The Studio has so many amenities and more, very quiet place, the pool is cool, the cabana is great. We used the Kaanapali Trolley so close to the studio and no need to rent a car if looking to be visiting all Kaanapali area. Super close to the Fairway Shops, the Whalers General Store is convenient and the prices are not that bad, there is a China Bowl Asian Cuisine restaurant that it is super recommended. We walked as well to the whalers village you can use the hotels sidewalk at the shore side, great view and pretty enjoyable walk. We will definitely come back to this studio!

My fiancé and I recently stayed here for a 6 night vacation to celebrate our engagement and a birthday.
Jon’s communication ahead of the trip was excellent. The check-in process was very easy (if you arrive past 10pm when the main office is closed, you will be taken care of). We received a map of the property (first time at El Dorado) and all of the information we needed for the stay.
The condo itself is GORGEOUS. It is completely remodeled and has all of the amenities and things needed for a great stay (lotions, shampoo/conditioner, washer dryer, full kitchen, blender, etc). The condo was large enough to spread out during the course of the stay. Very clean. AC worked GREAT too.
The condo is right next to the main building which has a cafe / small grocery store. The Fairway shops which are a 3-min walk has coffee, restaurants, shaved ice and snorkel rental stores.
The private golf cart ride to the beach cabana is such a nice thing to have. The beach itself is beautiful and feels more private than being on the other side of black rock (Kaanapali beach). There’s also good snorkeling right there at Black Rock!
The main pool is large and we did not have any issues with finding good chairs. The secondary turtle pool is also a great place to go for a little more privacy. Parking here was easy.
Overall - we LOVE this property and will 100% stay here again. Already looking at booking my 2024 Hawaii vacation at this same condo!

This unit was clean, quiet and exactly as advertised. Great location; close to Whalers Village, the beach and a few good coffee shops right across the street! Loved the cabana, the pool and the beach was beautiful with crystal clear waters and calm surf. The water noodles and beach towels were great to have; the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our location was perfect for visiting numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping. Easy assess to highway 30! The host was gracious to extend our checkout a few hours due to a delayed flight! The cleanliness of the condo and the property was beautiful and friendly!would recommend and woutbook it again!!! The beach on site was our favorite and the Cabana was so convenient. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

The condo was in an excellent location on the island. Easy to get to Kapalua and Lahaina, as well as a short walk to Whaler's Village. The community was quiet. The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Plenty of towels and there were beach chairs. Would absolutely stay here again.

This rental was perfect for our needs. The locations was awesome! We loved being within walking distance of amazing beaches, restaurants, and shopping options, without feeling like we were in the middle of the crowds. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals at the condo. The shower was great, too! It was super helpful to have beach chairs and beach towels to use. We loved our time here and can't wait until we can stay again!

Very happy with our stay. They place was clean and well stocked. We had everything we need plus more. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. It did not feel like they skimped out on anything. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. The location was perfect. Easy access to parking. Loved the golf carts they took us to the beach. The private cabana was so convenient. I loved not having to haul anything down to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful, smaller waves, not busy, and good for snorkeling or just relaxing.

Condo was exactly as it was listed. This unit is in a quiet part of the resort and I am happy I booked it. I had looked at others that weren’t as nice but overlooked a pool and we very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of this unit’s location. This unit was incredibly well stocked. It was as if we were at home. It is located a very short walk from whaler’s village and the beach. We very much enjoyed the cabana and all its perks. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay at The Eldorado! Our unit was peaceful and nicely updated! Love hearing all the birds and seeing the beautiful gardens everywhere. Best beach with cabana and pools are gorgeous! Very private location. The bed was the best and need to know the make so we can buy one for our home. Nice to have pillow options. Great bathroom. Enjoyed our time and would book this unit again!
We did have some smokers around and told the front desk. You always make the best of it but the kitchen could use new frying pans and cutting boards, kettle, vegetable peeler and sink plug. Thank you for having us!

Amazing central location in Kaanapali. 3 swimming pools. Parking a breeze. Easy condo shuttle to the beach. Trolley to Whalers Village. Great access to golf. Unit is updated and clean! Unit owner attentive to questions. If you don't care about an ocean view or a resort-style pool, this is the place for you. I hope this is available on our next visit to my favorite place on earth! Wow! What a gorgeous stay. This was mine and my husband’s first time to visit Maui, so we searched for places to stay for months. I’m so glad we chose this listing.
Everything was very modern, updated, and clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. The amenities were awesome, and it was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The a/c worked quickly at cooling the unit down (not that it ever really got hot). We also very much enjoyed opening the doors to the lanai and letting the breeze come through.
I’m very glad we chose this place over some of the resorts we considered. It really felt like a second home while we were away from ours. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I took our Honeymoon in Maui and couldn’t have had a better experience. The location was great, the walk to the beach was very manageable and having the cabana for towels and chairs was quite convenient. Workout facility was clean and had everything you need and overall the facilities were perfect. Hope to be coming back!

Property was lovely! Daily cart which takes you down to Kanaapali beach. Lovely cabana which is just for the resorts use, they give beach chairs and towels for hire. The apartment had everything you could think off. You do have to pay a resort fee of around $18 per day and check in fee of around $60.

The rental was very nice with all new updates as you can see in the pictures. The condo was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and it was very clean! Its a little bit of a walk to the ocean but easily doable. Highly recommend staying here!!

We booked this place for our recent Maui vacation. The place is extremely clean and matches the description and pictures in this listing. Its location is very convenient: it's walking distance to the beach and to Whalers Village which is a hot spot in Kaanapali with several restaurants and shops.
Also, this place is very well equipped with everything we needed. There were beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel kits, a cooler bag, and a cart that made it very easy to take all these stuff to the beach (check with the owner about the current status of these items). We really appreciated having all these items.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location for a Hawaiian getaway! Clean unit, a close walk to the beach, cabana and towel service was great, and we had a wonderful time reading on the beach, walking the beach, paths, and snorkeling. Best condo I've stayed in. Very nice finishes and furnishings with a very good floorplan. Very quiet and felt very clean and comfortable with an effective AC positioned just over the bed. I had the opportunity to peak into other condos/hotels that friends were staying at just down the street and this blew those out of the water. Might be weird to bring up but the shower was also impressive and spacious. All of this being just a short walk from the beach and right by good parking. Having this be my lodging definitely made the trip much better.
The Owner was also kind enough to provide a self-written guide with suggestions on good places to see and eat that helped me get off to a good start. On my next trip to Maui I will definitely check here first to see if this unit is available.

Our stay in Maui was great! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our lanai and the closeness of the property to the ocean, the pool, and a Whaler’s market. We were within walking distance to plenty of great places to eat and we enjoyed a luau too. Easy access to a walking path along the beach that we utilized daily. Jon, the informational booklet you provided was very helpful!

Our first time renting a condo in Maui and we loved it! We usually stay in the nicer hotels in Kaanapali, but prices were outrageous this time, so we opted for vrbo. The condo was perfect! It was cleaner than most expensive hotels I’ve stayed at, and it had all the amenities we needed. The only suggestion I have is to add one or two more beach chairs as there were only two chairs. Other than that, it was awesome - a really nice condo compared to most I looked at online. The property was also very nice with a pool deck, gym, and beach cabana for the resort. Mahalo!

Part of me doesn’t want to write a review in case I won’t be able to rent this place again in the future as it’s pretty much the best property I have stayed in. It’s basically like staying in your own home. Clean with everything you need and then some especially with the extra things like kitchen utensils and extra beach gear.
The property also has its own cabana on the nearby beach which seemed less crowded than the other ones close by so it felt very private and secluded.
Would definitely book this place again!!

Upon arrival for check in the room was not ready or cleaned. When I inquired what time the room would be ready the host called me and didn’t have an ETA and verbally assaulted me about the situation via phone call. He was extremely unprofessional and rude, not to mention he had not coordinated with the management team the proper check in time. They noted they had a different time than the vrbo instructions I had.

Jon's condo is updated with new everything it seems. Location was super convenient to everything the island has to offer. The private cabana was great on a beautiful, mostly quiet, beach. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. Washer and dryer in the condo were a bonus! The condo grounds are well maintained and front desk was responsive for any/all questions. We are already talking about our next trip here.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Very very clean and the host was very responsive at all hours of the day. This isn’t false advertising, since the listing never says anything about an ocean view so we weren’t expecting one, but just know it’s a decent walk down to the beach. It was a little further than we had anticipated. But being so close to the lobby was very convenient, and easy to get a ride in a golf cart down to the water if you’re unable to walk down/have a lot to carry. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here!

Jon’s condo is a wonderful spot for a couple. My wife and I spent the first portion of our honeymoon here and it couldn’t have been better. All of the support of a resort with the freedom to cook for yourselves, go out to eat/shop, and explore the area freely. A scenic drive away from hikes, sunrise tours, zip line tours, etc. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

This property was within walking distance to a many restaurants (though I still recommend getting a car)! The three pools on the property were perfect for relaxing quiet afternoons. The golf cart service to the beach was easy! You can rent towels and chairs at the beach, but shade comes from the trees.
Overall it was an amazing stay and we are already planning our return!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is just as pictured and extremely clean. AC works great along with everything else. The beach is just a few minutes walk or they provide a cart service if you prefer a ride. Beach stays relatively uncrowded. Minutes walk to a few shops, general store, nail spa, coffee shop, pizza etc. I would absolutely stay here again! Jon was always super quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Great experience!

Jon was amazing and easy to get a hold of. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and the place was very clean and modern. Can’t say enough good thing about our stay. The condo was conveniently located right next to the front office and the parking lot. You are right on the golf course and it’s a short walk to the beach. If you don’t like walking or had a few too many drinks while at the beach, you can take a golf cart back, provided by the resort.
Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and a blender were all huge for our 10 day stay. Saved us a lot of money and make our stay feel more like home. Highly recommend Jon and his place to anyone who wants to visit Maui.

Our stay was so relaxing and memorable despite traveling durid Covid. Condo was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again here next time we're in Maui. Our favorite part was the beach and the cabana. The condo was close enough to Whaler's Village for a nice walk to dinner, but the beach was so much quieter and more peaceful than the beach over by the high end resorts. Loved it!

Check in was very easy. The condo has everything you need for a longer stay - dishwasher, washer machine, a good stove, oven and microwave, etc. We did a lot of takeout for dinner and eating on table out back was very nice.
The location is perfect for the beach and very close to lahaina where we did a lot of scuba diving and surfing. Blackrock is also right down the beach which was a very nice snorkeling spot

The property was just as expected and the staff were wonderful! The condo was clean and stocked with all the things we needed and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. The private beach was great-we had the whole place to ourselves most of the time but could easily walk to the shops and restaurants.
