Great location. House comfortably accommodated our family — 5 couples 2 kids. Close to many area beaches — or just enjoy the beach in the backyard. The pool was great for the windy Kihei afternoons. The property manager was helpful and handled any issues promptly. We hated to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. There’s plenty of room for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped for all our meals. The pool was perfect for our young grandchildren. The location was excellent with terrific access to a quiet beach. We saw sea turtles sunning on the beach daily!

Our Family loved staying at this beautiful home on the beach. It had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was clean, super comfortable and the host was great to work with. She made sure check in and out went smoothly. The house was perfect for our big family(we had 10 adults and 3 babies). The layout of the home is great and very spacious. Our Grandchildren loved the grass area in the back to play on and the pool was perfect for everyone. Our favorite thing was being on the Beach. We saw sea turtles in the water and in the beach. Our family loved going to watch the stunning sunsets each evening. The views of the ocean from the house are amazing to wake up to. I can’t say enough how wonderful this house is. We had such a fun week and hope to return again sometime soon! beach

House is amazing. Perfect for families or large groups. Pool, beachfront and location is incredible. Plenty of amenities for cooking and beach fun. The separate apartment upstairs was great for privacy for two to share. Absolutely worth the price. Very low key and quiet beach. Sunny is a great host! Loved!!

Family of 9. Celebrated 3 birthdays. Saw lots of Maui from the beaches to the top of the Volcano. The house was perfect. Enough bedrooms for everyone and a huge kitchen so cooking was fun. Well equipped. Even the playpen was deluxe. Sunny was amazing and answered our every need. Would definitely book the place again

This home was our private beach house for a week. The home was very comfortable and had a fantastic layout that allowed for great family meals, an upper and lower living room, privacy and separation of bedrooms, large gated courtyard and parking, pool, full kitchen, gas stove, cooking utensils, everything you need. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Property management was excellent and very responsive. Oh, and an almost private beach! Great times!!

This property was perfect for our family of adults for a reunion. It provided ample public space and personal space with all the bedrooms/baths. We made great use of the kitchen and outdoor grill for many meals as well it was conveniently located to the stores and restaurants. The beach had many sea turtles visiting on a daily basis with a post card sunset every day!

We had a wonderful stay at your home in Kihei. The photos don’t show how fabulous this home is. We had everything we could possible need- it was perfect for our family! We were steps from the beach, had a nice pool and location was the best – could walk to restaurants, close to grocery stores and recreational activities.
The interior of the house was equally impressive. It was so pretty – spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to relax and unwind, both indoors and outdoors. We could have private time or come together for meal and games. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The large outdoor table was perfect for our large group.
In terms of accommodating my family, this house was perfect! The home had pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, more toys, books, etc.
Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about this beachfront house. It was a true gem! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with family or friends. It truly exceeded all of our expectations!

Truly a beautiful and comfortable home. Spacious and warm. Well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent here. It was great to use the indoor kitchen table and barstools for breakfast and especially nice to use the large patio table to seat all 12 of us for dinner. Our multi-generational family group of 12 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a week. An absolutely awesome home for a large group. Great living room for all to gather and a very well stocked kitchen. A long dining table outside was great for dinner while watching the sunset. Beach and pool time entertained the kids for hours. Also, excellent local dining options a stroll away - Peace Love Shave Ice, Nalu’s, Miso Phat Sushi, and Nutcharee’s Thai. We loved the quiet and vibe of Kihei and will choose this locale over the ‘resort scene’ in the future. Sunny and Brandon, appreciate all your help. Mahalo from our families!

The property was just what we were looking for. Right on the beach. The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Soft sheets. All rooms had baths attached. Main family room was large with plenty of seating for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. House manager was so kind and easy to work with. We will be back to this house for sure!

Recently returned from two week stay at Beach Paradise and it lived up to its name. We were all adult family/friends group celebrating a birthday and the amenities in the home provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There was enough space to comfortably fit eight adults with room for a few more if needed.
Our trip was about relaxing, so we didn't venture too far from the house - but didn't need to when we had everything we wanted there. You are steps from a beach that wasn't too rough, provided spectacular sunsets and didn't have too many other groups in the area. I'm sure that could change depending on time of year - but even with public access right there, we found the most traffic was at sunset (and even then, it wasn't too busy). And if you didn't want the beach, the pool area was amazing - with both shady and sunny areas. Other than number of rooms, this was the main reason we selected this property - both beach and pool steps away.
Sunny (prop manager) was great, provided all the details we needed to access the property - and was quick to answer questions and provide support when needed.
We can't wait for another reason to have a group trip - we will be back!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing! We had a multi-generation family vacation with ages from 86 to 15. The home is large and beautifully furnished. It is a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with gentle waves. The pool is fun for kids and after a long day in the ocean. The views from every room are lovely and the kitchen/living areas are very well stocked and appointed. It was the best family vacation we ever had!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this beach house. This was a perfect property for our family. We were with our son and his family, 3 little ones 4, 2 and 1. The house is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The lawn and fenced area was a great area for the kids to play. The beach only steps away, played a lot on the beach, beach chairs and towels provided. Walked to the beach every night for a very beautiful sunset. The pool was great for the kids, deepest I think was 5 ft. The house is very comfortable, kitchen good,
many spices and condiments. Nice to have laundry. Filtered water. Sunny was great, met us for a walk-through, left us some goodies! Safeway very close. Walk to Nalus, a must for lunch or dinner. If you have young children the aquarium was a big hit.

With the different types of bedrooms, it worked great for our group. There are lots of beach towels and beach chairs. The house is nicely stocked in the kitchen. I would have loved to have more information in the guest book for recycling as we had a lot of plastic bottles and cans.

Such a beautiful home with a short walk across the lawn to the beach. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the many lounge chairs located near the pool and on the back patio. We had a guest chef cook in the amazing kitchen and enjoyed meals outside on the spacious table. We cant say enough how nice the rooms were and very comfortable. We will be back!!

Perfect property! Plenty of space for our group of 12. House had everything you need to enjoy the pool and beach, cook and relax. Beach is beautiful; with the wind the water is a little choppy and not crystal clear but still very enjoyable and easy to swim in (at least for adults). Kids loved seeing the turtles! Kids loved the pool and it was protected from the wind in the afternoons. Thank you!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Had a group of 6 adults and 5 grand kids from 8 to 18. Everyone loved it. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Most everything we needed was within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Sunny was amazing to work with and very helpful.
