Loved our stay. It was only a short drive to the more tourist/shopping areas and amazing view. Everyone was nice that worked at the resort and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you don’t want to be around too many people during your stay.

This property and location is perfect. The unit is laid out well and comfortable. The patio and pool are spacious and always had plenty of room to relax or grill. The unit and facility is quiet, clean and fresh. Staff at the building were kind and helpful. The beach accessories were very handy and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/ dryer in the unit. We highly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

The rooms were very clean and bright, with comfortable beds and an amazing view. We saw whales from the lanai on every day of our stay, including the first 1/2 hour after arrival. What a welcome! The unit had adequate kitchen and beach supplies, and the front desk attendants were very informative and helpful. We were very pleased with our accommodation.

We stayed at the Royal Kahana for 10 beautiful days! The views from the lanai and bedroom were amazing! The property was very well maintained and the staff and concierge were very friendly. The owners were great to work with also! There was plenty of room for the four of us and the condo even had some beach gear to use. You’re minutes away from the #1 beach in the USA and #10 in the world! Mahalo again for an awesome time! Aloha!

It was a great stay. Location was great for almost everything. The pool area and front lawn provided ample space to relax and view the ocean. The beach is right there, and you can walk along it for quite some distance. The view and sunsets from the lanai was incredible. The condo extremely spacious, and has everything you need, as well!

Very nice property, the view of the ocean and pool from the lanai is outstanding. It’s a very short walk to a swimable beach (2 minutes). The property is very well maintained and there is complimentary coffee in the morning as well as a concierge.
The condo is very well equipped with beach accessories lots of towels plus a washer and dryer.
The only thing the kitchen could use is a cutting board. Everything else you need is there. We would recommend and stay again.

This was our second location during our trip and it was the perfect location, the condo is very spacious incl. beach view from our balcony incl. rainbows! The pictures posted are very accurate and in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Everything was provided and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only little side note i have is that the kitchen could use a little update in comparison to the rest of the condo. But definitely not a deal breaker. Communication and booking process was very smooth and stress free!!

This condo was a great home base for our stay in Maui. The access to the beach was easy. The pool was amazing! So warm and relaxing! The location of the condo was convenient to get to our activities while on the island. The condo itself was very comfortable and we appreciated the beach gear and well stocked kitchen for cooking & food storage. We had a little problem with ghost ants but after contacting the owners it was taken care of quickly. My favorite part was view of the ocean from our lanai! A few updates would make it even better: new blanket for the fold out bed, new kitchen throw rug. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others!

Spent a lot of time in the balcony with the views. Though we had a rented car, we liked that It was close enough to walk to several restaurants and didn’t need to drive everywhere. Watched a beautiful sunset at the beach adjoining the resort. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Maui!

This condo is so amazing! Extremely well priced for a full gorgeous ocean view and overlooks the heated pool. Bed was comfy and pullout bed worked well for our 2 small kids. Loved the location in Kahana and the pool area was really fun. Short walk to Kahana Beach and short drives to other awesome beaches in West Maui.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The view was amazing, the pool was great, and the location of this condo was great for us as we were able to walk to several restaurants nearby, and it was nearby a lot of places that we wanted to see. We would most definitely stay here again!

We just came back from a dream vacation in Maui and absolutely loved staying in this unit. We are super picky with regards to cleanliness and this unit was spotless. It had gorgeous views, a well stocked kitchen and beach supplies (beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel gear if needed). They had board games, books as well as tide pods for the washer. We felt right at home and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The unit also had AC, a good powered shower, very comfortable beds and clean bedding. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunsets. We also loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and waking up to them. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying with you again. Mahalo and thanks for hosting us!

Enjoyed breathtaking views from balcony of palm trees and flowering plants, pool, ocean and sky.

We would give this property 10 stars for everything if possible! We absolutely loved staying here- the apartment is well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and even sandwhich bags and foil! We loved that there was a closet full of beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear and floaties- we used these daily. The view from the lanai is amazing and easily my favorite aspect of this apartment! After one day here, we both said that we would book here again in a heartbeat! The owners are also super quick to respond!

The only problem we had was the check in process. First the address was wrong, then there was no access instructions on the welcome email. It took us about 3 hours to contact the owner and get access. Ounce we got in the unit everything was as advertised. The view was great, the building was nice, and the condo was perfect for our needs.

Family of 4 here, well where do I start? The amazing view from our condo? I don’t think y’all have the time to read all what I want to write!! The condo was very clean and had plenty of snorkeling gear if you need it we bought ours they had 3 boards and a skim board, Even had an ice chest to take down to the pool or beach! We even played a few board games they have! We saw turtles every day snorkeling perfect location didn’t even have to drive to see some amazing fish eels huge sea cucumbers. This place is perfect! Makes you want to move in wish we could! So urge you not to sleep on the place it’s perfect! And all pictures posted are spot on!

Our condo had a great view of pool and the ocean. The complex is in a good location and is well maintained. King sized bed was comfortable. Rental price is hard to beat, but condo is in need of an update.

I booked this room for my Mother and Grandmother as I already was staying in another unit. It was a very nice unit & well equipped. It was nice that it was close to the elevator and the unit had a great ocean view so that they could sit on the deck and look at the beautiful ocean and sunsets.

Spacious well maintained, clean one bedroom condominium with fully stocked kitchen. Large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed and walk in closet. Nicely furnished large living room and dining room. Unit also has a washer and dryer. Nice size deck with patio furniture that has panoramic views of the beach, ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The complex is nicely landscaped with plenty of parking, large swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and barbeques. My wife and I have stayed in this unit several times and feel that it is one of the nicest units in the complex. There are many restaurants and activities close to the complex/resort. We recommend Dollie's Pub and Black Angus Steakhouse (both are walking distance). We also recommend the Gazebo restaurant in Napili and Aloha Mixed Plate restaurant in Lahaina.

We have arrived home and are back to reality after spending an amazing 11 nights at your condo!!
The 3rd floor view from the lanai was gorgeous and I enjoyed my coffee there each morning.
The condo was clean and fit our family’s needs perfectly.
