this unit with kids and grandparents (3 adults and 2 kids) and the layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked perfectly. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beach toys and towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc., and there was a washer/dryer. The unit was on the second floor so it was very easy to use the stairs or elevator to get to the pool and beach and the lanai was a great place to sit to enjoy the view. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. The location was also great. We could walk to a few restaurants and shopping and it was just a short drive to many other restaurants, shopping and other attractions. Honestly, I wouldn't have changed a thing and hopefully will return to this unit next year. It was perfect!

We loved staying here, the condo was very spacious, modern and clean with spectacular views. We were there during the hurricane and although we were supposed to check out at 11:00 the owner was nice enough to allow us to stay until the next guests arrived. He then made sure they gave us another condo as our flight was delayed by three days. I would definitely recommend this property!

Loved the condo facing the water with lots of windows and the outside seating too. Needed and got a condo with 3 rooms for all 7 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen bowls with lids for left overs were a little scarce. Loved the water toys and cooler, both used by us. Wished the A/C was set to 68-70 instead of 72 for sleeping, we were pretty hot during the night. Loved the new kitchen counter and the BBQ's downstairs so close. Enjoyed the bar by the pool too.

Overall, we enjoyed the condo. There were eight of us (one person slept on the pull out couch). It was pretty spacious and had a good kitchen. The pool was nice and it was relatively close to other nice parts of the island. The snorkeling gear/beach toys that were provided were great!
Cons: The ice machine got clogged and then stopped working altogether. The AC is also locked at no lower than 72 degrees, so it got really warm since it was so hot outside.
