Great beachfront location at Hanalei Bay. It was great to sit on the second story lanai and watch the waves and surfers. We had a very relaxing week. New Year’s Eve itself was very festive with fireworks and bonfires all along the beach. Talia was very responsive and welcoming during the booking process and the stay. The town is within walking distance of the house. The stairs could be a bit challenging with some physical impairment because the kitchen and common area are on the second floor. The 2nd floor has the amazing views and is where you would generally want to spend time. Well stocked game closet was fun for us. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property as a wonderful choice.

An amazing stay with the best location, and all encompassing accommodations complete with everything you could possibly think of! The kitchen is well stocked w every tool and appliance, each room is set up like a five star suite. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. Thank you!

Stunning home and stunning view! An absolutely dream vacation in a gorgeous setting. Home was even better than pictured online. Very clean with anything you could possibly need to have an amazing vacation. Fully stocked kitchen if you feel like making a gourmet meal. All the beach toys and equipment are available for use. This house is close to the cutest stores and yummy food. Communication with the property manager was excellent! We would definitely book this house again and with all Rentals could be like this one.

Location, location, location - ocean right out the gate and town is a quick stroll ... the beach access road is next to the house so at times it can be busy ... outdoor shower is key ... the house itself is well stocked from the kitchen to the outdoor games/water boards ... bedrooms/ bath all good

We loved our stay here in July. The location is the best! The house was perfect and we really enjoyed the surfboards, boogie boards and beach stuff that was included. The mid-stay clean was great. The host even left some welcome goodies (coffee, fruit, yogurt, granola, salami and cheese). Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanalei Bay in The Pine Tree villa. The owners and management went out of their way to make sure that all the small details were handled impeccably. Truly, a five-star experience in every way.

Lovely home, very spacious and in good repair. Game closet with good variety. Great selection of appliances in kitchen. Asked about an air fryer and Talia brought a new one by as well as a new "Life" game as pieces missing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and Talia was a great host who made the entire process seamless. The property is wonderful and situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on earth. The house was spacious and comfortable and we really enjoyed the ocean views from the 2nd story balcony. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Hanalei.

The house was very nice and the view from the second floor was spectacular. The back yard was very private with beautiful landscaping. Location was great with easy access to the beach and a short drive into Hanalei. The only real complaint was the condition of the laundry facilities. The laundry room smelled very bad and the washer was very old and really beat up. We washed the towels and linens as required but chose nott to do any of our own laundry. At the prices charged, the owner could easily afford to replace the washer & dryer to match the quality of the rest of the house.

This was our second stay at Pine Tree villa. This home has everything you could want and is in the absolute ideal location on Hanalei bay. Gorgeous sunsets, beachfront access and just a few blocks to town. Talia is a great host and arranged bike rentals that were waiting for us on arrival. 5 stars in every way!!

Pine Trees Villa is located in one of the best spots on the north shore. On the sand, or a short walk to Hanalei, you really can't beat it. The property itself is spacious, well stocked and always clean. With a huge private front and backyard, it is perfect for kids of any age. Couple that with the huge upstairs lanai that has unbeatable views of the beach and you have the perfect place to take friends or family. We've stayed at this property 3 times and each time has been better than the last. The property manager is always wonderful, super responsive and always helpful. We've used VRBO many other times, but this property is easily the best value! We will be back soon I'm sure!

Our family of four had a relaxing week here. The house is clean, well laid out, and equipped with everything you need to cook and have fun on the beach. The ocean views and breeze can't be beat nor can the proximity to town. And Talia was very responsive. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was b/c none of us were able to get a full night's sleep while there. There are roosters and chickens that live in the yard. They made noise every single night starting at 2am and didn't stop until 6:30-7:00am. They were literally in the tree outside our master bedroom window, which had to be open b/c there is no AC. The other issue was the noise of the cars coming in an out of the parking lot and idling outside the lower bedroom window, in the middle of the night. Given the listing details we fully expected traffic from 6am-11pm but not between 12am-6am. Could be the time of year we were there. But b/c the house doesn't have AC you have to sleep with the windows open and the fans only due so much to cover the noise.

We’ve stayed at this property before and the location is the best! The beauty of Hanalei bay is better than I remember. The house is close to the village which has many great food options. The house is well stocked. I had everything I needed to cook for the family. The chairs and umbrella were great for the beach. My son used the boogie board available. Talia is responsive as always with any concerns. Just a caution to those unfamiliar with homes in Kauai, central air conditioning is not standard. The fans kept us cool at night with the windows open to hear the ocean waves. But also you can hear the roosters bright and early, too! There is a parking lot between the house and beach but doesn’t affect your view of beach at all. The way the house is built, it gives you a great view of pine trees beach and surfers from anywhere on the second floor. That’s my favorite part of the house if you like watching the ocean or surfers. On the front side of the house is a wonderful view of the mountains and waterfalls, especially after a good rain. It’s breathtaking.
The thing I don’t know if can be made better is the ants and bugs. We were able to take care of the ants, but they show up from time to time. I think it’s due to the proximity of the house to the beach and nature. I’ve found small bugs in the house and shower on the first floor which are easily washed away, but if that bothers you, you might not want to visit a tropical island.
The beautiful location and wonderful amenities this house offers will having me coming back again.

It is a great rental house, we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is beautiful. The location has perfect access to the beach, and having access to all the beach gear was great. Watching the ocean from the lanai in the morning as the sun rises is an amazing way start the day.

What a beautiful property and location! It was perfect for our family's stay. The house was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach chairs, toys and cart were so nice to have on hand. The beach is just steps away and my crew got great use out of the beautiful outdoor shower. The ocean views are incredible at all times of day. Truly a special place.

Thank you so much! The house was incredible, it was everything we were hoping for. So sorry about the parking! We are all checked out, on the second round of towels the washing machine was beeping like it was done but we could still water in the machine and the we could not open the door. Also the lock pad seemed to be jammed so I put the cover/key right on the deck next to the front door mat. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect beach!!, close to shops and great eating.
The house needs a deep clean.
Talia fixed the problems we reported to her quickly. Unfortunately the coffee maker was broken, the garburator had something stuck in it, the BBQ was not working, only 1/2 of the 4 slice toaster worked and a lot of lights in the house were burnt out.
This is a great location, but the house itself needs some TLC.

This was a perfect rental for our family of five adults (parents, son, daughter with boyfriend). Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom, and the communal areas upstairs (outstanding kitchen and super comfortable living room) were perfect for all of us to spend time together. The house is VERY well equipped for cooking, beach activities, surfing, etc. You have everything that you need for a carefree time in Hanalei. The beach is in front of your front yard. The property manager Talia responded to all inquiries right away. The only slightly annoying thing about our stay here is something that is common to all home rentals on Kauai (vs staying in a hotel): the roosters wake up very early and really want you to join them! But we already miss them….
I cannot recommend this rental highly enough.

This house is located in an ideal location. The home was pristine and had everything you could have needed. The beds were so comfortable. We played the board games, loved having beach gear, and cooked from home a lot. You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved being gated off from the beach because we had a toddler in our group. Loved our stay!

Hanalei Bay is a gem on Kauai, and this house offers wonderful views of the beach/ocean and mountain waterfalls. Plus walk or easy bike ride to shops and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Plenty of beach toys and beautiful outdoor shower. Talia is a great host.

Great family vacation home. Loved the location so close to the beach, nice and convenient for a morning swim. Easy walk to town for shopping, dinning and supplies. Well equipped kitchen, cooked a few nice dinners. No A/C but the breeze through the house was just fine.

Our family loved this place! A stroll to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier. The house could not have been cleaner, well appointed and comfortable. The house was incredible…the views breathtaking from the beach and ocean on the back to the stunning green mountains out front!!! Everything was super clean and beautiful…the kitchen a gourmet’s paradise, the beds and pillows the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on…the location is right on the best beach and so close to town.
Talia, the manager, was available to meet our every need and was so super helpful and courteous!!
We will be returning to Pine Tree Villa as soon and as frequently as we can cuz it definitely doesn’t get any better…all you can dream of…pure paradise!!!

Perfect beach house with large full kitchen, fully equipped. Beautiful views in all directions. Very clean, two levels perfect for large family. Walk to beach, or town. Large yard, and porches.
