We really liked this condo and resort. The condo was so spacious and clean. The Kitchen was extremely well stocked and Appliances were great. The master bed was very comfortable, we didn’t use the pullouts as there was only 2 of us.
The lanai was fantastic, tons of space and very private. There is some traffic noise but after the first day we didn’t notice it much.
The beach was great and the pools ( we used 2) were wonderful. Lots of equipment supplied for beach activities.
The grounds are landscaped with many different shrubs and flowers. So beautiful to stroll in.
We would stay here again.

We love Maui and have stayed in several different condos in Ekahi Village. This is by far and away the best combination of location, quality of housing and stocking of needed items...
Location - Easy walk to the beach, more important easy walk back...not scaling the mountain home every day. Sunset view is spectacular.
Condo - Really nice, very well taken care of, with instructions for anything you might have a question about.
Supplies - Both cooking and entertainment...tons of beach gear, tons of spices. Kitchen has every pot/pan you might need...and some of the knives are actually sharp (not that common in short term rentals).
Jim is great to deal with and very accommodating. We will absolutely return to this exact location for more of the greatest spot on earth to spend your day doing nothing at all.

Jim was an excellent host and his condo was great for us! The ocean view is much better than the pictures show, too. We really enjoyed our stay here and the proximity to the beach, resorts, restaurants, etc. We also very much appreciated all of the beach supplies - chairs, towels, boogie boards, pool noodles just to name a few.

Beautiful views of West Maui and the ocean from the lanai. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys provided- no need to rent. Short walk to beach.Very pleasant, comfortable unit.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. This condo had everything a family could need/use away from home, especially for going to the beach! Very well stocked with supplies. And two full bathrooms! Location perfect. Grounds are beautiful! Beach side pool area was amazing. It felt like we were at a grand resort.
I wouldn't recommend this for 5 adults to stay...sleeping on the pull out sofas were not the most comfortable, but it worked fine for our 3 young children.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making us feel welcome to your place!

This condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. My husband and I purchased food at the Safeway close to the airport, on our way to the condo, and we ate most of our meals in the condo. Our visit was in June. The condo and lanai were warm because in the late afternoons it gets the setting sun. These is a mini-split in the living room and another in the bedroom. It kept the apartment very cold! I loved the fact I could walk to the beach, and had access to several secluded spots where the water was cristal clear with gentle surf. Because there are two full bathrooms, the condo could comfortably accommodate two couples (one on the pull-out sofa and one in the bedroom), or a family of 4. There is noise from vehicles in the street below the lanai, especially early mornings and 5-7 pm. The street is not visible thanks to bushes and trees. In between passing vehicles we could hear the chirping of birds and gentle swishing of the waves, in fact, this is what I miss the most about our stay!

This is an exceptionally nice condo in a very beautiful setting. The owner is very responsive. The place is nicely decorated and very well equipped, including all the kitchen equipment you could want and boxes full of beach equipment as well. Best of all is the lovely, comfortable lanai. Wonderful sunsets from the balcony! The condo is fully equipped with all you need. Maybe the sofa bed is not so confortabile but it was ok for us. Mahalo for this wonderful vacation!

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The owners communicated on a timely basis and provided all the information needed to access the unit. The location was perfect - short distance to the beach, and a nice walk to a grocery store at a shopping mall. Haven't been to the islands in almost two decades. Having such a nice place to stay made my return extra special.

Not only is the location of the property perfect but it is also clean and well maintained. Jim and Margaret make is so easy to want to visit and book their property again. The kitchen, bathrooms and beach accessories are basically fully stocked. The condo is very comfortable in size/space, the lanai is huge! And the view is truly amazing.
We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay very much. 100% would recommend and book again.

We had a great stay at Jim and Margaret's place for our family's first trip to Maui and would highly recommend it to anyone. The condo was super well equipped. From the kitchen that had everything we needed to the beach gear (e.g., the awesome Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkelling gear, beach bags, etc.). The wi-fi worked great and the a/c was appreciated (it was 30+ degrees everyday). The condo complex is conveniently located, close to the Four Seasons, Marriott, etc. for fine dining, but also to Kihei for more casual options. The condo complex itself was also great especially the pavilion by the beach with a pool and an amazing outdoor kitchen (BBQs, fridges, stovetop, ovens). We were super happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at…and I promise it will be yours too.! Spotless unit…meticulous attn to details and little personal touches…has EVERYTHING you would ever need in the unit. The two A/C units cool the living and sleeping areas more than adequately. So comfortable. In fact we found ourselves lingering in the unit longer than normal each day as opposed to rushing out the door to get to activities because it felt like home immediately. Coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning was a treat. So maybe a downside is it’s TOO nice of a unit(?)…lol. Honestly can’t think of one critical comment about this home away from home. We have now been spoiled for sure and expect to be disappointed by all future Vrbo properties as we compare them to this gold standard. The community feels very private and exclusive. The multiple pools and private beach access were a luxury for sure. If you want Wailea, this is the spot for you!
Jim (the host) was very organized and communicative. Received instructions and details about accessing the unit, getting to the property, etc. well in advance of our visit. Mahalo!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked and furnished and perfect for a family of four with small children. The beach toys were great and they even had a pack n play. Jim and Margaret were great hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was just perfect for us! Our party was a couple and twin 13 year old boys. The condo had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well stocked and there is a lot of beach gear. The location was perfect- quiet, great ocean views, short walk to beach or main pool, close to shopping and restaurants, easy to get out and explore. We also used the open air kitchen and grill by the main pool which was great for kids to play while adults prepared dinner. Jim and Margaret were amazing hosts! We hope to return again someday!!

This property worked as a perfect foundation from which we launched an excellent vacation. The fold out couches worked well for the kids (ages 6 and 4) and the main bedroom was just right for us! The condo was tastefully updated, clean and had all the amenities one would want in a home and for the beach. The view was great and detracted from the road noise. Extended family stayed in 3 other condos and ours was the crown jewel. We will return!

This condo is big for a one bedroom. The lanai gives you that inside/outside living experience. The condo has everything you could possibly need for your trip, and the property is perfectly located on the beach with a great pool and common areas. The condo is updated and clean. You can’t go wrong with this place. We will definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful and comfortable condo. The owners shared helpful information with us before we checked in, were responsive, and checked in along the way during our stay which we appreciated. We were very comfortable as a family of four with our kids each having their own pull out sofa and we stayed in the master bedroom. The walk to the pool and beach were quick and easy. We took advantage of the four boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, but there were many more beach accessories to enjoy as well. Thank you!

My husband and I spent 9 days at the Condo and couldn’t have been happier! The place is very spacious, you could easily fit a family of 4-5 . We loved the Lanai overlooking the ocean with perfect sunset views . Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We appreciated the beach chairs , coolers and Snorkel gear . Great location, easy drive to many beaches and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and the pool pavilion is a great place to hang out with a cocktail or an evening BBQ. We can’t wait to come back !

We had a great stay in this condo. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Very well furnished...had everything you could want from kitchen utensils, bedding, towels to beach toys. The only issue would be a little road noise but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable condo located close to the beach and two pools including the main pool. Also very close to a beautiful pathway that traverses the ocean. Great for a morning walk. Perfect for a morning snorkel.

Everything about this place was wonderful. My husband and I were in Hawaii for a wedding and decided to have a little getaway to ourselves before checking into the resort. Wish we could have stayed the entire time at this condo! It offered everything you can think of AND MORE! Beach and pool access were super convenient and the view was just wonderful. This property is great for families with an awesome pool and beach within a 4 minute walk. The only downside is the number of unreasonable rules at the pool including no playing, no floaties, no balls, no snorkels and there is a pool manager that literally enforces these.

Traveling these days is stressful, but the information from the owners was amazing. All our stress melted away as we arrived and walked down to the pavilion and beach. The condo was a great location for all our adventures as well. We will definitely return here for our next visit to Maui.

This was a beautiful property.
It had everything we needed and we wanted for nothing.
The lanai was big and we ate every meal out there as well
as enjoyed the spectacular view. Every sunset was unique .
Kitchen was fully equipped and even had coolers with ice packs in the freezer.
We slept very well with soft linens and firm beds. Having 2 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze in the morning.
I will most certainly book here again. Updated, beautiful , well appointed condo with a view that cannot be beat. Location in Wailea was the best ! Quiet surroundings but close access to everywhere. Thank you Jim and Marg for your lovely home.
