6. Coastal-Beach décor unlike any other - light, airy, and modern! You’ll love the beachy feel during your stay here.
7. You can grill right on your own lanai. So convenient! Most complexes have separate, common BBQ areas you’re required to use.
8. Ground floor (below ground) unit does not have A/C but stays quite cool, and has excellent airflow with a ceiling fan in every room. There is virtually no road noise - very quiet and tranquil. Find your inner peace.
9. Chef’s kitchen, fully stocked, and newly remodeled with new KitchenAid appliances. Bring your favorite Keurig cups, we provide the machine!
10. Spacious walk in closet in the master en suite for all your gear.

12. World-class Hapuna Beach is close! Consistently rated by Conde Nast Traveler magazine as one of the best beaches in the nation! We can vouch for the rich turquoise blue, calm, clear waters, super fine, soft sand and clean facilities. There are fresh water showers, restrooms, clean picnic areas, and a volleyball net. Lots of people enjoy this beach, but it’s not overly crowded. Only about a 30 minute beautiful, scenic drive. There are other beaches closer for your convenience, but we highly recommend you visit this one at least once on your trip. It’s a “must-do” in our book.
13. Snorkeling. So much amazing snorkeling very near by.
14. Sheraton Kona Resort’s HOOLA SPA is a short walk away. “Hoola” means “to heal” in Hawaiian. Treat yourself! You deserve it. COVID TESTING PROCESS:

Step 1: Book your airline travel and car rental. Pro tip: pick seats as close to the front of the plane as you can so you depart first and get to the front of the lines.

If you've been vaccinated and have proof, you can skip to Step 4.

Step 2: One week before travel, schedule your free Covid test at Walgreens (or any other location on Hawaii’s “approved tester” list). Test must be taken within 72 hours of the departure of your LAST leg of flight. So, if you have a layover in Seattle before flying to Kona, then the test must be within 72 hours of your SEATTLE departure time. They do check this, so don’t try to be sneaky. :) Walgreens will email you a confirmation of your appointment time.

Step 3: Go to Walgreens pharmacy drive through with your email confirmation in hand (on your phone is fine). Take the test (swab your own nose while the person behind the window watches). Download the Walgreens or Lab Corp apps to check for your results. Hawaii now accepts the rapid test, and Walgreens is great about getting the results to you within 24 hours.

Step 4: Create a “Safe Travels” account/profile here:
https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/
It generates a QR code for you to show at the Hawai’i airport. Upload the pdf of your test results to this website when you get them, or your proof of vaccination here.

Step 5: Fly to Hawai’i.

Pro tip: at the gate of your LAST LEG to Hawaii, you can do your "Safe Travels" processing and get a wristband. We highly recommend that you do this as it will make getting through the Hawaii airport much easier and faster.

Step 6: Depart the plane, follow the well marked signs and workers pointing you in the right direction.
a. Get your temperature taken by military guys.
b. Walk a few steps, show QR code or wristband to a person.
c. Walk a little further to lines (under canopies), fill out a brief piece of paper, show your ID.
d. Proceed to the main “processing in” stop. Provide all documentation, QR code, ID again. If you have a wristband, you'll be waived through all this and can head straight to get your luggage and rental car.

Step 7: Off you go! Aloha!

If you’re more of a visual person, here is a dandy little flowchart, compliments of the Hawai’i government: https://hawaiicovid19.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Flying-Into-Hawaii.pdf

Common question: if you don’t have your pre-travel test results back by the time you land in Hawai’i, you’ll be required to quarantine until you can provide them. Car rental agencies won’t give you a car either.

One more pro tip: go to the bathroom on the plane and change into shorts before you land. Refill your water bottle, too! It’s hot out! :) Registration Number: GE-013-734-8096-01, TA-013-734-8096-01

Overall was a good experience

April 2019
Had a wonderful one month stay in unit B103 which is situated where the views of the sunset are spectacular and where some cool breezes off the ocean keep you comfortable. The condo is well appointed, updated (master bathroom is superb), and has a huge lanai with a barbeque (most other condo complexes have public spaces for fixing your meal). The grounds are well maintained and the foliage while we were there was pretty much in full bloom. There is also a large pool which I used almost daily in the afternoon (after golf). There are a number of rules regarding what you can take to the pool, how old you have to be to use the hot tub, etc. I did not find this troubling as many of the units are owner occupied and one needs to remember then that this is not a hotel. OK for kids as long as a parent does minimal supervision. All in all I would just say that the place has a great vibe, nice people around you, and I plan to return next year.

Our family of five arrived Christmas Day and enjoyed The Big Island until January 7th. The condo was our home away from home! The location was great with a private parking spot. The condo is well equipped with comfy beds, washer and dryer, huge fridge/freezer, a bbq, great outdoor area, beach towels and chairs as well as sand toys. Pool and hot tub were great as well and our three girls had fun swimming! Communication was great and quick. We would not change a thing and we are already planning another stay!

Extremely clean, well appointed with many extras. Right on the golf course with views of the ocean. Close to the Sheraton for many other amenities like luaus, fine dining on the oceanfront, a spa, and other adventures that can be booked. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks in October, was a great condo, anything you needed was available within the condo, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, beach gear etc. Walking distance to the Sheraton and very short drive to shopping area. It was a great base to explore the Island and only a 15-20 min drive to Kona. We also used the Sheraton trolley shuttle, $2 per trip, kids loved it! I would recommend this condo, and would definitely stay there again. Does not have AC, but the condo stays cool being ground floor and plenty of ceiling fans. The outdoor area is great to chill out! The pool area is perfect for adults and children.

The first day we were there the on site manager starts telling us the kids can't make noise at the pool or play any games or bring any toys.It was not a kid friendly place when we were at the pool we had to tell the kids to keep it down like we were at the library. Also the second day the toilet was not working it took 5 days for them to fix it. It should say adults only like we saw other places saying. We would NEVER stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone.Once we got home we get an email that we might owe almost $700.00 because of the toilet breaking and the knob for the kitchen sink cabinet came off they just need to screw it back on. We took insurance out in case of anything happening and the property manager is wanting to charge us and filed a claim with the insurance so their trying to double dip. Jessica one of the property managers was very argumentative and blaming us for the toilet not working by saying they just had a family there and it worked but that's not true because her husband came to fix the toilet after 5 days and told my husband that they just had to replace the pump.DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me submit it otherwise if so I would give no stars.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
