I love staying in Kapaa for its central location. This ocean front studio was 100% as described, had everything you could need for the many beaches and also the other comforts you’d expect from any other hotel. The grounds of the condo are gorgeous. Heather stayed in communication prior to our trip, check-in was super easy, and we are leaving completely satisfied.

Really enjoyed this little spot in Kauai for our 4-night stay in October/November 2023. All the pictures are very accurate and loved spending time on the balcony. Everything was clean and we enjoyed having glasses/plates to use for our store-bought items. Thoroughly enjoyed having access to their streaming services as well to watch movies at night. Heather was very communicative on the necessary details to ensure we had a smooth stay.

Five stars is really not enough to rate how fabulous this property is as well as the owners! The owners, Heather and Khaled, have thought of absolutely everything to make the most of your stay. They were extremely thorough and thoughtful, and have set a high bar for the way they treat their guests. The condo itself has a wonderful view of the ocean (exactly like the picture!)...we could hear the waves crashing as we fell asleep, and enjoyed a few beautiful sunrises. It is a spacious studio with tons of drawer space. We never felt cramped! And the cute Hawaiian decor just added to the experience! Plus it is in walking distance to many shops, fun restaurants and the beach! Can't say enough...we had a fabulous time! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean and cozy and we appreciated the little extras like the awesome ceiling fan, high pressure shower, and fun beach toys and towels. We also appreciated the excellent communication and information packet they shared with recommendations for food and activities in the area. We would definitely like to stay here again!

This was the best Vrbo experience. Everything was as it was presented and the property was fantastic. It was very comfortable and well cared for. We absolutely loved our time here! Heather went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable and comfortable, from clear communication on check in procedures to coffee and chocolate macadamia nuts to welcome us! The beach was steps away and our favorite was watching the sunrise with coffee on the lounge chairs on the beach. There are plenty of delicious food options walkable from the condo (we loved Chicken N a barrel, Sleeping Giant, and Lava Lava right on the beach was SO beautiful). We loved our days out adventuring in Poipu and nearby hikes, but definitely spent lots of time resting in the condo and by the pool. Highly recommend if your looking for a home base to explore the unbelievable beauty of the island!

First, the owners were terrific. Communication with Khaled and Heather was ALWAYS friendly, quick, easy, and clear. Totally professional hosts. As for the unit: completely accurate pictures posted on the VRBO site. Very clean and inviting. In particular, there is way more room to store clothes/luggage/etc. than the photos show. They supply some great items that we used daily for beach and hiking activities (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling gear, etc.). Awesome view of the nearby ocean, beach, and pool from the lanai that we used to start our mornings with coffee and breakfast from the nearby market. The property’s landscaping is immaculately groomed and offers all of the lush tropical plants, flowers, and trees that make Kauai the beautiful island that it is. The pool is fantastic, complete with a tiki bar that offers island-themed cocktails from 3-9(ish), a perfect way to end a sun-drenched day at the many nearby beaches. The property’s beach has it all: sun and sand for that golden tan, shade for that early afternoon nap, and a sunrise that is second to none. Perhaps the property’s greatest asset is its perfect location. The Coconut Marketplace is just across from the property’s main parking lot. We snacked at the popular Jo Jo’s Shave Ice, grabbed a couple of fantastic meals at the surprisingly tasty Chicken in a Barrel, ordered a pizza at Bobby V’s, and shopped for groceries/supplies most every day at the Island Country Market. This market has it all- fresh coffees/teas, deli, baked goods, groceries, breakfasts, lunches… even a prime rib they serve fresh daily. It is flanked by Lava Lava and Hukilau Lanai, two of the areas’ most popular places to dine. We found a nice little gem on the property -Johnny’s Wings- where we enjoyed a cold beverage or two before turning in for the evening. It’s central location on the island (east shore Kapa’a) makes it quick and easy to get to any beach/point of interest anywhere on the island.
As you can see, I can’t say enough good things about Khaled and Heather and their property. We would absolutely, positively return for another dream vacation!

Heather and Khaled’s condo at Aston Islander on the Beach is a gem! Excellent location, central to everything, abc store and restaurants across the parking lot, beach behind the property, absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and cozy, perfect for two! 10/10 would stay again!

Stayed one night between other plans. The host/manager was lovely and a great communicator. Studio was clean but dated. Grounds maintained nicely. Pool filled with loud partiers. Beach neither beautiful nor swimmable. If you want to use this spot as a place to lay your head while explore the rest of the island, great, but in itself, it is not a place you want to spend a ton of time. You cannot feel the natural beauty of the rest of the island. It feels as if you are in a condo in Florida, not Hawaii.

Heather and Khaled were amazing at communication, the entire process was easy. The condo is fabulous, they thought of everything right down to the snorkeling gear. We didn't need for anything during our stay. Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean and just steps from the beach.

Our flights were changed last minute so we had to book one extra night at a different Vrbo location. Luckily we were able to find this awesome condo that allowed for a one night stay. The room was as described and we were able to watch the sunrise with a mug of coffee. Would definitely recommend!

I loved this quaint little condo. When I came to Kauai previously I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and was used to luxury, however I adored this condo. The view was pretty, the perfect location in Kaapa behind the marketplace, and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Definitely would stay here again, loved the AC too.

We felt truly lucky to have found this place at an affordable price. It has a million dollar view and everything we needed was right there. We especially enjoyed the little tiki hut at the pool area that you can lay around and take a nap in. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was also very nice that The Coconut Marketplace and some great restaurants were very close. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The view is breathtaking and so calming, we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The condo has everything you could possibly need and the BBQ at the pool was fun for dinner. Excellent location so close to grocery stores. Kauai is my favorite Hawaiian island!

This was a great little spot for our stay on Kauai. When we got to the condo there were chocolates waiting for us on the bed and everything looked so put together! Our host Khaled was very attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend this listing to friends!
