The property is wonderful! Elegant furnishings, fantastic views and amazing outdoor living space. The coconut grove was breathtaking and the sandy beach had tons of turtles basking in the sun and swimming around. We loved walking to many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and most importantly, the beach. This is a dream house with a kitchen any chef would enjoy with everything you need to cook or barbecue. We loved the workout equipment in the garage and didn’t want our vacation to end. Our hostess, Janna, is so friendly, helpful and competent and she made sure our trip was perfect.

This home met the expectations and requirements for all 10 of us. It was amazing to have all 10 of us comfortably seated at the dining room table. The best part of the property was the backyard that featured the large pool with waterfall hot tub. The ocean view was amazing. We could view the sunset each night from the backyard seating. A surprise was finding all of the snorkel gear, beach supplies and bogey boards. And our host, Janna, was always responsive and helpful.

We moved into this beautiful property on Saturday 8/5/23. Eight adults and one 8 year old who lived in the pool! Gorgeous kitchen with everything we needed. Great grill and eating area outside too!
Every bedroom and bathroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable!
We were welcomed with a beautiful Hawaiian flower arrangement when Caroline came to show us around the house! It was just so easy for everyone to be together or apart in this home! Spacious!
We were awakened by the house manager, Janna, on Wednesday morning with news of the devastation in Lahaina and the ongoing wildfires. She was in constant communication with us until we made plans to leave as officials were recommending visitors leave Maui to free resources for local residents. We were sad to leave but Janna smoothed the way for us with her concern and calming presence.

We felt more like we were guests in someone's home, rather than in a VRBO rental. The house was lovely. It was beautifully maintained and very well stocked. Since we were traveling with our kids and grandchildren, we ate most meals in; the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and sheets and towels were lovely. There were loads of beach towels. We all loved the pool and spa. The pool had a wade-in entry which was nice for young people and old! Our little ones made good use of all the beach toys. The house is well located, with beach access and near shopping and lots of other great beaches. Shortly after we arrived the property manager stopped by to welcome us. Any questions we had during our stay (which were few) were responded to quickly. We would definitely like to stay in this home again.

Perfect oceanfront location. Early morning walks to see the turtles on the beach, sunsets each night. House was great with four ensuites. We only had one minor issue with the hot tub which was remedied quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return soon.

Property was great, from the welcome flowers from Janna to her communication throughout the week, to not having a need for much of anything at the house, we loved it! 2 adults and 6 teenage kids fit the house comfortably, and kids loved the access to the paddleboards and kayaks, and we all loved the pool! Overall a great place!

The property was advertised accurately. The location was perfect and well suited for all age ranges. It was on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Lots of turtles also. The home was well stocked and maintained. This trip was about spending time with Grandma and she had a great time. I would recommend this property to anyone

What a lovely home! We celebrated our 25th anniversary, our son’s graduation from his masters program and our daughters graduation with her bachelors. Had a total of 6 adults and this house was perfect! Steps to the beach and could hear the waves from the pool area. Super clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 10! There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful and the back yard was amazing--pool, huge hot tub, beautiful landscaping. The beach had turtles on it every night at sunset. We would absolutely stay here again.

THE PROPERTY IS AS NICE AT IT LOOKS LIKE. LOCATION ON MAUI IS GOOD AS IT IS VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED TO MOST THINGS ON THE ISLAND. IT IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH. PERIOD. NO WALK TO GET TO IT, IT IS OUTSIDE THE DOOR JUST PAST YOUR OWN PERSONAL POOL. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. ONE OF THE NICEST THINGS WAS THAT THERE WERE SOME THINGS AT THE HOUSE THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE TO RUN RIGHT TO THE STORE AND GET LIKE, PAPER TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER. I WOULD RECOMEND IT.

The area for this home is incredible. So much to do but also a very quiet area for some much needed family time.
The turtles on the beach at night are a once in a life time for those of us visiting and the whales jumping out of the water is just an expense everyone should see. I really does your heart good.

Peaceful, serene setting. Quiet. The 5 bedroom layout worked perfectly for our group. Loved that 4 of 5 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. AC worked well when needed. Sheets so soft. Loved all the choices of patio seating in sun or shade of umbrellas. Pool and hottub perfect. Watched whales breaching and the turtles beached on the sand in front of the home. Can't think of anything else needed. Thank you for sharing your home!

questions, etc. She checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house was extremely clean and they made sure to provide everything possible for a great stay. Great attention to detail! The pictures made the house appear larger than it actually was. But, we loved the property/home/manager and look forward to booking here again. GREAT job!!

We had a wonderful visit with our family. Location is amazing- beautiful beach and close walking distance to great restaurants and services. Kihei was an easy jumping off point for many activities and very quiet/peaceful.
The house is gorgeous and has many amenities. The property manager is very easy to communicate with. I’d give 6 stars if we could! Highly recommend this place

This was an absolutely wonderful place for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and view of the ocean. The home offered us privacy and space to spend time and eat together. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants, food trucks and shave ice…everything we needed. Our three-generational group spent a week in Maui with this lovely home as our home base. We've used VRBO homes often and have found that pictures are not always accurate. This home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and the setting is perfect. We used the beach, pool, and hot tub daily, yet still had time to easily explore the island because of its convenient location. The home was well stocked - we especially appreciated the abundance of pool and beach supplies. We often saw turtles on the beach, as well as swimming near us as we kayaked. Beds were very comfortable and having 3 masters all overlooking the pool & ocean was perfect for our group. Relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view was also a highlight. A thank you goes to Janna, who was an exceptionally responsive host. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

We had a party of 6 adults and 4 young children. We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our needs and so well equipped. The pool area was wonderful and the kids also loved the green area at the rear and easy access to a lovely beach. We saw giant sea turtles every day which was a great thrill for my grandchildren.

This gorgeous home is located on a quiet residential street. It is not an overstatement to say that it was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the extra fridge in the garage was great for our large group. We were very pleased on our arrival to see that the carpeting in all of the bedrooms and on the stairs, as shown in the listing photos, had been replaced with hardwood flooring. There was a full moon the week of our booking and it was magical to see the moonrays shining through the coconut grove and on the waves along the beach. South Beach Villa was the perfect location for our family reunion.

Multigenerational family vacation, with ages 1-77. House was perfect for all. Location right on beach cannot be beat. Also has gorgeous grassy area with palm trees - we had a photographer take our family photo there. We also used the pool with the awesome pool toys every single day, several times a day. House is well-stocked with everything you could want, from cooking supplies to kayaks. Thanks for an amazing week!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our time here! The pool, hot tub, and beach access were awesome. The location is great. We had guests ranging in age from 86 (downstairs ocean suite was perfect) to 12 and there was a comfortable spot for all. The home is very well stocked from towels to kitchen supplies and the property manager, Janna, is always there if you have any questions. She gave us a wonderful private chef recommendation too. We watched whales from our balcony, we saw sea turtles on the beach out in front of the house, there were pool and beach toys for the kids, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies, the beds were comfortable, I can not say enough good things about this property! The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. Our group of 6 adults and 4 children under 5 had plenty of space in this beautiful home. We had all the necessary pool and beach toys for the kids and we all enjoyed the pool. The location of the house is perfect-walking distance to town, short drive to airport, and central to other parts of the island. We stayed at the house all week because we were having such a good time at the pool, walking on the beach, and seeing several turtles every day! Janna was very accessible and eager to help us with any request.

The location is great -- 100 feet or so from the beach, a few minute walk to S. Kihei Street and a bunch of restaurants, short 12 min drive to Wailea, 25 mins to OGG, etc. The house is spacious and nicely stocked including beach chairs, towels, etc.. It has pool and hot tub, and nice set of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have a cover and will get debris in it, so you will have to skim the pool for 5 mins or so every day if you plan to use the pool (but it does have weekly pool service on Tuesday mornings). Checkout is at 10 a.m. and would be nicer if it was 12 noon, but to their credit they did extend to 11 a.m. for our family and let us leave our luggage in the garage til 12 noon while we walked to a local restaurant and then came back and got luggage and went to OGG. Janna the property manager is delightful to interact with.

The house is really fantastic. We had 6 adults (some working remotely) and plenty of space to spread out, great wi-fi, etc. Most importantly---the location is perfect, and the combination of a pool, hot tub and steps to beach...hard to beat. House was well-equipped for the many cooks we have and for the outdoor enthusiasts as well. The property manager, Jana, was terrific too--accessible and very helpful.

This house and location exceeded all expectations. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 people. The owner has lots of water toys, so we really never had to leave the house. The setting and the view could not be more perfect. There is no surf, and the beach is a little rocky, so we spent most of our water time in the pool and hot tub, which was great. The location is right in town, so we could walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. While we were there, we spent some time driving around, looking for other houses or resorts for our next trip, but we did not see anywhere else we would like to stay more than this house. This house is perfect, and Janna was eager to help with any needs during our stay.

Everything worked really well and the house was in very food condition. The location of the house is great with easy access to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

South Beach Villa is exactly as advertised...paradise on Maui! The house was incredibly well appointed, very comfortable, and perfectly located with pool and beach right out the back door and restaurants and shopping within 2 blocks of the front door. Our host, Janna, was very responsive, attending to all of our needs and an absolute pleasure to deal with. After a two year rescheduled around COVID, Janna made our dream journey with six close friends a week to remember. If you can book this property, you'll always remember it with fondness.

We have been renting houses in Hawaii for 10+ years. This is the best house ever, it has it all. Typically we stay on Oahu, however, this house made us fall in love with Maui. The location is perfect, close to everything. Pool and hot tub were used everyday. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and the central AC was greatly appreciated on the hot afternoons. And the sunsets were awsome!

Everything about this property was exactly as described. It was perfect. The outside area with pool and hot tub was beautiful and so relaxing. More than enough lounge chairs, outdoor seating to accommodate everyone. Spent most of time out on patio. Views of ocean and sunsets were amazing. Turtles on beach in front of the house every evening. The house itself was also perfect. It was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with everything anyone would need. Extra amenities available such as towels, beach chairs, kayaks ect made it a worry free vacation. Close enough to walk to stores and restaurants. Everyone ages 13-71 enjoyed every minute and looking forward to returning to this wonderful property.

My family of 6 (4 teenagers) stayed the of the fourth of July and had a wonderful time. The house was just as advertised and the pool was fantastic. The only way to top the pool was the amount of turtle activity on the beach right outside the house. We used the kayaks provided by the owner and were literally surrounded by turtles, it was quite an experience. Just be careful of falling coconuts on the short walk to the beach :-) The location was very convenient to Wailea shops and restaurants. We actually had two excellent private chefs come in for two nights that were recommended by the listed agent. Wonderful experience and hope to visit again.

We surprised our parents with a family reunion by flying in from different parts of the country and spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. We loved watching the sunset on this quiet stretch of sand together in our beach chairs, enjoying the early evening as the stars came out. Walked to the grocery store and nearby fish restaurants!
