Had a great stay at a fantastic condo. Great location to all Wailea beaches. Be sure to try Ahihi bay for snorkeling but wear booties. Condo has everything you need, pool and hot tub short walk and we always had other travelers to share stories with. Mahalo.

Enjoyed our second stay at this property as much as the first. Great location for everything in Wailea. Spacious unit with incredible sunset views. Close to the pool and reserved parking for the unit. The owner comunicates very well.

We have stayed at The Palms many times and this condo's location can't be beat. You can see the pool but aren't right above it, and that ocean view from the lanai is simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you need, my kids loved having separate (twin) beds, all beach necessities are here (Smashball was another kid/husband favorite). We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to return!

We’ve stayed in a number of units at the Palms and really liked the Reno’s in this unit. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the garden and ocean views.
Paul was great to deal with making sure we were comfortable with the unit.

We had a wonderful short week here in Wailea. Although we did not pick the best week for weather, it was very windy, and then it rained a lot! But the condo made up for all of that. We had some amazing sunsets over the stunning view of the ocean! The condo was perfect.

The location of this condo does not disappoint. The view from the patio is spectacular. We loved the spacious size of the unit. Check-in and check-out process was easy. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a great week long stay here in July. Plenty of space (more than pics show) with nice and comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The complex is great. Really close to beach (15 minute walk or quick drive with plenty of parking) and restaurants/shops. There is a big outdoor deck with a table for 6, and the views are really incredible. The lack of AC isn’t much of an issue because it’s super windy in the afternoons, and the nights cool off nicely. The condo does need a little TLC. Several minor maintenance type issues (light bulbs out, kitchen drawer broken, a couple windows that are tough to open, etc) but nothing that affected the quality of our stay much.

My favorite part of this property was sitting on the balcony drinking my morning coffee and enjoying the view. The location is perfect—in addition to having a great view, it's close to parking, a short walk to the community pool, and a short drive to the beach and the Shops at Wailea. The unit is really spacious, and we appreciated all the amenities, especially the beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was a huge bonus as the unit gets pretty toasty during the day, even with all blinds drawn, so we used the two portable fans and ceiling fans. It cools quickly as soon as the afternoon tradewinds pick up, and then it's back to the balcony to enjoy the sunset. We'll be back!

This condo is spacious and comfortable with a newly renovated kitchen and huge lanai. The owner was really helpful and responsive when the washing machine broke and had it replaced as soon as he could. It’s a short walk to the beach We’d love to rent again.

This place was wonderful! The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and there were extra little details that let us know the host really cares about the property. There's a small creek outside that provides a relaxing sound. It's possible to get to the beach in about 10 minutes- leave through the exit on

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family of four. We were able to spread out and the property was well-maintained and beautiful. It was also close to great beaches and so many of the activities we had planned. Highly recommend this place!

This property is just beautiful. The remodel is fantastic with gorgeous floors, countertops, decor, very nice kitchen and baths. The view is better than in the pictures! The pool was clean and a nice refuge from the hot summer heat. Wailea is just an incredible area to stay. We loved it. Paul was amazing by communicating with us.

We (a family of four including two small kids of 6 yr-olds) stayed at this property for 1 week. The communication with the owner (Pau) was smooth and prompt. The key was missing from the lockbox (the cleaning service forgot to leave the key inside, the reason for 3 stars for check-in process), so there was some delay to get inside the property, but Paul came to let us in although it was very late at night. The beach is within walking distance (about 10-15 min) for adults. But small kids would find it is too far to walk. So we usually drove to the beach. The nearest beach is Keawakapu and Keawakapu Wailea-Ekahi. Parking for the Keawakapu Wailea-Ekahi is limited, but we did not have issues finding an empty parking spot in the morning. We mainly used Keawakapu Wailea-Ekahi beach, and it was a great beach (not crowded). But locals seem to use the beach in the morning to walk or jog with dogs. I do not mind see dogs on beaches, but if you do not like it, it might be something to consider.
The property itself was spotless. We found many amenities (beach towels, soap, hair drier, kitchen gadgets and utensils, etc.). There were even beach chairs available for us to use. The community where the property is located is very well maintained. Quite and family-friendly. The community pool is on a smaller side but well kept and clean. The view from the balcony was excellent. The ocean and mountainside are clearly visible without much obstruction. The picture you see from Vrbo is accurate. The property also has a grill, and we used it multiple times, which was excellent as we did not have to share it with others. It can get very hot during the day without AC in the living room. I hope there was an AC in the living room as well, where we spent most of the time during the day, if not outside.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.
