Ronny is the best VRBO host! This property is beautiful, with views of Molokai, and big sea turtles right on the beach at the property! The wildfires hit Lahaina shortly after our arrival, and Ronny kept us comfortable and safe at a property in Kihei. I would only use Ronny in the future!

Beautiful condo. Views were spectacular. The condo was super nice, ac in the bedroom and shades and fan for the living area. Loved the beach and the pool. We saw lots of turtles. We will be back for sure!

We had the most wonderful time just hanging out on the porch. Teenager was at the pool most of the time, if he wasn’t at the beach. Perfect view of the pool! Most amazing view of the ocean.

We were more than pleased with our stay at this condo. The unit's most appealing feature was the lanai with a stunning view of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the lanai, which offered a fabulous view of the ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. We were even fortunate to be able to see some whales in the distance and the sunsets were gorgeous.
The condo was comfortably furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals.
The condo was very clean, and well organized and we found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. The grounds of the condo were quite beautiful and well maintained with beautiful landscaping and copious butterflies and birds.
The location of the condo couldn't be beat. It was steps away from the beach which was perfect for snorkeling. The beach was part of a turtle sanctuary and you can easily see numerous sea turtles cavorting in the waves. The condo is in a quiet and residential section of the beachfront, and it is a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
The condo complex itself was well-maintained and secure, with friendly staff who were available to answer questions and provide assistance. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay.
On our way home I was notified by the owner that the cleaning staff had found a pair of AirPods that we had left in the unit. The owner was most gracious about contacting me and arranging for the AirPods to be mailed to my home which we really appreciated. It was just one more example of the aloha spirit you will find staying here!
Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on Maui. The location, amenities, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

This condo is better than the pictures and description. The view with the tree and ocean is so pleasant, morning noon or night, even in the rain it’s beautiful! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed both in the condo, and also for the beach! The complex is right on the water with a big pool with sunny and shady spots. The bbq area can’t be beat.
The host took care of any needs we had or items we forgot to bring. Top notch condo,
Complex, and area! Will rent again!

Book now! This was so perfect for our vacation! We were in Maui to attend a wedding and had like 10 groups of people stay in this complex. The pool is so clean and the beach is so nice! Can't beat the sunset view and the turtles! Condo was great. Awesome balcony and full kitchen. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I loved staying at this condo during the second week of our trip to Maui! The check in process was easy, the site manager was very nice, he gave us our parking pass and pointed us in the direction of our room. The condo was great, it was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the view from the balcony The grounds were very nice and we loved that there was a shuffle board, chipping green and pool. There were great views of the sunset on the balcony, but we also loved going to the grounds down by the water and watching from there. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The views from the deck are gorgeous. Bright blue water, far away islands, rainbows, palm trees… it was truly heaven. Loved the pool and the beach area. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, amazing flowers everywhere. The water was a little too rough to snorkel the days we tried but other than that our stay was literally perfect. Thank you so much for having us! We cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary at the end of April, 2022. We had a great time and really appreciated the kitchen which had all we needed for meal prep. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the lanai, as well as eating many meals, while watching and listening to the waves crash on the shore. The bed was comfortable, and with the A/C unit in that room, we stayed comfortably cool. Ronnie responded immediately to all our questions and requests. We also loved the small size of the resort, and it was awesome to have beach towels, chairs, shade umbrellas, snorkel gear etc. for use during our stay. There were many turtles swimming right off the shore of the resort.
My only negative comment is the bathroom is in need of some TLC and maybe some updating. The shower head is very low, so showering is a bit awkward, and the only light for the mirror is a can light directly overhead which makes shadows on your face as you try to get ready. The carpet in the bedroom is also in need of tightening or just being replaced - maybe with the flooring already in the rest of the unit.
Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend this property.

Ron’s apartment is a great spot to stay on the west side. In fact, we stayed near Kihei after Ron’s and wished we could have gone back we liked it so much! Some of the great amenities are: snorkel gear in great condition, beach cooler, beach chairs, air conditioning, super comfy king bed, beautiful lanai, GORGEOUS views, fully stocked kitchen. I seriously don’t think there were any negatives!

Beautiful spot with the most amazing views. This place fit four of us pretty comfortably. It had everything we needed: snorkeling gear, beach towels, cooler, umbrellas, stocked kitchen and bathroom. A quick walk to the private beach where we saw many sea turtles, the lanai was a beautiful to sit out in the morning and drink coffee, and watch the sunset at night. Overall we had an amazing time and the property was everything we needed it to be!

This place is great! Clean, well organized and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. The bed and couch were both comfy and worked well for the four of us. The grounds were well manicured with a nice pool and a small sand beach, where we spotted a turtle swimming by. Great snorkeling right off the property too, my husband saw 2 turtles eating from the black rocks! Everyone there was really nice and pleasant to be around. Ronny was available and responded to all my questions before and during our stay. He even let us check in early. It really was the perfect vacation. Thank you Ronny!

The condo is on the 3rd floor, with stairs only. so take that into consideration when booking, though we didn’t mind it at all. It was clean, looks even better in person, I’d say the pictures don’t do it justice.
We were able to keep the place cool with the AC on and bedroom door open, plus the fans to circulate. Quiet location, no noise complaints, no issues at all with other tenants. Do be mindful with the sink/faucet pressure, as it’s a little strong.
There’s a grocery store about 4 minutes south of this, so we were able to grab some groceries and make breakfast in the morning as utensils and pots/pans are provided. Even if we needed something, like i said, we weren't far from a grocery store, market, or ABC Store. You’re also so close to the highway, it’s easy to hop on and drive off to other parts of the island.
Parking was ample with no hassle getting the permit. The property manager was also quite friendly.
On property, You've got a small little beach to lounge at, and an area to snorkel… though, you will need to provide your own fins. Lots of turtles! :) Would return!

We absolutely loved this rental. We had our own small private beach where we could watch the sunsets, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for making small breakfasts and lunches. The only negative was something we could not foresee - the renters in the unit downstairs were chain-smoking cloves, making it almost impossible to sit out on the lanai.

Wonderful property. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, host has provided towels, beach chairs, snorkels, and basic bathroom needs. View is amazing and we had breakfast outside everyday. Private beach is the best we've been to, and we live in South Florida! Thank you so much and we would love to stay here again in the future.

I adored the view from this property. The view is exactly as pictured in the photo-- even though there are a couple buildings slightly closer to the water, you still feel like you're incredibly close, and can hear and smell and see the beautiful ocean. Staying here made me realize how fabulous it is to opt for an ocean view when you stay in Hawaii. The condo itself was clean, small but not tiny, with a comfortable lanai (deck). The owner was very responsive--the previous renter had taken the pool key, and the owner was very fast about providing a new one for me. This place is ideal for a value-conscious traveler who prizes fabulous ocean view above interior luxuries. The bathroom needs a little more "fit and finish"-- for example, the sink has a new fixture, but somehow the water shoots out, clears the sink, and hits you in the belly when you turn it on (or face, if you're a kid). The shower needs a sliding glass shower door (the plastic shower curtain kept clinging to my legs), and a better shower head--the current one is placed at chest level, making for a very awkward shower. The bedroom is a bit under-decorated--it could use some nice furniture, nice art on the walls, and a brighter/lighter bedspread. On the other hand, the livingroom has very fancy motorized blinds, the kitchen is all newly remodeled, and the deck has all new furniture, giving me the sense that the owners are mid-remodel on this place. I love that living room furniture is new and clean--a lot of places in Hawaii have old musty couches--yuck! Once this place is fully remodeled it will be incredible. In the meantime, for the price, and the view, this condo is perfect for someone who is conscious about their budget but wants million-dollar views. It was totally worth it to rent this place and I would rent it again in a heartbeat (assuming the owner isn't mad at me before being honest about the bathroom and bedroom ;). One of my favorite memories from this trip was getting up early in the morning, sitting on the deck, drinking my coffee, watching the sunrise reflected in the ocean, and catching up on my writing. It was so peaceful and beautiful (which reminds me, at least when we were there, the whole complex was very quiet, as if it was at 30% capacity--a far cry from the obnoxiously loud and hectic pool scenes of the fancier condo resorts). I really cherished those mornings and I love that this condo provided that.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Ronny’s place. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We witnessed beautiful sunsets on the property and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of turtles we saw. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the island.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Checking into the property was fairly hassle free. We did have to show our Travel.Hawaii.gov website profile to verify we passed COVID protocol which got us the parking pass(this was the expectation at our hotel on Oahu as well). The neighbors at the pool, using the grills and sitting outside were friendly. Saw sea turtles off the pier/rocks for the property multiple nights around dusk. I only wished that there were restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Stayed at this property mid to late June 2021.

Beautiful updated condo. There was nothing that it lacked. Gorgeous view of water , kept seeing whales swimming by. Amazing. Also saw sea turtles sunning themselves on the beach. Only small downside that it was the third floor. Got our steps in and it helped with view though.

Overall a nice place, great location, great view, good bed, and Ron was very helpful. The condo is smaller. We had to eat at the coffee table for several meals because it was storming, and the table is outside on the deck. Storage for food, and counter space is in short supply. The view from the Lana’i can’t be beat-spotted whales nearly every morning. My only negative comment is the condo is on the 3rd floor which we were not aware of as that was not mentioned in the description. Probably why the view was so amazing but it’s definitely something to be aware of. Would give overall rating if 4.5 if I could.

Great location and views from lanai are great. Got to see turtles everyday! Disappointed the sandy beach on the left of property was washed away for our stay so could not use. The unit had everything we needed for cooking. Also had beach chairs, snorkels and boogie boards to use. Improvements would be, provide 2 pool keys as it was a hassle to go let to main gate from pool to let others in your party in. Also make sure people know it’s a third floor walk up unit.

The photos don’t really do this place justice. The view from the balcony is so beautiful! You can see Lana’i island to your left and Moloka’i to the right. We loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunset and see the sun come up while drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen is compact, but very well stocked. The king size bed was comfy. We loved having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas to use. The small beach out front is gorgeous, but be careful you don’t sit there when the tide comes in or you’ll get washed up. :) We saw turtles in the water and black crabs on the rocks. This location is great - close to everything, but not right in the center of the noise or traffic. Overall an awesome stay and would definitely recommend!

This property has a great central location between Kaanapali Beach and Napili Beach. The views from the lanai include both the islands of Lanai and Molokai. We saw two very large turtles on the beach at the property too. The best part was working with Ronny, the property owner. He is very prompt with responses, easy to work with and very flexible and kind. I highly recommend this property.
