The living area has a large dining island, counter stools, sectional sofa and ottoman, another split air conditioner and 46" TV. Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, BBQ grill, private patio with outdoor hot/cold shower, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, wheeled cooler and boogie boards.

Kailua Lani is located on the owners property with a private side entrance and on site parking. Located in Kailua Town on the windward side of Oahu, just a short walk to famous Kailua and Lanikai beaches. On the way to the beach stop by Kailua Beach Center for beach rentals such as kayaks, surfboards, Segways, kite boards and windsurfers. Pick up a plate lunch, slice of pizza or a shave ice there too. Go for a morning walk on the beach with a specialty coffee from Kailua's own Kalapawai market and deli. And don't miss Buzz's Steakhouse for lunch or dinner just around the corner.
You can also walk to the heart of Kailua Town where you will find bike rentals, surf and dive shops, local restaurants and markets such as Whole Foods and many unique island boutiques. Public swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses, parks, and hiking trails are all nearby.
