The unit was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect. It was near everything. The cleanliness of the unit, the space and comfort was amazing. We were staying in Kihei/Wailea area for the first time while on Maui. The condo is very clean and stocked with everything you need while on vacation. Location is very close to beaches (5 minutes walk to Keawakapu beach), resorts, restaurants, shops. Very easy to get anywhere by car as well. It was a pleasure communicating with the owner. The booking process was smooth, all questions answered right away. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property!

Place is exactly how described. We normally have a party of 4 but this time we had a party of 5. Even the pull couch with memory firm was on point. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was really nice! It had everything you could need and more, was very clean and cutely decorated. Also, I loved the bed in the master bedroom…so comfy! It is situated in a really nice area and everything you might need is within a 10 minute drive or less. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was a great newly renovated location. The hosts left us with all the supplies needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies (they even had a cooler) and chairs were so good. The location is right near all the big hotels. The beaches right nearby are great!

This has to be the best VRBO we have stayed in! Everything is perfect from the minute you walk in. The condo is in a great location with easy access to many beaches and restaurants, on site pool is an easy walk and clean, the renovation is bright with a kitchen that lacks nothing. Beach towels, cooler, multiple umbrellas and 5 beach chairs are all provided! Most importantly, there are AC splits throughout the entire condo, which I learned was not the case in some of the surrounding properties. Highly recommend this condo!!

This was our first trip back to Hawaii since the pandemic started and we chose our favorite island. The condo was in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. There were some issues with the A/C but the owner was up front before our arrival and communicated well with us during our stay. If staying in Wailea again we would definitely consider staying in the same location.

We enjoyed our quick 2-day stay prior to our longer stay up north. The condo is well furnished in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We had room to spread out. The chairs and boogie boards were great to have. We’d stay here again.

Best ever decision to stay in Jullian's Place. The location is great, the house is clean and we have everything we needed specially we are travelling with a 1 yr old and a 90 yr old. Jullian is very accommodating when we had an early flight. We had a great time. My husband and I are planning to go back and hopefully able to book Jullian's place again next year! Mahalo!

My family and I stayed here as it was close proximity to a conference location. It is a nice complex and close to many areas and we enjoyed the space and ability to have a kitchen and laundry. The details and communication for access was great. When we arrived the master bedroom bed was broken, collapsed on one side. While Jillian was easy to communicate with the solution to the problem took 2 days and at first she had stated a new bed could not be delivered until our 2nd to last night stay. At the cost of the rental we were surprised we were not refunded a portion of our fee for the inconvenience. I don't think anyone expects to arrive to an uncomfortable night of sleep when on vacation or to sleep on a couch bed two adults. We understand things happen of course. She had suggested we could find another spot but that is not very simple to do when you have already booked out weeks in advance as there is limited availablity.

This condo is beautiful and is decorated exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need in the way of amenities and is fully stocked. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and you can even walk to the restaurants and shopping. Jillian was great to work with. She was very accommodating and so quick to respond with any questions or requests that we had. I would highly recommend this condo. We would definitely stay her again!

Stayed here with my family - hubby, 2 children and nanny. We have been coming to Maui for the past 12 years and love the Wailea area. This is the first time we have stayed at The Palms. Overall, it was a great stay. Communication was great, check-in and check-out easy. The place is large, with a large master bedroom and great kitchen area. The lanai is super spacious and provides great views. Well stocked, with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys for kids, as well as pack n play for our toddler. Plenty of towels provided. Definitely used the in suite laundry. The pool is lovely. Really great for children as it is large and all one depth with a great hot tub. Lovely view. Close to the beaches, as well as The Shops at Wailea.
The only suggestions I would make are a full length mirror anywhere in the house, better quality hair dryer, and a high chair (for kids).
This is a great place for families. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in great condition and a perfect place to stay for a coworker and I attending a conference nearby. Games and a ukulele are stocked by the owner for guests to use and I had a lot of fun learning to play that little uke. Overall it was a great place to stay with everything we could have hoped for while we were traveling for work for a week.

We had an amazing time at this perfect property, going to the beach, pool, and vision gall of the nearby places to eat. Centrally located and only 20 minutes away from the airport so we got to explore many parts of the island, which is much more convenient than Lahaina/Kaanapali area. The property was also spotless and came with everything we needed to have a wonderful/stress free stay. 100% would love to return!

The location is supremo! Walking distance to The Shops at Wailea, Island Gourmet Market (grocery store) & dining options…. The condo was updated & very clean! As advertised! The only issue we had was dirty cutting boards found put away in the kitchen cupboard. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc was so appreciated. Would absolutely return! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful week stay here with our 3 adult boys. The unit was well stocked for cooking meals and everything was updated and so nice. The owner answered all of my questions and was super helpful. The pool was warm and the other guests (owners) we met were friendly and welcoming. It's about 7-8 min to the nearest beach.

Nicely appointed condo with a beautiful ocean view from the lanai that overlooks a quiet, manicured grassy area with a small creek running through it - a nice unexpected bonus! Has everything you need and in a great location (shopping, dining, beach, etc. are just a short drive or walk and neighborhood is quiet, spacious and not overrun with people). The host was responsive and easy to work with - mahalo Jillian!!

We loved our stay at the Palms. The condo is comfortable and decorated so nicely as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai many times. The pool/hot tub area is very nice and the grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained. Can’t wait to come back!

We had two families celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday. The condo was perfect for us in every way. Lots of space, full kitchen, and beach gear. Enjoyed the BBQ and lanai dining with ocean view. The washer and dryer was a perfect addition to keep beach towels clean. Jillian answered all of my questions within 5 minutes, each time. Fantastic Host!

My family and I had been looking forward to our trip to Maui for over 2 years and after first having to cancel due to Covid, Jillian made every accommodation to work with us during such difficult times. We rebooked with her when restrictions were lifted and I could not think of a better place to stay. The unit clean, comfortable and made you feel at home. Everything you need was there to make and prepare meals. The location was perfect and quiet. We made our meals most nights and found a local grocery store close by for any quick last minute needs. We were only 7 min away or so from the more lively area of Kihei and found the unit was centrally located to all our needs. The unit provides plenty towels, beach towel, beach gear, and amenities. On top of that Jillian's communication was top notch, she made working with her very easy and professional. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet, has everything you want or need to enjoy your stay in Maui then you need to stay at this location! Thank you to Jillian for being a super host and making our experience so enjoyable

We (family of four, two teenagers and two adults) had an amazing one week stay at this place. The space is bigger than you think- we never felt crowded. The condo is bright, clean, and everything feel brand new. The location is great- 3min drive to a great beach, 10-15min drive to some additional amazing beaches. We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the US and the world and this one is definitely in the top 5. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in Maui.
