My wife was embarrassed about how dirty the condo was. The whole Outside area was covered with dirt . She spent the whole afternoon wiping down the furniture and tables . Her best friend was in the condo below us with the same problem with the same owner. No re schedule stuck with coming or loose full payment!

We loved this location in Wailea. Its is not a short walk to the beach but we used it as a home base to explore the beaches in the area. The unit was well equipped and spacious— enough room for our family with 2 college aged kids. This complex is a bit dated compared to others but the communication with the owners is great and the location excellent!

We have stayed at the Palms of Wailea several times at a different properties. We were really excited to stay here for a week in early September, 2022. What we found was an old and need in repair property that was only clean around the edges. Before you book this property be aware that for us the following is what bothered us (which I shared with the owner): a wall of dust bunnies behind the bed and major dust around the bed in the bedroom (owners response: its a heavy bed how am I supposed to dust back there); no tissue paper (owner response: we provide shampoo); all the windows are old and very hard to open; the TV (which isn't critical) was a Roku and very complicated to use:; crumbs in the drawers of the kitchen; the grill diffusers were burnt out (one was missing) and wouldn't ignite and the burners plugged, plus it was completely filthy - it even caught fire while we were using it (owners response - the property may not allow grills in the future); the pillows were terrible (owner said he had just purchased them - we ended up buying pillows at Ross that were not bad). Remember no AC (bedroom only) in the main living room (this shouldn't be a problem but it's a lot warmer in Maui than it used to be). When I spoke to the owner, he said that the property was one of the least expensive condos at the Palms of Wailea and I said, "well, it should be clean either way." I wasn't sure if I should leave this review - I don't like sharing a negative review. This property isn't what you might expect. It's definitely just tolerable.

The condo was very clean when we arrived and provided everything we needed for our stay in Maui. Location is great for nearby shopping, fine dining, snorkeling, and so many beautiful beaches within a 5-10 minutes drive. Large lanai is great for relaxing on and has both sun and shade places to sit depending on what you want.

From Oahu did a staycation on the island of Maui for my wifes birthday. Had a situation with the A/C unit in the room contacted Brian and he was there in a snap to assist with the situation, it was all my fault didnt look at the remote correctly to turn the unit on. Brian is an awesome host texted me a few times to assure me and the wife was having a blast. Overall experience with the unit 2 thumbs up, great location in Wailea close to beaches and alot of good grindz in driving distance. Recommendations on food places nearby....Da Kitchen, Miso Phat Sushi, Havens, Morimoto Maui all in the Kihei area. Big Mahaloz again to Brian A HUI HOU

We had a nice stay. Property is slightly dated. A greater attention to detail would have been welcomed. The pages were wrinkled and old for the welcome packet and tv instructions. A simple clean laminated page would have been a nice first impression. Also, the pots/pans need to be desperately updated. The sliding door tracks needed to be cleaned. They were dirty and grimy which tarnished the appeal for the outdoor patio. And, a keurig or Nespresso coffee machine would have added greater modern convenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - it was adequate.

The owner is very polite and prompt in communication. The property location and its surrounding is very attractive. It has all the kitchen and beach items. The common facilities like pool and jacuzzi are also good. I highly recommend this property to any and every tourist guest.

This time coming back to Maui, I picked The Palms at Wailea as I liked the place from driving by in our last trips. The community is beautiful, close to beaches. We love taking a walk in the morning. The condo is clean, roomy, and private. It has a large lanai with a beautiful view to the garden. We met Brian at check-in time. Brian is very friendly and helpful with the questions that we had about the areas.
We used the kitchen a bit every day. It has pretty much what I need for getting food (from Costco 😆) ready for a lunch or diner. There are glass containers for food storage which I found a big convenience. My only suggestion is to have replacements of a couple of pots/pans as it is about time.
We had a great time and loved this place! We definitely want to book this place again. Hopefully soon.

Overall its a great spot! Its super close to beaches and the nice 5-star resorts/shops. The lack of A/C and curtains made sleeping a little less comfortable. I also would have liked drinkable/filtered water on site (I hate tap water). Still, there are some blinds and portable a/c type things that help a little- although one is loud and a bit of an eye sore! The owners were responsive and getting in/out was simple which I appreciate. I also liked that its super peaceful and quiet... we had a baby with us so it was important for us to have a more secluded spot to sleep.

The condo is located in a very quiet and peaceful location for a great holiday. The massive deck (lanai) with the BBQ is the best part of the condo. The pool and landscaping are fantastic. The condo is well outfitted with all the essentials; 4 beach chairs, good sun umbrella, 2 coolers, soaps, shampoos, leftover containers, all the cooking supplies you'll need. The only negitive is that the carpet is getting a bit old. Enjoyed it so much, have booked again for next year.

My husband and I recently stayed over the holidays in this great one bedroom condo in Wailea. The pictures don't represent the spacious layout but it is larger than our two bedroom condo at home. :-) The condo is also equipped with everything you could need, from Tommy Bahama beach chairs right down to tupperware and BBQ utensils. The communications from Marie-Christine pre-arrival were very helpful, and Brian was super responsive (we had an issue with a sticky lanai sliding door that was resolved super fast - thank you again!!) The complex itself is quiet and well maintained, and in a great location, in walking distance to the beach or some of the larger Wailea hotels. We would definitely return to stay in this great location!! thanks again Brian and Marie Christine! Happy NY!

We had a fantastic experience with Brian & Marie-Christine and the Palms at Wailea! From the very beginning when we first inquired about renting this condo, Brian and Marie-Christine were always excellent to communicate with and promptly responded to emails and messages. Although our flight to Maui extremely delayed, Brian waited up and made sure we got to the condo safely. The condo was spectacularly clean when we arrived and was exactly what we expected from the photos and video walk-around provided. Brian made sure to check in once in a while to see if there was anything that our family needed while we were staying. 5 stars, thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The patio has amazing views the grounds are impeccably kept. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and also had a great view of the sunset. The kitchen is all new and beautiful and has an amazing pass-through window to the patio barbecue. The AC in the bedroom was amazing and insured a really good nights rest it was such a comfortable bed so many extra towels. Lots of extra things for the beach. The washer and dryer seemed brand new was really nice to have. Even got to meet the owner who is so very nice you can tell he cares a lot about his properties. Will stay here again

We have been to Maui many times; however, once we found Brian and Marie-Christine's condos, we have returned to their units every year since . We have stayed at 901, and 902 a total of 5 times, and hope to continue. We love it here because of the privacy and peaceful ambiance. All amenities are in close proximity and both units provide all the comforts of home. We have recommended the units to family and close friends as well! Brian and Marie are gracious and accommodating hosts!

Aloha - First stay in unit 902 and have stayed at another condo owned by Brian and Marie-Christine, both have been perfect accommodations. Stayed in 902 for two weeks to celebrate a birthday and upon arrival a gorgeous gift basket with champagne and goodies awaited , thanks you two for always being so gracious. This condo has it all: spacious, clean, stocked, views, huge lanai and so close to some of the greatest beaches we have ever been to, not to mention nearby top notch restaurants and shopping. Brian and Marie were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 902. The condo is very spacious and nicely furnished with large beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds with the ocean in the distance. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and effortless, including beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The Palms community is centrally located with easy access to Wailea's best beaches. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Palms 902 and it exceeded the first. The condo is very comfortable, with an ocean view from the huge lanai. It is well equipped and in a perfect location for exploring Wailea's gorgeous beaches. Marie-Christine is a wonderful host. I arrived in the evening to find a bottle of wine, everything I needed for breakfast the next morning, and some huge juicy lemons from Marie-Christine's property. Palms 902 is private and quiet and a 5 minute walk to one of Maui's most beautiful beaches. I have been to Maui many times and will return to Palms 902. Marie-Christine's Aloha spirit, the location, and the wonderful weather in Wailea can't be beat.

My wife and I have rented in Wailea five times in the last 10 years and still regard that area of Maui the best location for beauty and weather. We just spent five weeks in Wailea and had five minutes of rain during the whole time. The Palms 902 unit was perfect for us. It was well equipped and very well furnished, and we lacked nothing as far as kitchen utensils were concerned. The unit is within walking distance of The Shops at Wailea. The swimming pool was close and the Palms area is well landscaped. Marie was the easiest owner I have ever dealt with during the rental period. Simply a great condo in a wonderful part of Maui.

My husband and I are frequent renters in Wailea and The Palms is certainly our favourite spot. This unit was perfect for a special trip to celebrate with friends. We love the location and the condo is so comfortable, spacious, well appointed and clean. The lanai was a favourite spot to have morning coffee or a great BBQ dinner with friends. The pool is close and has a wonderful view of the green space and ocean beyond. Our experience renting with Marie was the best, she was helpful and so easy to work with.
