This condo is in a perfect location for a great stay in Wailea. Make some breakfast and sit on the patio with a breathtaking view each morning! You can walk down the hill in just a few minutes to shops, eats, groceries, beautiful walking path along the beach, public beach (condo has chairs/umbrella), and some amazing coffee places too. Uber back up the hill for $7ish. The pool is lovely and very private too or you can get day passes to the resorts below and enjoy full service food and beverages. The bed could use a nice tempur-pedic topper from Costco and maybe some additional Costco cozy blankets too. We would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff!

Our first visit to Maui and our stay at 1608 the sky in Wailea was the perfect vacation to celebrate our 40th Anniversary! The condo had amazing beautiful views especially the sunsets, if we weren't out exploring the island, we did not miss it! 1608 had everything we needed and more, from a wonderfully stocked kitchen to a comfy king bed to a beautiful lanai with views! Jeff was easy to book with and very helpful! We highly recommend! And can't wait to return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Jeff was a great host and very communicative before our arrival - check in was a breeze. The view from the lanai is excellent and we were able to get in some late season whale watching. If you're looking for a clean, well stocked property with great views - look no further.

Our stay was fantastic. Cozy loft atmosphere, spectacular ocean view and location close to gorgeous Makena/Maluaka beaches, posh Wailea restaurants and Kihei town life. Hope to stay here again!

Jeff’s place made our stay in Maui very comfortable. The location is very convenient…close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The view from the lanai is breathtaking and we had breakfast there every morning. The kitchen is stocked with basic things you need for cooking , and we were grateful to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided to take to the beach every day. The pool was nearby too and water was like tub temperature. We just loved the place so much that we’d rather just hang out there than go out! So thankful to find this gem that was definitely a home away from home.

This is a beautiful condo that was very clean and well stocked. Our one month stay (second time in Mr. Kazansky's properties) was like being at home and we were very comfortable. The views and property are spectacular. The dishwasher intermittently worked during the visit but this is a fixable concern. We are booking for next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s condo. He had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 week stay. The reason I gave a 4 star review is because there was a problem with our internet. Jeff did his best to try and get it resolved but it took a number of visits to get it fixed. This was an issue with the cable company so I know it was frustrating for Jeff also. I believe it is all good to go now. We were very happy with everything else. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella and big cooler to use which is nice. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. We would stay here again!

We loved the location and the view from the condo !!! It’s closed to wailea shoping center .. 7-10 walking .The resort is quiet and the view from the balcony is spectacular.The kitchen has everything you need. The condo needs a little bit upgrade. Everything is kind old . But overall we had a great experience 😊

Enjoyed our 9 nights at Ekolu 1608. The panoramic view from the lanai is awesome; very peaceful. Hung out there a lot! Well stocked kitchen; comfy living room; nicely decorated. Only knock would be that the carpets are old but other than that no issues. Place was clean, correspondence with the owner was timely. Can’t imagine paying 3-4 times more to stay in a nearby resort! We’ll be back to Ekolu.

We found the condo to be as described in the listing. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part was the views from the balcony which we took full advantage of for sipping coffee and meals.

This is our fourth time staying on Maui and this condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked with a good appliance package, communication with the owner was A1, the vantage from the lanai was great for romantic sunset viewing. The condo was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to any of our friends and family looking for a couple's getaway.
